Razer Nari not connecting to Xbox one

So I got this Razer Nari headset for my Christmas and I wanted it for my Xbox and PC but it will not connect wirelessly to my Xbox so it is pretty much useless which is upsetting. I could be doing it wrong , please someone help me

    It also creates an awful echo for my friends when plugged in anyone know how to fix?
