Hello, I can see I have firmware 1.3.0.0 in my brand new nommo v2 (not pro) speakers.Speakers are on, in PC mode, both connected to the subwoofer as expected and connected to the computer.The bluetooth 5 adapter of the computer is also on.When I try to update firmware to the latest 1.6.1r5, I can go until the update stage where the update button remains greyed out.What am I missing ? Regards

So this started about a month ago.  Computer monitors went to sleep woke up no audio, all audio tests in windows show its working including sound levels (even Gskil ram activates to sound) but no audio.  Speakers are on.Power on and off the speakers no change.  Cold boot PC sound comes back.  Warm boot does not help.  Windows 11 Pro - I should just chalk all my issues up with this. ever since setting up this PC with Windows 11, nothing but problems with Synapse 3.

At first i had an issue in game, as soon as i went into voice channel all sounds would cut out, i couldn’t hear anything at all until i left the voice channel but my mic was working and my friend could hear me. I looked this up and found a solution that did work and let me hear the game and voice channel but now it’s like the mic doesn’t even exist and i can’t be heard. If anyone knows a solution please let me know asap ! I don’t want to return:(

I can’t find a solution to my problem, but that seems very similar in many other topics.I found a little trick that helps with Razer Audio.My left earbud turns off after seconds when it isn’t playing something.I open the case and then I autopair it with my phone, and if it’s already playing something they work fine.But whenever I stop the music or if I wasn’t playing nothing the left earbud turns off (only the left one)I also noticed that if I have bluetooth off and I open the lid of the case both earbuds try to connect to something, but in a few seconds the left earbud turns off even if it’s still in the case.The second problem is with Razer Audio app that can’t find the earbuds, and I think it’s because of the left earbud problem.I found this trick, if I use Razer app in floating window and I play something to avoid that the earbud turns off it just work s fine with no problems at all.

The audio cuts off on one side L/R and I found out that it's because of the bass and it's been like than for almost a year now and I still don't know why that's happing, I need help with this because it's a comfortable headset but annoying when it does that

as I recently purchased my "Razer kraken" headset, installed it on my computer, and downloaded "THX Spatial audio" for better use of my headsetthe problem I find now iswhen I try to enter the product key, it says it is invalid.I already entered the code, but in another device, but I don’t use that device anymore.I want to enter the product key in a new device, please help.

So I originally bought the razer baracuda x when i had my laptop, I wanted something wireless so i picked this up.  Got a new computer, no disc drive but i plugged in the dongle and away i went.  Have had no issues, ran a game of dungeons and dragons last monday on discord and then had a thanksgiving holiday.  Have not turned the computer off, hadn’t restarted.Went to log in Monday for the game and my microphone no longer works.  Went through all the usually steps and nothing worked.  Went back to old laptop and issue also occurs now on laptop.  Plugged in different headset (wired) different port and everything seems fine.  Could it be an issue with the mic piece?   Is it time for a new headset?

Hi all, I’ve very recently purchased a Razer Leviathan V2 X for my partner and I only 6 days ago, and I have already had issues with mine auto turning itself off, disconnecting from my PC, and then becoming unrecognisable even via bluetooth. Thankfully my partner has not yet had this issue.I have found from looking on other forums that connecting it to a different power source or using a different USB-C cord works to short-term resolve the issue (the new plug-in worked for me) however I am wondering if this issue is something that is going to be fixed via patches/updates to the speaker or if I should head down the warranty route and receive a new one.Its’ really disappointing to have this happen as I had bought both speakers as a Christmas gift to my partner and I as we had just upgraded and gotten ourselves new PC/Monitors and had decided to get these speakers specifically because we were both in need of one and this one seemed perfect for our style and sound requirem

I recently opened a new razer blackshark v2 x and equiped the 7.1 surround sound. But at fortnite in voice chat it sounds pretty awful, loud and bad. Especially compared to my 4 year old hyper x pro. Can someone help.

Bonjour à tous j’ai eu en cadeau se casque blackshark v2 hyperspeed , et je ne trouve pas la bonne config .. j’ai toujours l’impression que le son et étouffer ou soit trop de résonance . Quelqun peut m’aider a avoir une config sur thx spatial que j’ai payer 20€ en plus 😅 

My Razer headset just arrived and when I tried it, the mic sensitivity is too low!. it's a 3.5mm and the sound quality is pretty good but the mic won't sense my voice unless I scream too loud while the mic is touching my lips. Any suggestions to help me with this ? And yes the mic is working well on other devices but not on my Xbox though I tried multiple controllers

"Hello everyone, I recently received a Razer Leviathan V2 X Soundbar for Christmas, and it's fantastic. However, I don't know if my PC has a USB-C port. So, I decided to connect it to my PC using one of the normal Razer USB cables that came with my keyboard. It was working fine until today (03/01/2020), but now it has very low sound or no sound at all. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with my cable, as it charges my keyboard, mouse, and headset fine. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!"

The sound is very quiet when I’m using YouTube or Discord. For all of the other apps it’s how it always was. It’s very quiet I can’t hear almost anything if the knob is turned to full volume and windows volume is at 100.Can someone please help me?

Hello, I bought a Razer headset with 7.1 channel sound capability and I was using this feature with the code on the card. The 7.1 surround sound program was deleted from my computer. I installed it again and entered the code to activate the feature again. It does not accept and says that this code has already been used. done

I have lost my barracuda x dongle are replacement parts available in the philippines?

Hi all, Firstly does this headset use 2.0 or 3.0 USB? And is there a recommended USB extension to use or anything in particular I need to spec for? 

My left earbuds power draining down extremely fast…it only last 10 mins with the full charged…I bought it from Lazada Malaysia Razer Official Store on April 2022. Suppose the warranty till April 2024 with 2 years Warranty. However, Razer Website  stated my device not longer covered under warranty. What is the reason? 

Bought brand new Barracuda X (2022) RZ04-04430100 and I’m getting mad already!The headset is amazingly good for the money incorporating 3.5 jack, USB and Bluetooth. BUT! Everytime I play some game and quit (close the app), the headset shuts off by itself without telling me and I have to manually switch it on so I can hear anything. The auto shut-off in the mobile app is set to “Never”, but they shut down no more than 20 secs after the last sound is played with the headset. There is no problem while something is playing sound on the PC. The problem is when there isn’t anything played for 20 secs the headset shuts down by itself without telling me (there is no female voice “Power off” like when I switch it off manually). First I was using the free 7.1 PC app but it was actually crap, so I paid and installed the THX Spatial Audio app and I use it for the 7.1 function.But everytime I start the PC I have to manually adjust the O

I have gotten the razer blackshark v2 and I have registered it on your website it says Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code.I dont understand please send me the activation code I have sent a email as well.I just want the 7.1 activation code for my headphones.Get back with me as soon as possibleThank you

Hello there i need some help. I have the headset razer nari ultimate and the last month I had charging issues. When I connected the cable with my headphones it did something like connect/disconnect and I had to move the cable left right and keep it stable in order to charge. Today I tried to charge them but the red light is not lighting. I tried 2 other cables just in case the one that came with headphones is the problem but I am sure it is the micro usb port. What should I do?

Recently I purchased Razer Nommo V2 Pro and sometimes when I see a video on YouTube or when I hear music on VLC, the lights blink without synchronisation and the music skips for seconds (all these at the same time) and then they come back to normal.Please inform me what to do.Thank you.
