Recently bought some bt hammerheads, love them but that low battery warning every couple mins is a killer. Anyway to turn it off or have it beep only once at a certain percent? The only thing it reminds me of is how annoying it is, kills the vibe of whatever im doing :(

I just bought the Razer Kraken 2019, and it can seem to register into my computer and synapse 3.0. I can still use it but the sound is not really good, and I can configure it without the software. Does anyone know a way to configure the Razer Kraken 2019?

Does anyone know where I can buy the internal parts to the Man O War? I don’t want to have to just buy another headset when I could buy the small part that broke, it’s the tiny part right next to the charging port, it blew out and I just need the new piece.

So i am planning to buy a new headset, kraken 2019 is some bucks cheaper than TE which i know is technically speaking better cause the thx integration, so that few extra bucks might worth it, however i ve seen some alarming topics about the thx not working, people disabling the thx service to be able to use their headset, mic not working (all of this it might be specific cases tho) and some even say the headset sounds better with the thx off which is weird cause i supposed the extra bucks was precisely for the thx feature which make the headset in theory, better, so what do you suggest guys? btw i am planning to use it both for the PS4 PRO (i dunno if being pro changes something but there is that) and for my PC in games like BFV, Apex, mainly shooters. so and please if someone who have the te or the 2019 could give me their personal thoughts of them i will appreciate it. thanks in advance.

I am in the market for an AROUND-The-Ear (not on-ear or earbud) Headphone design with Bluetooth that can be used with my Mobile and PC. Was looking at the Thresher, as I like the design and fit of my old Megalodon and the Thresher is close to it in that regard, but it isn't Bluetooth that I can see. I like the idea of a retractable mic, but would opt for an option to have a removable boom mic, or one that flips up like the Meg. ANC would be a bonus (7.1 would be a dream in a BT Headset). My budget is $150 US, but features could persuade me to pay more. I do not expect 7.1 Bluetooth Studio Monitors at $150, but I know Razer can, and regularly does, give Professional Gear a run for its money, which is why I mention/inquire here today.

I plan to buy one of the two and I was wondering which would suit me more. Can someone tell me the differences between the two?

Would like to see other people's impression on playing this latest game added to Razer Cortex's paid to play with Razer's latest Hypersense headphones Nari Ultimate. If not yet tried, I highly recommend it because it will literally rock your head! (at least for me it did!) It was awesome!!!!

Does its "Mic" Noise cancellation work fine with PS4 as well? On the whole, just tell me which headphone with the best mic should i buy in range of 70-120 Dollars. Thanks

I bought the Razer Thx Kraken Tournament Edition recently and I tried to play with the bass a little but now I don't know how high or low the bass is set. If anyone know please explain bellow how to know and how to adjust it. P.S I don't really have the knowledge of what is the best height to put the bass for games and music so if anyone know that too that will be great.

Just getting acclimated to this new set of Nari's - very enamored so far. However, and I'm not sure if this is a Nari issue or synapse 3 issue, having a hard time finding balance b/w the mic sideTone/monitor function and other windows sounds. Given that they are over ear, being able to hear yourself speak is important, and though sideTone is enabled at max volume, i can't make out my own voice at all. Anyone have similar experiences, or have suggestions?

Hello guys, I bought Kraken TE headset and I found that when I calibrate THX (surround sound) Im not able to hear any difference between left and right speakers (earpads), basically nothing changed it was still the same, I found that when I was playing a game and then I noticed that I dont know from where is someone shooting. I dont know how to fix that, I was searching through multiple threads, videos and also firmware, nothing helped me, is there something else what could help? Ok, so I noticed that Ive had Playback devices vice versa, now surround sound works, but another things showed up 1. My left earpad have more volume than right one, I know that because I tried to mute sounds and then I was slightly adding volume until I heard volume in 1 earpad, I also tried to revert headset on my head, so something is wrong. I have it balanced in my windows audio mixer, I dont know whats wrong, should I just replace them with new or is there something how to fix that?

i just just bought a razer ultimate. It does not have the hookup needed for chat on my Astro a50s, just the aux port. So I went ahead and bought a aux cord and a 2.5mm to 3.5mm adapter to plug my headset into my controller, as my headset takes a 2.5mm aux. Game volume and chat volume is still fine but I cannot get it to transmit voice so I can talk. I tried going into settings and can’t figure it out. Are these not compatible? Anyone have a similar issue or know the fix for it so I can transmit my voice?

Hi all, need to check on the audio set up for my Nari Utimate. My PC is currently has a sound card in the form of Creative Sound Blaster. And I wish to pair up my Nari Ultimate with this sound card. May I check on how this can be done?

1. Uninstall all versions of synapse 2 or 3 and reboot system. 2. Install synapse 2 and configure the color of your headset. 3. Uninstall synapse 2 and reboot. 4. Now you can use "windows sonic for headphones" included in windows 10 (audio parameter) or buy the "Dolby Atmos for Headphones" (Microsoft Store) for about fifteen euros and have a good audio quality. 6. Then install the synapse version 3 if you have other razer devices to drive them. This is the only method I have found to use my Man'O War in 7.1 Surrond via Dolby Atmos for Headphones and the audio driver to recover from version 2 of Synapse. I recently bought a Razer Blade 14" qhd touch laptop with the Killer Wireless wifi adapter. I began experiencing slow internet access and disconnects which happened intermittently. These symptoms worsened when I upgraded from Win10 1517 to 1809. I found a simple solution, turn off the Bluetooth function. My router uses the 2.4GHz band and so does Bluetooth. Evidently there is some kind of signal interference between the Killer wifi and the Bluetooth card. I also downloaded the newest Killer Wireless drivers which seem to reduce the frequency of the disconnects a bit but the total solution was to just turn off Bluetooth. Alternately u can reprogram ur router to use a band other than 2.4GHz but if ur on the road that may not be possible. Hope this is of help. Best Regards, George

Hello community I have a big problem....after long gaming sessions my ears are hurting like helll are there any wider ear pads for this headset so my ears have more space and dont feel like they broke after 5 hours of gaming

I am thinking of getting a Razer kraken pro V2 for gaming with my laptop, and I was wondering.. Would both the mic and audio work if I just plug the audio jack of the default cable into the only audio jack output? If that doesn’t work, does that mean I need to get a y splitter(male to double female 3.5mm mic and audio in)?
