THX spatial audio turns off automatically (Nari Ultimate)

I've been using the ultimate for a while but yesterday the THX just turns off itself. I reopen it in synapse and it turns back off immediately. I run it with admin mode, restart computer, create new configuration, ... nothing worked. Does anyone have the same issue?
