I've never had issues with this mouse. Today i walked away from my computer and when i came back, the mouse wasnt responding. I tried hardwiring it, nothing. I plugged it in for 3 hours to charge. No charge lights ever turned on. The red optical sensor light remains on but mouse won't respond.

    Is Synapse running in the background when the issue happens? Try isolating the behavior first by following the steps from this link. Should the issue persists, do send me the serial number of your Razer Pro Click via PM. I can use it to look into firmware-related solutions. Let's continue from there. I'll lock this thread now.
