base station help

i bought a razer base station (headset stand with chroma) not once but twice one for my setup and another for my bedside. my setup one works fine but my bedside one doesn't power on unless i plug it into my PC im not sure what to do ive tried different plugs different power supplies in my house and nothing works does anyone have any suggestions?

    May I ask a bit more detail from you? The one on your bedside... Does it light up at all? It should run through spectrum cycling without being connected to synapse. What seems to be the exact problem? Also, Since it uses USB it might be a bit different if you try a wall plug than if you were to plug it directly into your computer.

    It doesn't light up at all it doesn't even make a pass through to use the three USB ports for things like charging it I tried all USB plugs I have on multiple power outlets but nothing works

    Can I suspect that you plugged the base station into a regular adapter/power outlet? I don't think it works that way. It's not exactly used as a charging port expansion.

    Yeah I was hoping it would as I don't see why it shouldn't but your right it's a regular power outlet

    Yes, I don't think It quite works that Way. I Don't have my base station yet but plan On ordering it very soon. I will make sure to try it asap. I will let you know how it goes.
