Llevo meses con este problema, resulta que sin yo mover el cable, los cascos se desconectan solos, durante unos segundos. Me gustaría darle una solución a esto ya que los cascos son nuevos.

Hi, I am having problems with my razer nari ultimate dongle. It started a few weeks after I got it, more than  a year ago.My headset disconnects after restarting/turning on pc, but i usually could connect it back with the recovery tool, however It does not work anymoreAlso tried to update the dongle, but it keeps failingWould be glad for any help whatsoever Thanks in advance

My problemis that I can’t pair my Razer headset with Razer audiohub, they just blink slowly.How I can fix this! Thanks

  Hello, in first i want me to excuse for my bad english.  Can somebody tell me whats the difference with these two headsets?  Is the PS5-3D-Sound working with the non-licensed headset?   Thank You very much

I have had the Razer Kraken Kitty USB RGB headset for 2.5 years now, but since the start of the year the sound cuts out with a pop and comes back during games. I have tried soooo many ‘fixes’ but nothing works for me except for turning the brightness down and having it plugged into a powered usb hub. But recently it has been cutting out even with the brightness down and being plugged into the hub. I can’t contact support anymore because the warranty is out so I do not have access to free support and I really don’t want to buy a new headset after only having these for about 2.5 years. I’m so frustrated and would love any help with getting the headset to work properly, because there’s no point in having this headset if I can’t use the RGB.

I have had it for about a year. The headset has worked fine and still does but I never received a dongle. Didn't think this was an issue until I realized razer synapse wont recognize my headset without it. I naively looked for other solutions and ignored/forgot the issue all together. Is there 1. any way to use my headset with razer synapse without the dongle or 2. a way for me to get a dongle

My Razer barracuda x headset cant connect with my Pc or my mobile phone. When i try to connect it, the light is blinking blue, can somebody help me?

Hello guys.so I have a question.if I have an account that i arleady activated 7.1 surround sound for,can I use any other headset without its activation code.I mean,I had a razer kraken x that came with an activation code,but it broke,so I bought a razer black shark v2 x,it didn’t come with an activation code,but I activated 7.1 surround sound using my other headset,so can I use it on the black shark??? 

So i bought Barracuda X 2022 2 days ago. When i connected it to my laptop and downloaded 7.1 surround sound system it was working fine. The next day when i finally plugged in my mic surround sound suddenly stopped working. Any ideas what might be wrong and how to fix it?

I purchased the Blackshark V2 X yesterday, and the seams inside the ear pads (where the two different materials join) are making it really difficult to wear them for any length of time. They are quite literally digging into the skin around my ears. Could someone who has bought the replacements tell me if they are full breathable material, instead of the breathable/protein mix of the original Xs? Although it’s currently a moot point, since Razer is out of the replacements, I’m hoping to get a set if they’re all one material.

Hey everyone,I've been having some trouble with the sound quality settings in Razer Armory, specifically related to audio. I've tried adjusting various settings, but I can't seem to get the audio quality to where I want it to be. It's not as crisp and clear as I expected.Has anyone else experienced issues with the sound quality settings in Razer Armory? How did you go about fixing them? Are there any specific settings I should be tweaking to enhance the audio experience? Your insights would be greatly appreciated!

Just purchased a RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 headset and did not receive an activation code for the Surround Sound 7.1. Your support page was of no help. What do I need to do?

I use Barracuda X 2022 for about 5 months and in May I met a problem. System doesn’t see device after shut down PC and charging it. When I switch USB port system can see the device. But it isn’t comfortable. 

Hello, I recently bought the razer kraken v3 pro and I don't understand when it charges. It flashes yellow-green while charging and then red. When I remove it from its charge to turn it back on, on the software I see that it is not 100% charged. So it takes me more than 3 hours (or a whole night) to charge it and when I want to use it, it's not fully charged.

Hello, I have a version without USB (DOngle or usb conection in the headset  ) , so I have to connect how? with xbox receiverI cannot connect the headset , the razer app to connect or even to update the firmware does not work (it needs the usb)so how should i do it?

I've been using my barracuda x 2022 for 2 months and i realized that my microphone sponge got dirty. I didn't do anything everything is clear except it. It changed colour to yellow. What should i do? I tried to clean it with white soap, it also didn't work help.

I’ve had this headset for a while and finally got a laptop so I decided to pair it for gaming. I got it to pair but everytime I go to connect it comes up with a prompt for a pin, I have no idea what to do and haven’t seen anything online about a pin being asked. I really don’t want to have to buy a whole separate headset for my laptop so I’d appreciate if someone could help. 

So, the microphone sounds REAL bad, but when i try the Mic monitoring (sidetone), it sounds great! how do i make the input sound like the sidetone?

Hello Everyone,I have given up on my new blackshark v2 x usb headphones.Every morning when I begin my day, I start my laptop and these headphones don’t have any sound in them.So, I have to first uninstall the SurroundSound app, restart the laptop, install the app again.Only then the sound comes and I can begin working after 10-15 minutes of this daily drama.I have a tight schedule, I have to work on all 7 days of the week, so I can’t afford to waste time on this process.I bought these headphones because of its brand name, but it is opposite of the brand’s popularity.Can someone please, for the love of god, tell me on how to avoid doing this.I have tried all possible workarounds already as I didn’t get time to type it all here till now.Since about 2 weeks I was doing the same thing, but today finally I took some time to type it here.I did it because of the love that I have for the brand Razer, nothing else.I
