Many ask for a Serial for Surround Sound Pro or Surround 7.1. Why does Razer make it so complicated with this software? It would be much easier to offer the software for free download, or for 10-15 Euro/dollar to buy. So, why does Razer make it so hard for people, and why is Surround advertised when Serial is only available for a few products? Greetings

The razer audio controller - chat audio works but not THX. When i select THX as my default audio device there is no audio that comes out through it. I do have razer synapse 3.0 installed. If someone can find a solution to this it would be much appreciated.

Everything else seems to work fine, audio and chroma works fine. But when I press the power button to turn it off nothing happens. I have to unplug it from the power source everytime I want to turn it off. Hope somebody knows why this is happenning. Thanks.

I have had my ManO'War going on 3 years now and i have noticed that the battery life has diminished significantly and what wondering if anyone knows the model number of the battery inside the headset so i can replace it

At the moment I have got a razer kraken which I got second hand from ebay and is working great. But although its good I have been seeing newer razer gear and I have now contemplated if it is worth it to even buy a new headset just because of their pricing. Its not like I don't like the brand, I love it, its just that the prices are annoying to say the least. Please tell me what you think! Love you razer!

I just got the speakers a couple of days ago. For the love of anyone with functional ears I have no idea what/who the THX mode is supposed to be for. The THX certification is nice and all but the speakers come with THX mode pre-enabled. However, the THX mode flushes out any mid- and higher- frequencies from audio, basically making it sound muffled (like many people commented on in a bunch of threads over at reddit). Yes I tried it with different content types and sources (Optical/BT/PC) Dolby is better but there's an issue of metallic ringing sound when high frequencies are in sound, reported by multiple people, which most recent firmware doesn't fix As much as I could skip (painfully, I'd like to try virtual Dolby surround over optical DD...) over the Dolby implementation as flawed, this basically leaves anyone who gets the speakers to resort to setting Flat custom EQ to get sound that's great for everyday stuff (I'm comparing to a pair of Google Home Maxes which have fantastic, cl

Are the drivers and sound quality essentially the same? Can anyone provide a comparison of these two headsets? The Tournament Edition is more subtle but the Kraken Ultimate does have the nice Chroma effect. Thoughts?

Hi there, I've encountered 2 issues right now. 1. THe microphone randomly turnes itself on for no reason. Then I'm just spamming the damn button on the mic to turn it off (works like after 4/5 times). It's most commonly when I boot up a game, but sometimes it happens mid-game where it keeps turning on when I turn it off.. (I can hear myself through the headset when the mic turns on) 2. The LED lights are just not working at all anymore. Been this way for like 8 months now, but I thought why not mention it anyways. Does anyone have a possible solution here? I already tried: - disabling it as the recording device (is still disabled). - Removed Synapse (also caused issues of SteamVR not booting up..) - For the LED's I've had contact with razer back then but still wasn't able to get it all fixed.

Hi all, I bought the Razer Nari Wireless headset this past Saturday 2/22 and I've been going crazy trying to fix this issue. For some reason, the microphone picks up whatever is playing through my headset VERY clearly, my friends on Discord have told me that the audio can even sound a bit clearer than my own voice. The issue goes away if I have the volume like at bare minimum (basically a whisper) but if I have it on anything higher than that, it gets picked up. The issue still happens when I plug it into different computers. What can I do to fix this issue? I already exchanged the headset for another pair just in case it was faulty, and the issue is still here.

I bought new razer headphones and it told me I can download surround sound, sound cool! only I can not adjust it to my sense of hearing, I looked at an old commercial for this made by razer and they said that what makes it different from all the other programs is that it lets you adjust it to your sense of hearing, however, my surround sound program is only a page with a gif of speakers around a person and an on/off button, nothing else. Nowhere to calibrate it. did I do something wrong? did they remove it? because that would be stupid... saying the thing that makes you better than all the other brands and then just remove it.

Hello, Unboxed the Naris an hour ago and have been fiddling around with them. The haptic stuff is great for gaming but its very distracting when its coming through friends voice chat. I use discord and want normal sound to come from discord voice etc, but use the haptic feedback for games. Is this possible? Or do i need to turn off the haptic feedback altogether? Thanks.

Hello, I recently got my new Nari Ultimate that I have been primarily using for the PS4. Whenever I play a very loud and immersive shooter game such as Modern Warfare, my mic picks up the rumbling from my headphones and whenever I do try to actually speak; it seems to not accurately catch what I am trying to say. Any tips on fixing this issue?
