Headset left side only work if i bent the cable

My razer kraken headset left side only works if i bent the cable at the left side at the start where is mic(picture), i use this headset carefully and i want to know if this happened to anyone else too.I use my headset really carefully and i never did anything with the cables or somethíng.

    Can you try connecting it to a smartphone to check if there's any difference? If the issue persists, there's a good chance that it's a hardware issue. Please send me your headset's serial number and a copy of your proof of purchase so I can validate its warranty. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
