Disabled Razer Chroma somewhere in my files and I don't know where to enable it.

I was watching a video by this guy on how to increase FPS, and one of the steps was to disable razer chroma. Now whenever I start up my pc or whenever I try to use synapse, it gives me an error and only my mouse is glowing rainbow and I can't figure out how to change it.

nvm i just fixed it
