this is as cheap as the kraken x!! but is this better??
I'm going to buy the BLACK SHARK V2 X !!! I'll tell you how they work.:smile_::wink_:🆒💪
I can't buy them through the Razer online store because they don't ship to Puerto Rico, but I'm not going to verify anything at Wal-Mart or BestBuy !!!;)
Ok, I got the cushion back on and tried the headphones and they sound great. I installed 7.0 surround and it sounds great also. but it messes up any sound application I try to use. Youtube and Spotify are completely unusable, and WMP gets stuck from time to time.

This is the second instance of your software screwing with my system sound and it's very disappointing. What do I need to do to make everything work smoothly?

Espero pronto poder tener estas bestialidades en mis oidos y tener la mejor experiencia en mis videojuegos.

Aloha,

got my V2 THX last week and its awesome.

I have just one question. Do I still need to buy the THX Spatial Audio, or is it already included? I'm slitghly confused.

The THX spatial-audio profiles are available through Synapse
Whose dumb idea was it to put the serial number under the ear cushion? Now I can't get it back on! Haven't even gotten to try them out and I am already irritated with this product.
Am I the only one here that thinks the headset is very similiar (the cups actually, not the whole design) to the Cloud's of HyperX and the Logitech's Pro headsets? I've owned Cloud for more than a 3 years before I bought my Razer Nari and they were really really comfortable, but I got tired of the cables, because I'm often moving around the house, like making coffee for exampe and speaking with friends at the same time while waiting for the game to load. Which was impossible with the Cloud's back then.
When it comes to comfort... the Nari is comfortable enough, but not as much as the Cloud! Tho... as I explained, the wireless connected headsets are much mover convinient and that's why I'm still using the Nari still.

If Razer actually partnered with the same manufacturer that are making the cloud's for HyperX and the Pro's for Logitech, then I can say they hit the Jackpot! They just need to make a wirelles version and everything will be perfect.

It's amazing but i don't recommend it for people that want to use the sidetone, it simply doesn't work properly.
It's sound levels are way too low, u can't hear yourself at all ingame even when the sliders are all maxed out in synapse.
Made several forum posts about it but Razer seems to keep ignoring it

Make it wireless so I could throw my money at you Razer
I just got mine in the mail four days ago. Great headset. Where do these land on the audio quality vs all other headsets that Razer makes? I

I like the light design compared to the bulky krakens and that it works on all platforms. But here i am waiting for a wireless 7.1 model, i'm starting to hate cables.

I agree as well

How do i get razer synapse to recognize my V2 without using the USB dongle?
cuz the X version has no dongle and has sidetone controls etc right?

Yet to be implemented, we will let you know when it's available!

These are fantastic and very comfortable (Blackshark V2 Edition). The Blackshark X I don't have so I don't know how good they are, but considering how much I enjoy mine that I purchased a couple of days ago, then I am pretty sure that the cheaper X Editions are probably just as good.

For esports players looking to save a buck!

Pricing is quite reasonable :eek_: and they look very comfy and sturdy.

Could be useful.

I just got my non X version home, insanely fast delivered from HK to NL within 2 days lol.
Anyway love how comfortable it is, and the sound quality and volume is amazing.
Normally i dial up the volume on all headsets, i don't need to do that with this one.
Only thing that bugs me honestly is, that the sidetone is too low volume wise.
I was ingame and i couldn't hear myself, i was talking way louder than I use to do.

Dammit! This makes me regret getting my Kraken X...
