Synapse 2 issue

I currently have a Black Widow chroma keyboard and a Epic chroma naga mouse. I downloaded synapse 3 and it worked for my keyboard but it said I needed to use synapse 2 for my mouse. So I installed synapse 2 and nothing was showing on there. I uninstalled synapse 3 to see if that was causing the issue but nope. Tried everything from https://support.razer.com/articles/1764836561 just cant seem to make it work any tips would be appreciated x

    Hi there! Sorry to hear about your Razer Synapse 2.0's concern. Have you tried reinstalling the Razer Synapse on your computer? If you haven't, please send me the Synapse logs by following the steps here. Once done, please send me a PM. Let's continue from there.
