Is the razer leviathan v2 x  work on Xbox series s?

I have gigabyte z590 aorus pro ax it comes with realtek USB audio. The OS is windows 11 ver 2H22 build 22621. I702. Also have razor balckshark v2 X headset. When install razor surround sound the realtek fails and need to keep restarting and sometimes re-install the drivers. I did update the drivers from 6.3.9600.2306 to 6.3.9600.2351 (latest drivers) but the problem persists. I finally decided to uninstall razor surround. It is just a waste to me. Is there any way to solve this conflict between Realtek drivers and razor surround? 

I have the BlackShark v2 X multi-platform WIRED esports headsetfriends and people online keeps telling me that they can hear music or game audio from my miceven when i mute the micthe problem disappears if i used my old USB headset (RAZER NARI ESSENTIAL)i have been looking for a solution for weeks now and i cant find anypeople are calling me slurs for being annoying when i play onlinei hope someone from razer can help me, if not, i will refund and i’ll switch to astro headsets

i just found out when playing audio, the device automatically disconnects and states as not plugged in and then swtiches to other outputs. i have tested the headset on different devices,  didn’t work  either. Please help

Hi, my RAZER Blackshark V2 pro is not connecting when I use the USB wireless transmitter, I tried to connect with the cable and it worked, but for some reason it doesn’t work with the USB. Maybe the USB is broken because it has a red light when I try to connect it.

Does anyone know if you can have a razer naga v2 pro and a blackshark pro connected via 1 single connector? or will it take up 2 USB slots to connect them both? 

I’m in the market for a new headset and one of the most important thing for me is that if I can use the headset wired and wireless at the same time. I can’t seem to find a direct answer to this though but I have found that some headphones won’t turn on if they are using the AUX feature or the Aux feature will not work if the headphones are connected wirelessly to a device but no one seems to market this and it makes it hard for me to find out if this can be done. I want it to work so I can hear my PC audio (discord, videos, ect.) wirelessly and have the AUX cable connected to my Switch.

When I have the 7.1 surround sound chosen i can’t hear anything through my headphones. What should I do?

Hi, I bought razer kraken V2 few days ago and i can't turn on lights on them and synapse don't see them at all. Is it because cable is mini jack not USB or is there other reason?

Hi. I bought Razer Kraken V3 Pro two days ago and i have some issues. I love Razer and all of my accessories are Razer. Well; Not using Razer Synapse 3: My headphones won’t close when i don’t use any voice or sound in idle. I set up to 15 mins on power saving but nothing. THX Spatial in Synapse 3: I tried all solutions on Razer Support and Insider forums but never get sound. When i open to Razer Kraken V3 Pro, Hypersense is activated automatically in everytime without using synapse 3. I don’t want to Hypersense everytime and i have to close in manually with clicking button on the right side of headset. ( I closed it on Synapse 3, but not using Synapse 3, whenever open to Kraken V3 Pro, its activated.) I upgraded firmware of headset and Synapse 3 btw. I am using Kraken V3 Pro on sound setting because THX Spatial not work. 

Is there a way to auto-switch between THX and normal (EQ mode) based on gaming vs non-gaming? i.e. run them in normal when in windows and listening to music, and then auto-switch to THX when a game loads? Also there are some threads I wanted to reply to on kind-of-this-topic but which are locked:I agree with this post re how THX mode affects the sound. For listening to music, normal EQ mode is hugely better. It’s not even close. I agree THX muffles the mids and highs, and it lowers the overall volume - which to me was a hint.. try increasing the volume. THX in my opinion works better in games once you adjust the volume. You have to increase it a lot. For example, if I’m on 30% volume in normal EQ mode, | might be on 50-60% in THX. It’s that much of an increase. This pushes up the bass a lot which is nice for game

i have razer headphones and mic became very quiet, i installed razer synapse 2 and 3 but they both say that i don’t have a razer device in, now my headphones are compatible so idk why does it say that. any help would be appreciated :D

hello guys today ı bought Barracuda Pro. Headset have thx mode in synapse, ı tried my old settings on thx app but they didnt work. for example valorant have compatetive mod for thx and when ı used in synapse thx, sounds like a bathroom sound mode, discord voice too. ı cant understand how can ı use synapse and ı download thx app again but ı think synapse better than thx app. how can ı solve this issue or which one ı should use? thx for answer, have a nice day!and what is the different thx spatial audio and thx spatial sound options

What are your thoughts on the old armory system, specifically regarding the experience of exploring and examining other players' armories? I have fond memories of spending hours browsing through different armories and thoroughly enjoying the process. As a side note, the attached screenshot features Reckful's warrior.

Hi people, my son has lost the charging case of his RAZER HAMMERHEAD TRUE WIRELESS 2019, do anybody know if razer sell this as spare parts or there is some charging case compatible with this devices?

Greetings everyone..So I have seen the Razer Barracuda X 2021, the box mentioned it’s Discord Certified.But the bluetooth 2022 model I’ve got is nowhere mentioned to be Discord Certified.Not that I really care or want to have that, just curious to know if the 2022 model is certified as well.On the other hand my friend got a Blackshark V2 and when he enters discord it say’s his headset and mic both are certified by Discord.

As already posted by many Razer customers, the wireless USB adapter of my wonderful headset stopped its service. I tried to reestablish the coupling using the following applications:NariDongleRecoveryTool_v1.02.00.exeRazerNariPairingUtility_v1.01.00.exeNari_FirmwareUpdater_v15_r1.exeBut nothing worked. So, I guess it is just broken. Unfortunately, I cannot find a spare part. Maybe somone has an idea what I can do to resolve this issue - apart from buying another headset.

I just downloaded the Razer Audio app, only to find out that I can’t connect my headset. Is this a problem or a feature?

This is my first time wanting to clean it but I'm not sure how to clean it and how long should I wait to dry.I just don’t want to break my mic from water damage, someone please help me.

What could be causing audio issues with the Razer Kraken Kitty headset and could the RGB feature be contributing to these problems?

The right earbud is not working at all. This morning it was working perfectly fine and all of the sudden, it stoped working. I tried reseting them to factory and lettinig them charge. What should I do?
