Where can I buy the Razer THS Case for Hammerhead True Wireless Pro? I can't find a way to buy it from the website. 

I purchased a headset labeled as "new" two days ago from Komputronik, a well-known electronics retailer in Poland. I received the product yesterday. After fully charging the headset using the original cable provided in the box, I connected it via Bluetooth and via the included USB dongle. The headset paired successfully and plays audio without issues.However, none of the Razer applications – including the Razer Audio mobile app, Razer Synapse, the Barracuda Firmware Updater, or the Pairing Utility – detect the device at all. The same issue occurs both on my desktop PC and my laptop. I also tried plugging the dongle directly into the device, with no success.Additionally, in Windows Device Manager, the headset appears only as "USBAudio1.0", which seems generic and not Razer-specific.So far, I have tried the following troubleshooting steps: Reinstalled Razer Synapse. Uninstalled and updated the driver manually via Device Manager. Tried different USB ports on multiple devices. Tested

i found an old starcraft 2 headset but i cannot find the software for it anywhere. Is it still available? i want to be able to control the audio and colours of the headset

Hello,I purchased a Razer Barracuda X headset that included THX Spatial Audio. I successfully activated and used THX on my previous PC using the provided activation code.Recently, I replaced my PC and reinstalled THX Spatial Audio. Hello ppl!I got my Razer headset, because i like the sound. I tested bunch of headsets and i like this one. I am active gamer, i like a good sound and i pick this Razer headset. It sounds rly good.But after year of usage, plastic get broken. So bad, i do not want to buy a new headset, just because this one still sounds good, and mic is good.I fixed this issue by some clue: It was not effective. After a week, i got another plastic brake just near this.I made two metal rods installs inside. it’s fixed this problem. Plastic doesn't brake anymore.This white splashes are previous crack fixes. I strongly recommend to use additional enforcement for construction for the future headsets designs.  

Hey, I generally hear really good audio in Warzone — I can hear gunshots, planes, everything perfectly. But I hear absolutely no footsteps. Literally none. Enemies can be standing right next to me and I don’t hear them at all. Does anyone have any idea what I could change in the settings? The eSports audio presets didn’t help at all. Please help.Hey ich höre an sich echt gute Sounds in Warzone, höre Schüsse, Flugzeuge alles top - aber Schritte höre ich 0,0. Also wirklich 0 - die stehen neben mir und ich höre die nicht. Does anyone else have a problem with the Razer BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed being a bit loose fitting? I see in the instructions that you can adjust it to be a larger fit, but I need to tighten it up a bit. I actually have a large head; whenever I buy a hat or helmet, I need to purchase a large size. At the default smallest size adjustments for this headset, it slides around on my head a lot. It isn’t that big of a deal really, but I would like more adjustment. Otherwise, I really do like this headset for the price.

The headphone on a normal charge start from red to green, blinking until its fully charged. But i noticed that led gets crazy when is completely charged or is close to do it. Sometimes blinks red, other blinks green, slow or fast, is random. And if i disconnect it from the cable, power on and off, and connect again to the cable, led doesnt power on again because is full. Could be driver issue and it need a driver update fix? 

I installed the 7.1 Surround Sound app and put my headset as the output device. Why am I still getting the error?I know I should be able to hear the surround sound but I have trouble distinguishing between that and the default unless they are “beside” one another.  

I’m trying to find somewhere to buy a replacement dongle as mine has gone missing. Anyone know where I can find one? Currently not able to use my headset without it. Thanks!

hello there, i currently own the blackshark v2 X headphones, and while they have served me well im kind of looking into an upgrade now, the usage would be for gaming (single player games mostly) music and movies/series.i didnt know that razer launched the v3 version of the blackshark, i have the budget to buy either of the 3 but, if i can get the mid tier version instead or the “budget” without losing much then i can settle for that without a problem and save some buck at the same time,  is it really a solid upgrade to consider? maybe someone can share their own experience or suggestions. thanks for your time

Hi, I just bought a Razer Blackshark V2 Pro, hoping to use the THX Spatial feature that I was really enjoying previously, but upgraded. I got all the software set up, Razer Synapse, Updated Firmware/drivers, etc, only for the audio to be COMPLETELY bugged out, problems include: audio crackling, random shifts in EQ, complete audio cutout, audio quality decreasing, brief volume shifting, etc I’ve tried: Updating drivers, Updating Firmware, Reinstalling Synapse, Tweaking Windows Audio Properties, Changing dongle location, plugging dongle into USB A extension.The ONLY fix I have found is to disable “Enable audio enhancements” in Signal Enhancements in Windows Audio Properties, but that also completely disables THX Spatial.If there’s a solution to this that lets me keep all the features intact, let me know, thanks!

Dear Razer TeamI’m reaching out because I’m trying to track down a replacement for my Razer Kraken Tournament Edition. I’ve been using this specific headset for nearly 7 years now, I actually got them back in middle school, and they’ve been my daily driver all the way into university.Unfortunately, my pair is finally giving out, and I see they’ve been discontinued. I’ve tried some of the newer Krakens and other Razer headsets, but they just don't feel the same. This model has a lot of sentimental value to me, and after nearly a decade of use, nothing else quite beats it.I know it’s a long shot, but I wanted to ask if there’s any way to still get one. Is there any chance a unit might still be "collecting dust" in a warehouse or tucked away in an office somewhere? The repeated “Low Battery” voice alert on the Razer Kaira Pro is aggressively intrusive, disruptive to gameplay, and completely unacceptable for a product you market as premium.Users are given zero control. There is no option to disable voice prompts or even limit the alert to a single notification. This is not a design choice — it is a clear failure in product quality and user experience.Your competitors already provide basic controls for these features. The fact that Razer still does not reflects a lack of respect for the actual user experience.I demand, not request, that a future firmware or software update includes a clear option to fully disable voice prompts or restrict the low battery warning to a single alert.Until this issue is addressed, I will no longer purchase any Razer products and will actively advise others to consider alternative brands.Sincerely,A Razer Kaira Pro user who expects real action, not automated

My mic on my Razer kraken v3 has stopped picking up sound well and has a constant static like background noise, I’ve tried every troubleshooting technique on razer support and made sure it wasn’t a software issue. I wondering where I can buy a replacement as the 3rd party sellers on amazon and other sites seem a bit sketchy.

The middle button doesn’t work--the scrolling does--on the default Windows 10 hd compliant driver.  Is there a driver available?

Does razer or any other 3rd party site sell replacement dongles and control bases for the kraken v4 pro? i’ve been looking all over and can’t find anything.

I just got my device registered and got the 7.1 sorround sound key and followed the steps but no audio will actually play. Either it jitters and refuses to play or jitters for a while then plays without audio. I have tried to restart both the software and my PC and even installed synaps 3 because some people said it worked. 7.1 is set as default and the app shows that is should be working. Please help

This has happened once before with another update on the non beta launcher which was the reason i switched over to the beta version. When i for example open a new tab in brave the audio maxes out for one second then goes back to normal again, and the same happens when i start a song in spotify for the first time, but if i close spotify and reopen it again it peaks again for one second. I really want to know if anyone else has this problem and if anyone has a fix for it.I’m using the Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 edition

I couldn’t find anything to help me i tried everything.-charging it to 100% to see if its the problem up-updating drivers-updating windows-cleaning the headphones and inputs etcand some otheri noticed the mic works on the jack and bluetooth for some reason and after playing with the setthings here is the fix!Go to setthings > System > Sound > Properties (of the mic) and disable audio enchantments! that’s it now it should work. It’s not razer’s fault tbh it’s more on microsoft and them enforcing some stupid setthings on us :/

Wow is all I can say--my brand new Nommo Pro arrived last night and as I eagerly hooked her up to test drive I slowly was appalled at how piss poor the entire hookup went. All drivers loaded the bluetooth mated fine when I go to play sound?  D  E  A  D--on ALL inputs--bluetooth, analog, USB and optical.   NOTHING plays and I mean NOTHING.  Reboots dont work.  Updated driver useless.  Reloading EVERYTHING doesnt work.  I can SEE the devices in my sound card settings and windows I click on them and -- dead.  No sound.  Volume at max.  Output at max --nothing.  The unit lights up the controler lights up but I hear --nothing.  Games dont work Itunes dont work not even a fucking test signal coming out of the soundblaster works.  Six hours last night and I never even heard what this junk sounds like. To say Im disappointed would be the understatement of the year. I packaged this mess up and shipped it back, and NO--I dont ever want to see another one dont bother shipping out a replacement I

Hi razer support I have a razer kraken v3 and ive lost the original box and i ve scratched the serial num in the left ear of the headset when i had to change the ear pads of the headset Now im having issue with registering the product to my account   is there any way that i can get the s/n from you? I can send pictures or movies of the headset or i can open it for a part number or any thing if you ask for proof.

Hi everyone,I like to use the separate chat input for music or streams and I was wondering if the EQ you can set up in Synapse also apply to this input. The reason I'm asking this is because the chat input seems slightly louder which would make sense considering the EQ I'm using lowers a few bands.  Also another side question but all the different EQ profiles in Synapse have disappeared besides the default one, it’s not much of an issue as I don’t use multiple profiles anyway but I was wondering how to fix that  Thank you your answers
