Hello, I have an issue with my Razer Nari. It plays the annoying beep boop sound even though I am very close to the wireless receiver and it is charged.

I have my Razer Nari Ultimate, it is beeping repeatedly. I have Synapse 3 up to date. Fresh Install. I have THX Synapse set as my default playback. I have the wireless receiver plugged into a usb3.0 port. Not sure what else to do, to stop the beeping and use the product.

Hi all, I don't know how that part is called. I will just attach pic. Just broken that. There somewhere to buy replace? Or take out the headphones and fit in more solid headband? Any recommendations?

Trying to Register my Product. I have lost my packaging but have all the info on left ear piece but keep getting an error message " Model Number Incorrect" yet its the one on the ear piece? Although its only RZ then 6 numbers? I have receipt although bought 2 yrs ago and never registered. End goal is to get good Surround Sound!!?? Any help appreciated.

Welcome to me! I won a Thresher Xbox one, and was trying to find out a little more about it. What is the difference between Thresher Xbox One and Thresher Xbox One Ultimate !? About driver updates, do you have any incompatibilities? What differentiates one from the other is only the dock station?

Hi, I'm new here. Not sure if doing things right but I was looking for some clarifications and Razer's website seemed to suggest I could ask ppl here about issues. I just bought a Kraken TE headset and included in the package was a card with an activation code for surround sound 7.1 software and instructions to download it and activate it. The thing is that I set them up in Razer Synapse and that seemed to be it; I can turn the surround on and off from there and it's apparently working just fine. Additionally, this model comes with THX surround sound which I'm beginning to think is different than the regular 7.1 software. So I'm thinking I got that card in the packaging by mistake??? I already downloaded the software but I'm unsure if to activate it as it may mess up with things if it's not needed... yet, I might be wrong and they won't work the same until I activate that. Any thoughts?

My Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 headphones disconnected without me doing nothing, and connected back after 1 second, and all the sounds changed and Razer Synapse doesnt detect headphones anymore and in the sound settings it shows that theres CONEXANT USB AUDIO instead of Razer Kraken 7.1 V2. Weird thing is that my pc doesnt recognize Razer Kraken 7.1 V2, neither does the synapse app, but these still work, but the sound quality is trash. Already tried to plug them out and plug them back in, remove them from device manager and put them back in and run windows sounds troubleshooter, none of them worked. Oh and I just noticed that It doesnt matter how loud I put my volumes there, it still plays the music and sounds on the same volume, I just tried to put volume on 0 and it still kept playing the music, but if I change my sound device it stops.

I have a pc and an Xbox that I use. Currently, I am considering buying a Nari ultimate and have some questions. If I get the regular Nari Ultimate and not the one specifically made for Xbox, will I be able to use it to its full potential on my Xbox and pc, or will I lose some functionality on my Xbox? I know that with some headsets made for Xbox specifically you need a special USB adapter or you won’t be able to use the microphone on pc. Specifically I want to know if something like that will happen where I won’t be able to talk on my Xbox.

Any one else having a issue with Open Party Mic on Dota 2 with Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma? anyone have a fix? I can hear myself with open Mic Team with Voice loopback on 1 but as soon as I put it on Party Open Mic nothing comes out.

I have been using wireless headphones for ages, some you tap the power button and it responds with a power indicator tone, others announce their power level, some have a led indicator on the side. Does the wireless Nari headphones have some form of power indicator?

Hello, I'm using Razer Nari essential Wireless Headset. When I go to windows sound settings, I can't find the Equalizer TAB for the headset. If I switch to a different headset then it appears. Does anyone know why it's not showing there ?

Hello. I just built my system last night. Updated everything from BIOS to drivers to Windows. I have a GIGABYTE AORUS B450 M motherboard When using the Kraken i hear a pop and the sound output switches to the Realtek Digital Output and the Kraken disappears from my Synapse 3 dashboard. The Kraken is plugged into a RAZER base station quartz pink. Sometimes unplugging and replugging doesn't work and i have to restart the PC. I have been using the headset and base station fine with my laptop for streaming but there appears to be some conflict with my new build. Any help would be appreciated!

Title. I'd prefer the Tiamat, but it's more expensive and would, therefore, take longer for me to get. The Kraken TE is cheaper but has less control. I want some opinions on which one to get, ideally with personal experiences with the headset.

Hey guys so i recently got a Razer Nari Headset, and i love them so far, had no problem with the set up and the mic. I also have a 5.1 speaker system connected to my pc through 3.5 jack at the back of the pc. The problem is when i power of the Nari the sound doesn't go through the speakers and i have to go to the sound settings and actually change the playback device to my speakers. Is there a way to make an auto switch to the speakers?? In case its needed i have the usb dongle in the front on a usb 2 port. Thanks in advance for the help

Ive gone through 4 pairs now that have all broke in a separate way. But they all get broken from the same godamn thing. Ever single pair I've owned the wires twist all up to barely 2 feet. My Tiamat which i spent $80 started ringing. My next one which was a kraken simply stopped working, then my next kraken v2 arrived dead. Following up my kraken v2 tournament arrived with a defective left ear, and my new kraken TE"s have a dim left ear at low volumes and the cable just snapped while untangling it. Also not to mention my wireless pair, the headband broke and stabbed me in the head until they stopped working. This has all taken place in 3 years keep in mind, and I'm getting sick of it. Also as a sidenote, I had to open photoshop to lower the resolution of the images since they wouldn't upload otherwise.
