Razer phone 2 no longer in warranty despite less than 1 year of purchase
I went to razer support to put in a warranty claim for my phone not working. The date of purchase was in November of last year from amazon (an official seller). I have proof of purchase of this. Despite this when I put the IMEI of my phone it said that it was not in warranty, which would go against what they claim when they sold the phone. I put in a request 1 week ago about this issue and have not received any contact back. What is happening?
