The razer support team could entirely be axed and replaced with a mid level LLM. They should really look into it, could save a lot on operations costs.
Fifteen emails back and forth for them to ask me the same question every time, assure me my ticket was being elevated to a higher level, and ignore my very direct questions. It’s like they’re trained to be actively hostile to their customers.
I just want to add another keypair to snap tap. There is documentation online that shows this is supposed to be a feature. Yet it is absent in my version of synapse. An uninstall, a reinstall, a firmware update, two logger downloads, my log uploads, a F U CK ING SCREEN RECORDING OF MY ISSUE. And the response I get after 7 days of being assured an internal team was looking into it? “If you have more than one snap tap compatible device connected, you should be able to turn the feature on and off for each keyboard in the customize tab. Thanks for your suggestion.” What???
Yeah that’s about enough for me.
I’ve been a razer customer for over 10 years. I will be returning my huntsman for a wooting. And never spending a cent at razer again.
