I have a problem with the RAZER KRAKEN V3 HYPERSENSESince a few updates ago, I have been experiencing some sort of fade when I restart audio or when I start audio for the first time when I have the THX option turned on.This takes 2 seconds but is very disturbing, I don't know if there is a fix for this or if this problem is already known.I don't know the right terms for this, but I think it's the switch to the right equalizer that apparently then happens.Hopefully there is an option to fix this but I would like to keep the THX option.Thank you in advance.

I’m planning to buy THX Spatial audio from this link https://www.razer.com/thx-spatial-audio but there is no way for me to change the billing address, I’m living here in Philippines. Is there other way for me to purchase the thx spatial audio?

Dank des lieben Support Teams bin ich evtl. auf eine dauerhafte Lösung für folgendes Problem gestoßen:    Kopfhörer Sound knackt, ist auf voller Lautstärke, egal wie weit man den Pegel herab dreht,    in-game Sound und Soundeffekte werden auf gleicher Lautstärke abgespielt. Da durch das Update meine Headset-Einstellungen resettet wurden, wurde auch der Button für “Mono-Audio” deaktiviert.Wenn ihr diesen unter “System - Sound” bei euren Kopfhörern wieder aktiviert, sollte sich die allgemeine Lautstärke des Systems wieder herunter pegeln. so previous to a recent update to synapse, my audio controller would show Razer headset - chat and Razer headset - game. however the game option has dissappeared and is messing with my sound settings, in synapse its telling me to default the game option but it isnt there, ive reinstalled drivers and tried plugging my headset into another pc. i dont understand whats going on to be honest.

I am sensitive to it and don’t want to use it.Also, can I extend the cable from the subwoofer to the main speaker? The cable is too short for my desk configuration and I wouldn’t be able to put the subwoofer on the floor that way. It would have to be on the desk if I can’t extend the cable.

My client has purchased a second-hand Razer Blade RZ09. It has no audio at all.When I look in the Windows Device Manager, not a single audio device is shown.When I look in the BIOS, no audio devices either.I am not quite sure if there are supposed to be any dedicated audio devices, or if some audio feature of the graphic card is supposed to be used.Could anyone give me any pointer what to check?

Hi I recently changed computers my headset was working fine at first. Than one day I could hear people on discord and other platforms but my mic volume is extremely low. My mic works perfectly on my friends computer and also his mic works perfectly on mine but for some reason my razar nari doesn’t work well on mine.   I have looked all over internet i have tried a 100 steps but non of them work.  steps i tried  made a new synapse account. log in and out.  uninstall reinstall the up  check my microphone volume . its maxed out .  updated all audio and mic drivers. uninstalled them and reinstalled them.  uninstall reinstalled discord. didn’t work made sure my microphone is set as primary device. according to the test on my computer my microphone isn’t an issues.  i did countless of other steps i found online. none of them work.Can someone help me ! thank you

Directly after the update to Razer Synapse Version 20231110, my Razer Kitty headphones have a sound bug.The sound of video games (only) is very loud and every in game sound (voicelines, bg music, sound effects) are played very loudly and at the same time. It makes the sound within the headphones crash, crack or come out in waves.I tried repairing and reinstalling the app, but the problem is ongoing.I tried changing settings in game, in the synapse app and the sound options on my laptop, but nothing worked.When plugging the headhpones into another pc, the sound quality of the headphones was fine! (the synapse version was not updated on the other pc yet).Is it a company issue or an update issue?If anyone can provide any information or help with this issue, I’d be very grateful 😊

I’ve tryed to use my Kraken V3 Hypersense headset as usuall. But today when i pluged in the USB Headset only the lights truned on. The headset isint visible on my pc and i’ve tryed all the Usb ports i have on this computer. I also tryed all Usb ports on my second Computer but the headset couldnt be detected at all.I reinstalled Razer Synapse and Updated all Sound / Windows and GPU Drivers i could find.

I have seen lots of people missing the THX spatial audio mode, so am I. I have a Blackshark V2 and  was wondering if anyone is has had the problem with mics as I was trynna play with some people and my discord just wouldn’t recognise my mic even tho it’s plugged in correctly using the usb sound card and it was all working great until this latest update. Sound is fine just my mic won’t work at all.  Would be very interested to know if other people are having the same issue with the mics or if it’s just me...

Few Days Ago New Synapse Update Broke THX Spatial Audio And Razer Told Us They Release Fixes On 16/11/23. But After Today Update Still Not Fix THX Spatial Audio. Im Using Kreken V3 Hypersense, Still 7.1 Audio Issues, Here Screenshots.After Updated Of 16/11/23 Update Still Not Showing 7.1 Audio.  And When Few Weeks Ago THX Works Normal , That Time It Will Show 7.1 Option    Please Razer Fix This Or If You Can’t Then Roll Back Update To Last THX Working Update. Or Give Promocode Of THX Spatial Audio 7.1 Devices.

Hello. I recently bought the Razer Nommo V2 pro speakers. When I want to watch a movie through VLC, choosing THX audio, when I move the slider bar to choose a specific scene, a scratching sound appears and the rgb lights blink for seconds. I haven’t updated to the newest Synapse version yet. This happens when I move the bar at a specific point in the film; pressing “play” and then immediately moving the slider bar to a specific point. Not when I watch the movie from the beginning. I’m referring to the speakers. Not the headset. Please help.

I have a Razer Kraken Tournament Edition. Up until a few days ago, 7.1 surround was working just fine. Then there was an update for Synapse that deleted the drivers from my computer and I cannot get them back. When trying to get a new activation code to download the drivers again, it says my product is not supported. Clearly it was supported until a few days ago. What is the deal, Razer? I paid for a product that supports 7.1 surround, it supported 7.1 surround, and now your website is telling me it doesn’t. I want the 7.1 surround feature restored.

So this is the headset I’ve used for about 2 years now and I haven’t had a single issue. I was using it this morning like usual, then came back this afternoon/evening and my audio now isn’t as clear almost like I’m in a tunnel. I’ve played around with the audio equalizer but have had no luck in getting it back to how it sounded previously (crystal clear). If anyone has a solution it would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!
