Hi, I just bought my razer barracuda x headphones and I tried to call my friend but she can’t hear me. Is there a built in microphone on the headphones or do I really need to use the detachable microphone for me to answer calls even outside

i cant find the output device can someone help me get it 

I’m trying to get my kraken kitty’s v1 to sync with music and make the lights follow along to the songs but I don’t remember how it happened and it was really cool. Can someone help please

Can anyone tell me how i can tweak the mic settings because whenever I game using the  headset, sometimes my voice is not detected by the mic making the comms ingame pretty bad...or is there another solution  that doesnt require the usage of razer synapse 3

Estuve buscando por por todos lados auriculares Razer que sean 7.1 y que sean compatibles para consola, en mi caso PS5 y no encuentro me han dicho que solo son compatibles con PC , por favor quitenme la duda. o si los hay, cuáles son ? Porque tengo todo Razer en ps5 y solo me faltan los auriculares Muchas gracias y disculpen la molestia. 

So I have buy the razer hammerhead true wireless X in 1 week. I just want to know how do I reset the headset on the default factory?

Had to remove earmuffs to get the serial number to register my headset in order to get the activation code. Getting them back on is a hassle. Why can’t you just put the code in the box or the serial number somewhere where you can read it? Probably the first and last Razer product I bought. Making your customer jump through such stupid hoops isn’t a good business practice.

Dear Razer community,I have problem with my Razer Nari Ultimate and my Razer Kraken V3 Pro.So yesterday Razer Synapse installed an Update (Midgame by the way, wtf Razer) and since then there are connection Problems with the dongle of my Razer Nari Ultimate. The PC losses complete connection to the dongle. When I plug it into another USB Port i get back connection but as soon as I start to play a sound the same issue occurs. So I thought the dongle may got damaged, so I pulled my old Kraken V3 Ort from the basement but the exact same issue occurs with that headset too, so I figured it must have something to do with Synapse, maybe an untested Update or something like that. I already just the dongle recovery tool (with the newest version) so what else can I try?

There are plenty of good headphones on this website, but I just want newer quartz headphones so I can use the kitty ears on them or something. Now don’t get me wrong, I still think the original quartz kitty headphones are great, but I would like to have the newest kraken headphones also in quartz. So like, what happened to quartz?

I recently purchased the Razer Arctis headset, The audio periodically cuts out during games and sometimes sounds distorted. It's quite frustrating, especially in competitive matches. I'm not sure if this is a software or hardware issue. Has anyone else experienced similar problems?

Llevo meses con este problema, resulta que sin yo mover el cable, los cascos se desconectan solos, durante unos segundos. Me gustaría darle una solución a esto ya que los cascos son nuevos.

Hi, I am having problems with my razer nari ultimate dongle. It started a few weeks after I got it, more than  a year ago.My headset disconnects after restarting/turning on pc, but i usually could connect it back with the recovery tool, however It does not work anymoreAlso tried to update the dongle, but it keeps failingWould be glad for any help whatsoever Thanks in advance

My problemis that I can’t pair my Razer headset with Razer audiohub, they just blink slowly.How I can fix this! Thanks

I have had the Razer Kraken Kitty USB RGB headset for 2.5 years now, but since the start of the year the sound cuts out with a pop and comes back during games. I have tried soooo many ‘fixes’ but nothing works for me except for turning the brightness down and having it plugged into a powered usb hub. But recently it has been cutting out even with the brightness down and being plugged into the hub. I can’t contact support anymore because the warranty is out so I do not have access to free support and I really don’t want to buy a new headset after only having these for about 2.5 years. I’m so frustrated and would love any help with getting the headset to work properly, because there’s no point in having this headset if I can’t use the RGB.

I have had it for about a year. The headset has worked fine and still does but I never received a dongle. Didn't think this was an issue until I realized razer synapse wont recognize my headset without it. I naively looked for other solutions and ignored/forgot the issue all together. Is there 1. any way to use my headset with razer synapse without the dongle or 2. a way for me to get a dongle

Hello guys.so I have a question.if I have an account that i arleady activated 7.1 surround sound for,can I use any other headset without its activation code.I mean,I had a razer kraken x that came with an activation code,but it broke,so I bought a razer black shark v2 x,it didn’t come with an activation code,but I activated 7.1 surround sound using my other headset,so can I use it on the black shark??? 

So i bought Barracuda X 2022 2 days ago. When i connected it to my laptop and downloaded 7.1 surround sound system it was working fine. The next day when i finally plugged in my mic surround sound suddenly stopped working. Any ideas what might be wrong and how to fix it?

I purchased the Blackshark V2 X yesterday, and the seams inside the ear pads (where the two different materials join) are making it really difficult to wear them for any length of time. They are quite literally digging into the skin around my ears. Could someone who has bought the replacements tell me if they are full breathable material, instead of the breathable/protein mix of the original Xs? Although it’s currently a moot point, since Razer is out of the replacements, I’m hoping to get a set if they’re all one material.

I've tried adjusting various settings, but I can't seem to get the audio quality to where I want it to be. It's not as crisp and clear as I expected.Has anyone else experienced issues with the sound quality settings in Razer Armory? How did you go about fixing them? Just purchased a RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 headset and did not receive an activation code for the Surround Sound 7.1. Your support page was of no help. What do I need to do?
