Razer Basilisk Hyperspeed X Stuttering/Disconnect/Interrupted Movement

I have RMA and exchanged four different Razer Basilisk Hyperspeed X since it's launch, and I'm on my 5th variant which made it three weeks before exhibiting the same behavior as the prior devices. The device is running the latest 1.01.09 Firmware and using the 2.4hz frequency. I am not using Bluetooth because I did not buy this device for Bluetooth. I have put the dongle on top of the PC, in the back, on an extender, and I'm still experiencing the same issue that others are reporting. Please correct this problem. Thank you.
