Hello, I have detected a problem with my newly purchased headphones. The microphone cannot be heard on my pc, but if I use the headset on my phone or laptop it works. How can I solve the problem?

I recently got the Razer Opus headset, It is a great headset when I’m listening via Bluetooth on my phone, or when I’m just watching twitch or YouTube. But as soon as I try and get on discord it makes me switch from “Stereo” To “Hands-Free AG Audio” And the quality of sound goes to absolute crap. I can not figure out how to get discord to recognize the audio in “Stereo” Mode! PLESAE HELP!!

I've gotten 2 different blackshark v2 x's (3.5mm) because there's so much crackling when audio starts, stops, when my friends in PS4 party chat talk. Was just wondering if anyone else has this issue?

7.1 sound appears in the audio devices section of my computer, but it does not appear in Razer's own application. It wasn't like this before. 

Hi, I use the headset heavily for work(and play) and I’m not sure how being on wireless for long periods would do, but just curious if there is any way I can use Razer Blackshark V2 Pro without bluetooth or wireless?Thanks!

I cannot get my Galaxy S20 Ultra to recognize my Barracuda X RZ04-03801I have connected the dongle to the USB-C port on the phone, and it recognizes that a USB device is connected, but it never recognizes the headset.I am running on Android 13 -- this is the most current version of the OS that is available for the S20 Ultra.Everything works fine on my Windows 10 PC.

Hello, i just bought a Razer Blackshark V2 X a few days ago because I’m replacing my other Razer headset which was the Kraken X. I had registered the 7.1 surround sound with the Kraken X and the 7.1 surround sound output received audio but when i switched to the Blackshark V2 X the 7.1 surround sound output stopped receiving audio. How do i fix this?

hi i just bought a razer blackshark V2X but when i tried to get the code for 7.1 activation since the code was not  encluded in the box and the seller said to follow the steps in the website to enable it. it said the product was already registerd. i bought this entire headset for the 7.1 feature. and now its telling me i cant enable it. the box was unopened and i can send proof of ownership

I registred razer black shark v2 in razer id, after this i didn’t got any emails from razer with activation code and it says “Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code”. 

I just got this new pair of Razer Hammerhead true wireless for my birthday and after taking both earbuds out of the case the left earbud goes from 67% to 10% in under 55 seconds (rough estimate) and everybody is saying to troubleshoot the earbuds and do a battery calibration and I have no idea how to do that.  I also had a pair of Razer Hammerhead Pro Hyperspeed before I lost them (so I got these) and I never had a battery issue like the new one I got.

Hello everyone, I’m having a strange problem with my new Nommo V2 X. They cut out the beginning (a few split seconds) of a newly played sound on MacOS. It is very noticeable with the short “Boop” or “Mezzo” sounds: they are almost inaudible.To reproduce (on MacOS Ventura):Ensure that no audio output is running (background music etc). Go to System Settings → Sound and select “Boop” as “Alert Sound”. Ensure that “Razer Nommo V2 X” is selected under “Play sound effects through”. Then press the “play” button. You will hear the sound very faintly, if at all. BUT if you press “play” more than once in a second, the sound plays correctly. Also, if background music is playing, the cut-off does not happen.I’m running latest build of MacOS Ventura. I also upgraded the firmware of the speaker, but that didn’t change anything. I also tested multiple computers running MacOS, they are share the problem. I didn’t notice it with Windows, though.Anyone else has this problem?

Hi!I ve just reinstalled my windows and when I ve reinstalled the razer synapes I can t set as default the THX Spatial audio speaker,I m struggling for hours,I ve register my product and tried to get activation code but it says ‘’Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound’’,If i can get some help I would appreciate.thank you!

Warum ist das razer blackshark v2 hyperspeed nicht in der Audio App gelistet??? 

I just bought this BARRACUDA X 2022 and the audio works perfectly while connected to the RAZER AUDIO app in my iPhone 13, but my phone captures sound via my phone’s built-in mic instead of the attached mic in my BARRACUDA X 2022 when I try to speak or record my voice. Is there any way to capture voice/sound thru the attached mic while connected to bluetooth? Thanks guys.

So I bought the new Razer blackshark V2 pro wireless 2023 they are amazing so far but one really massive downfall is the audio will cut out , before it cuts out it will beep 3 times and then cut the audio out then it will usually come back in 5-8 seconds? I did everything Razer support has explained, any ideas guys ? Cheers. I don’t want to send them back as they are so amazing rn but if I can’t fix this problem unfortunately I’d have to refund them :/

I ordered this already and it’s arriving soon. But I may have made a mistake. I’m unsure if this will work on my Xbox series X. It says made for mobile devices 😭😭😭

When using my headset and connecting directly to the microphone, the audio that comes into the headset is super quiet in my left ear only, the right ear is loud and clear but I can barely hear it coming out the left. I have tried messing with the levels in the microsoft sound settings for the microphone and those are fine they were at 100 for both sides. The headset works perfectly fine when plugged into any other device and sounds just fine. I saw a few questions here that were asking the same thing but all of them have been closed with no replies and it doesn’t seem like they solved it. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Heyy folks, I got a razer kraken v3 and i'm a big fan of the hypersense haptics. I'm wondering if anyone knows whether it's possible to only hear the haptics feedback and not the audio when listening to a song? Super curious to find this out. Thanks!p.s. I know this sounds weird… I’m a design student and I’m thinking if I could do haptic prototyping with this headset. 

Hello, i am using USB Audio Enhancer with Ifrit headphones and Razer Seiren mic, on enhancer i disable mic by button but everytime when i make some apps windows active (for example Mozilla Thunderbird), it automatically enables mic button on enhancer and make sound level way higher. If i disable it just need do 2-3 clicks inside other app and it enables again. I already reinstalled OS, reinstalled synapse, changed headphones, nothing help, it was on win10 , now same on win11. 

HelloMy 7.1 surround code says invalid when activating. I check if my headphone is eligible to but it says its not but i saw a post in reddit regarding with same issue and a mod reply and says i still can use 7.1 surround capabilities with my kraken pro v2 using the razer sound but i cant activate it with my code
