Hello, the right hearing aid does not connect or turn on, I have seen this in other forums

Hi For some reason my mic with the razor Kraken X doesnt work on Discord Which i do not understand when it works ingame. I can still here people in discord i cannot just talk with the mic so i have to use my desktop mic instead please help me understand why its not working with discord as most other mics/Headsets ive worked with work with discord. And since Discord is a well known Gaming Communication service that allows game overlays and such. this is the only mic ive experience issues with. Dont get me wrong i like this product i just want to understand the reason why My mic isnt working on discord.

There currently seem to be a compatibility issue with RSSP and the latest Windows 10 update, which is causing a static background noise. The only way I've found to stop it is to go into the sound control panel and disable RSSP there. As turning of SSP via Synapse still leaves the background noise.

Hey, Randomly my headset will go into a state of where it will disconnect from Synapse and keep trying to connect. This doesn't stop the audio but it does lower the quality immensely. I just did a fresh reinstall of Synapse and almost immediately it went back to this state. Love the headset. Please help!

I have a Razer Kraken Chroma 7.1 V2 headset, I register it for the free activation code to use the 7.1 Surround sound. Alas, I was not sent an activation code in an email. So I went through my first time process of contacting support over this issue. Again, RAZER stated that if I registered my product I would be eligible for free 7.1 activation code. They barely help me, and the whole time it is coming off like I am incompetent and that I am the issue, why am I bugging them is the way it felt. They tell me they will contact me in an hour, I even remember the team members fake name: Nissan. Surprise!!!! Does anyone know if the earcups on the Razer tournament edition are washable since they have this cooling gel and i don't know if it will react chemically to any soaps or does anyone have a link to replacements? And the regular Razer kraken ear cup replacements don't work because the mounting method is different.

Has anyone tried connecting the Tiamat 7.1 V2 to a 4K bluray player via the 7.1 audio outputs? I've been considering whether to buy these for movies and, eventually, gaming. I understand it's possible to connect using 3.5mm to RCA cables to split the channels, but I'd like to be sure that it actually works with bluray players before deciding.

Hello everyone, I bought my Tiamat 7.1 V2 around two years ago, and my ear pads leather started to wither off. I tried looking for a replacement but I could not find any on the internet nor on razer's store. The ones I found on the internet were really badly reviewed so I didn't try to bother with them. However, I did find Tiamat 2.2 Ear Pads on the razercare store and I am wondering if those will work with my Tiamat 7.1? Thank you

Hi hope you are all well. I have a question on the Nommo Pro i am thinking of purchasing. I use my system for gaming and music. My current system has a set of Logitech 5.1 Z560, 18 year old! and still in perfect working order. These are attached via a Soundblaster X AE-5 and the sound has been fantastic. I am wanting to know if I purchase the Nommo Pro to replace, would these be better quality than my Z560. £500 is a lot to spend if the speakers are not as good as what i currently have so interested in what peoples experience is that have been in similar situations? Just got a new Razer Nari Ultimate to go with a new gaming laptop and I have to say I am beyond disappointed with the quality of the mic. Friends are begging me to go back to my £50 KLIM (which I will do as soon as I reunited with it) as the sound is so distorted and awful. Anyone else having trouble with the mic? I expected a hell of a lot better for almost £200. Feeling seriously let down, which is a shame as the keyboard and mouse I have from Razer are top notch. The sound and the haptics are fine, but it is next to useless if those on my team can barely work out what I am saying - robot, dalek and tin-can are the descriptions so far. How is it that one of the biggest names in gaming can charge so much for something so apparently sub-standard? Any advice appreciated - that doesn't involve third party software.

so when i first started using my old mic with my pc, there was this horrible noise in the background. i thought it was just that it was a bad headset, so i bought the razer kraken x and im having the same issue. i am so confused why my mic is making this sound please help.

Hey all, Anyone else getting this constant crackling sound out of their headset? Have a Kraken Pro (2015) that still uses the old Synapse v2 and older surround sound software. I started to get crackling sounds about over a year ago, but figured out either restart or go into windows sound setting and change the my audio playback from Razer to Realtek and back again would fix this. Now after one of the recent Windows 10 updates, the crackling is constant. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software. Tried to install the newer versions of synapse and 7.1 surround sound, won't even take my activation code for my headset so I don't know if the newer software will work or not. Now I have to use the headset on the windows drivers and software, which I cannot control the bass or sound features. Unless there's a fix, for this I will be forced to replace a perfectly good headset, because the software doesn't work.

Hi there, I've been searching for a headset that its mic can be muted and i want to see if this headset mic can be muted when playing on Nintendo Switch. Because I've seen some that can be muted on other platfroms but not on Switch.

My Razer Nommo speakers just started beeping out of nowhere. I can still hear the audio but there is a constant beeping coming out of the speakers along with a high-frequency pitch. I have tried disconnecting all of the peripherals and plugging all of them back in but with no luck. Any help will be highly appreciated

I just purchased a razer kraken x usb headset a month ago. Yesterday it stopped working properly. So basically if i turn my volume to 100% , one cup sounds like the vol is 70% and the other one sound like it’s 100% . Anyone ever experienced this? Please help me

Yesterday the sound through the THX Spatial worked fine but this morning and the audio is gone. What I did: -Tested the device by switching the headset via windows system and I got the audio to work -Updated Synapse (I'm use Synapse 3 beta) that didn't work -Switch USB ports that didn't work -The light and buttons work on the THX device So it has to be something in the software I'm not seeing.

my problem in synapse i have the option for THX SPATIAL AUDIO but my main game i play is pubg throw gameloop when i lunch the game in gameloop it appear in the applications in THX SPATIAL AUDIO after this it turn of again when i play in audio setting it computer it appear for 1 sec and disappear again after lot of research i found it appear like this in list and the thx detected it after last update came for lunching the new application for THX SPATIAL AUDIO so i think we need small update in our synapse to get it work good as is work good in the new thx application that just launched from razer

Hi everyone, So I updated Synapse to Ver: 3.5.730.72314 and there is a new option under sound for "Game Mode" that have never been there before. How do I use this mode?
