Hi , i need help , i bought headphone razer kraken x from shoppe , how i want to claim warranty ? 

I got a barracuda and wonder if i get a barracuda x mic it will be compatible.

After instaling update nothing changed with thx patial audio it doesnt work and also volume bars on headphones decreases or up sound a little bit, not completely like it was before when i took it all way down to chat i must not hear game but it doesnt work that way now, please help me with that

My Kraken V3 Pros are not completely charging. The light will never go solid green just flashes while pluged in and then turns off.

Today Razer launched a new update to fix some THX issues, but even with this update problems still remains, audio delays continue, PC take more time to shutdown the system when we try to turn off the PC and weird noises from sounds notifications (web browswer) when using THX enabled. Razer for god sake rollback this update to the funcional previous one, we (users) are tired of these plagued bugs.

After the latest Synapse update, the enhancement section is not functioning at all. Nothing changes when I select the music mode or adjust the EQ and it's been like this for a week. 

Just bought myself a Leviathan V2 X today I must say love it, but is there anyway to turn off the “power down electro sound” that comes on every time you press the On/Off button?

Recently when using my RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 X my discord once crashed. Now I have a very loud static noise playing in my ears 24/7 and my mic is echoing when I try to spead in discord, and yet to find a solution. I’ve searched how to fix it in discord itself which hasn’t worked. I’ve tried changing input and output settings and nothing is resolving this issue.

Hey everyone, I've been using my Razer Leviathan for about 4 years and I had an unfortunate day where it was not turning on. Tried using a different power cable and the Soundbar was working fine. Tried finding for authentic power supply cable in multiple locations and online platforms, no luck with that. May I know where I could find the exact 50W, 18V power cable for Razer Leviathan V1 in Malaysia? 😢

When I ship the parcel out to razer for the warranty, do I have to return in the box? Cause I have thrown it away and realized that the mic is not working when I am playing my games. My teammates keep telling me that they cannot hear me and I have already tested it out myself. I have checked online and found out about the problem. I hope that you guys can help me?

I have a problem with my 7.1 surround sound system and the activation code required for it. I bought a Razer blackshark V2 X headset yesterday and it does not come with an activation code so I can't proceed with the drivers. How can I find this code and what do I need to do to find out what exactly this product is?

I have Razer Blackshark V2 SE headphones and I lost 7.1. I reinstalled windows but it didn't help. All programs related to 7.1 did not help. I even switched to Windows 10 on purpose, but it didn't help. Please help me

Hello,  i have a problem with 7.1 surround sound system and the activation code that its needed.  i bought yestarday a razer blackshark V2 X headset and it hasnt the activation code included so i cant continue with the drtivers.  How can i find this code and what you need from me to find out which product is it exactly?

I reset my pc yesterday because of Performance lack and when i installed the synapse again my audio was nothing like the old and i now have this constant surround sound where its like 3d from every side and i dont know how to turn it off it ruins the whole gaming expirience pls help 

I’ve had this headset for several months and had never had an issue with it until yesterday. When in a Discord call, I am incredibly difficult to hear and it looks like my voice is barely even registering. There hasn’t been any damage to the headset or PC/ports and the sound itself continues to function correctly. I have tried several fixes including updating drivers, uninstalling/reinstalling Synapse, restarting, and nothing will fix the problem. Has anyone else encouraged this? I thought it was a problem with a recent update to Synapse but even with the program gone the problem persists. Any suggestions would be most welcomed and I appreciate any feedback.Thank you in advance.

Hello, I just received the headset in the title today and I know it does not have Bluetooth because it does not have a smart switch button and when the USB transceiver is plugged into my Switch, I get audio out of the left side only. Does this indicate a problem with the headset? 

Hi! I’m looking at purchasing a Barracuda X headset. I need a lightweight, wireless headset due to muscle issues but I also wear hearing aids (over the ear) and I need to know if the headset will work with the hearing aids. I game (World of Warcraft) and I use both the Razer Basilisk Ultimate mouse and the Razer Tartarus Pro keypad so I wanted to stay with Razer for the headset. Can someone answer this question for me? I need to purchase the headset soonest (need one). Thanks!
