I'm looking to switch from my kraken 7.1 v2 over to a wireless headset. When looking for one i came across the Thresher 7.1 for PS4 and the Nari. Which one would be the better option to use on pc? While comparing them i noticed a few differences. The Nari has support for synapse but the Thresher doesn't, however this isn't a big deal since i already use my kraken without synapse. The second difference i noticed is that the Thresher has a much wider frequency responses compared to the Nari. Audio: 12Hz - 28,000Hz VS 20Hz - 20,000Hz on the nari Microphone: 100Hz - 10,000Hz VS 100Hz - 6,500Hz This means that the Thresher's audio & mic quality is better. And this aligns perfectly with the audio & mic quality i'm used to on my kraken 7.1 v2 since the specs are the same. When looking at these numbers it looks like the best choice for me is the Thresher 7.1 for PS4 unless i missed something critical. What's your opinion? Should i got for the Thresher or is the Nari better for PC due to som

Just bought the Razer kraken 7.1 tourn edition and cant settle on any EQs, I play primarily rb6 and watch youtube/movies and such. Every sing setting I go with either has too much base and too little clarity in voice, or perfect clarity but no bass and sound into gunshots and footsteps, that or they sound muffled in some way.

Hi Razer ! I'm thinking about buying the Nommo's PRO. My question is about tne connection: if i connect the speakers with USB connection, do i need a soundcard or a mothercard with special sound system to up the quality of the sound or not? Is there a DAC in the Nommo PRO speakers? What kind of DAC is integrated in the Nommo's PRO? 24 bits? Thx for the answers .... Exoche

Hello guys. I have a problem wit my headset Electra V2. When they are connected to my PC the sound is great and really loud, but when Im playing on my PS4 the sound is really low. Is they're a way how to fix that? Thak you!

Hi, I just Bought the razer kraken tournament headset and found that configuring the sound levels are quite difficult when i dont know where to start. Does anybody have any good equalizer settings for the razer kraken T.E.?

So the wife surprised me with this new headset....Kraken 7.1 v2. I just got them today. So here's my issues: Razer claims this is a legacy device and needs Synapse 2.0....OK. I just recently got a new mouse as well....She surprised me again. I got the Razer DeathAdder Essentials and it uses Synapses 3.0 First will the 2 conflict with other? So I setup the heaset, dowloaded Synapse 2.0 and calibrated and adjusted the settings to my liking. They work great with the OS (windows 10 Pro 54 bit, with the new features update 2004) and on the web....ie YouTube and the like. I use Skype as my primary commutations for personal and gaming calls. After make a call or receiving a call, Skype works for about 12 seconds and then I get 2 X's at the top saying both my mic and ear phones are not working and need to use something else. I've not tried Dicord yet. Does anybody have a clue as to what the heck is going on?

Normally people would talk headsets. Personally I've tried two and found they make my ears super hot after a while. So instead I got Bose Companion 5 speakers and they're amazinggg. Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone looking to buy amazing speakers. The features are a left and right speaker (stereo), a sub-woofer, and knob to control the volume, mute when you tap the middle, you can connect a device such as your phone through the middle and play from that device and also connect your earphone/headphones.

I have tried tons of reccomended settings, I have no idea what to do, might have to get a new headset because this one is garbage. Can't believe I spent so much on this.

im getting a new wireless headset soon since my thresher ultimate ps4 is in bad health, do you have any suggestions on witch ones to get? ive read up on the Nari Ultimate but have also read some bad reviews. help would be appreciated :)

Hello everyone. Its my first time posting, hopefully this is the right place! So, when Im using my Kraken Tournament Edition headset, I have the chat channel set as default communications and the THX Spatial - Synapse channel set as default, and they both work perfectly fine and everything is great. If I unplug my headset so I can use my non-razer speakers, the Chat channel is removed, but the THX Spatial-Synapse channel stays active and defaulted. This results in my normal speakers only playing chat audio, and all non-chat audio just....disappears into the ether. To fix it, I just have to set my speakers as default in my sound settings. When I plug my headset back in? I gotta re-set the THX Spatial-synapse to the default or else the headset only plays chat while the speakers play everything else. This is really annoying, is there anything i could do? I'd love a seamless experience where I can just unplug my headset and my speakers work, and when I plug the headset back in it work

Hi. I bought a new razer nari. While listening to songs, watching movies, the sound is very good, but in the game, especially csgo sound is very bad. It is impossible to hear the footsteps of the opponent. please help me, how do i set?

Hey guys, I just bought Razer Nari and i wonder which playback device should i use ? I see 2 playback device options in Windows sound settings. First one is Razer Nari - Game device and the second one is THX - Spatial Audio. Razer manual which is come from box says set default Razer Nari device, but in synapse 3 ''set thx-spatial audio'' for the best surround experience ? Also muffled sound problem still continue ? Especially when you change eq settings ? Thank you.

Do I need to connect it via USB first or what? I'm very disappointed. Razer is a brand I stand behind but I dont want to have wasted 150 for a headset that's not gonna turn on. I just pulled them out of the box and on the charger today and went to test the headset out and found that they won't turn on. Any help please?

Hello my issue is the headset's volume, when I adjust it to max volume the sounds are dominant in the left side and have some kind of static. I brought my headset last year and If it is issue that can repair by sending it to the repair shop or something how much should I pay?

I got a razer kraken green recently its with a 3mm jacket and i didnt knew anything about 7.1 surround back then but i got it with the 7.1 surround software but i realised that my headset had muffled audio and that was even before i got the 7.1 surround software from razer and i tried a lot but couldnt find a solution on my phone and laptop it works fine but not on my pc any solutions?

Just updated Windows today and the sound is muddy. Multiple attempts at updating the firmware have not fixed the issue. Troubleshooting and restarting Windows services has not fixed the issue.

Hi There, Recently purchased a pair of these and only when I use them on the PS4. They make a "beeping tone" every so often. Some times once, other times every few minutes. My PS4 is literally 1.5 mtrs away from me with a direct line of sight. Is there a fix for this? Thanks...

Is there any real reason to use them? They fall off constantly, when I am wiping them clean, or even just removing them from my ears. Can I just toss them and do without?

Hi, anybody know why the mic is so quiet when I'm in chat on my xbox one x? I have 2 sets, one work perfect and one can only just be heard, so it's not my xbox settings, before that's suggested. I tried recording with it on my pc and it cannot pick much up, it's a new set, is there a way to adjust it please? Anyone else had same issue? It sounds like I'm whispering even when I'm shouting??? Thanks for reading, any ideas appreciated. Cheers. Ps I tried it with the sound box to increase volumes on mic and voice ect, on the pc, but obviously not compatible with the console.

You know what I would really like from Razer in a headset? A headset and stand that wirelessly charged them. I've got a base station and I like it a lot. Nice little USB hub, add some more RGB to my battle station, looks good. But what would be really great is if I had a Nari and when I was done playing I could just rest it on the stand and it started charging the same way my phone does when I set it down on a Qi charging pad. I'm sure there would have to be some weird design issues so that whatever inductive technology was used didn't hurt your head through the padding while wearing it, but I'm sure some clever so and so on the design team could work out a solution. We can dock our mice. I want to quickly and easily dock my headset.

Hi fellow gamers, I have a problem with Razer Nari Ultimate when recording or streaming my gameplay, because the sound is very distorted and bad in the videos.... For recording i use Streamlabs OBS (i have the same problem with AMD ReLive and OBS Studio too). So, when i play the game, my default device for sound is THX Spatial sound and Razer Nari Ultimate - Chat is default communication device....BUT in streamlabs OBS i have set Razer Nari Ultimate - Game as the sound to record, because if i chose THX Spatial, there is no sound in the video after recording. So now everything works except that the sound in the recorded video is bad.... here is the example in one of my videos Is there any way to record THX Spatial Sound quality, what i actually hear when i play? And why is there no sound when i choose THX Spatial to record? Thank you for your help :)

Hi everyone, Just started my Xbox for the first time in a while and after signing in, I usually get a notification on the Xbox that my headset has paired. However, on this occasion I have not got the notification. I've checked on the devices and the only device there is my Elite controller. I've unplugging everything from the Hub etc, nothing seems to be working. Any ideas?
