Barracuda pro not working after firmware update
I received the barracuda pro as a christmas gift and when I finally got it connected to the PC it asked me to perform a firmware update of both the usb-c dongle as the headset itself.
I had updated my PC beforehand as requested in the installation guide, made sure all was done on the end of my windows 11.
When i conected the headset and dongle they got detected straight away and worked like a charm, but then came the firmware update. It failed at 90% and asked to retry. I did that but got same issue again. Headset was shown as updated but the dongle wasn't.
After many tries I gave up and would check the next day. When launching synapse 3.0 it wouldn't detect the headset nor dongle anymore. Retried the firmware update, but now I can't even launch it since it stays stuck on step1 : connect dongle to my PC. Tried with usb-c port, usb-a to usb-c female cable provided with the headset, different PC with different OS. Nothing worked and now I have the feeling that my amazing gift turns out to be faulty brcause of the requested firmware update.
Please provide support on the matter because this is ridiculous beyond words!
