Just got a new razer kraken and was testing the mic on Xbox and found that my voice is very quiet. It barely picks me up so was wondering if it’s a headset issue with sensitivity or if its an xbox issue

Hello,I have Kaira Pro ps5Whenever I connect them with the USB to my ps5, my connection has bad drops and I can't play anything wearing them... how can I solve it? I am frustrated because I paid 100 euros for them... the quality is very good but I can't play anything on my ps5 with them

So I’ve been using this Razer Kraken ultimate headset for quite a while and just recently noticed that surround sound on it doesn’t work. I tested youtube videos where they played something in the left ear and then the right and realized my headphones are only in stereo. I have switched the playback device from “razer kraken ultimate” to “thx spatial” to “thx spatial-synapse” and all of them play only stereo. I know there is a thx spatial app but to use it I need to subscribe and I really hope I don’t have to pay money so that I can hear surround sound. HOW DO I HEAR SURROUND SOUND PLEASE.

Please I need a razer headset that is wired with Bluetooth connectivity, I need the wired 3.5 jack for Xbox series s and Bluetooth for mobile connection. Thanks

Hi .I have razer nari ultimate that I regularly use. today I have been playing like normal and my sound has been cut off.Then I looked in my synapse software to see if its updating or if it is recognised by the software ( it was like if was never there) then i checked in my sound menu to see if it is maybe  disabled but it was like nothing was there no sight of game/ chat profiles. So i downloaded the Recovery tool for software and dongle , but the PC won't recognise the dongle. Restarted the PC and tried it again - the dongle was recognise by the recovery tool saying that the recovery is necessary but won’t continue with recovery as the dongle was ( disconnected again even if it was plugged in). tried it few more times but no success. 

I lost one of my ear buds in what I can only describe as a glitch in the matrix. So, off I went to get a new pair of the same ones I had previously. Except, they weren't the same. They had RGB and were mildly altered in shape, size, and finish. I could get over that, maybe, if they sounded the same. Spoiler alert - they don't. They sound *rolls eyes* fine (but $130???), but no where near as good as the original version of the hammered true wireless Bluetooth ear buds I rocked for a long time. The bass is super lacking, the fit in my ear is never sealed right, and the equalizer is just pure garbage. Now back to the finish I mentioned earlier. It's SO HARD to get these things out of the charging case reliably. I pinch but my fingers slip. I twist but it only slides up very slightly, dropping back into place before I can grip it better due to the magnets, and the charging case is ever so slightly bigger so my original protective case doesn't fit on it. What troubleshooting steps can I take to address a strange engine audio bug in my game? I have noticed that the default sound for everything on my Razer chat is playing, making the game virtually unplayable. I recently bought the razer BlackShark v2 x and i think that when i turn the volume on the headphones all the way up, the left side is more louder than the right one. Im on a Playstation 4 if it matters. Also the mic is different on the ps4 for some reason

Hello, my Hammerhead TWS X was just connecting to the app totaly fine a few days ago and now its not i tried redownloading app, re-pair and connect to the phone again but its just not connecting to the app. Any solutions?

I have a Razer Studio Edition and am wanting to take advantage of HD Audio.  My device manager shows two devices.  Realteck Audio (Not HD) and Nvidia High Definition Audio.  After much google searching I couldn’t find a solution.  Nvidia device shows not plugged in and I can’t seem to figure out how to enable it.  If I do enable it will it actually work? Because right now it is using the Realteck driver.  Is Realteck the only option?  If not, is there a way to enable Nvidia HD Audio so I can take advantage of advanced features to tweak my audio settings.  

All my drivers are updated, including the most recent update for the headset. What's weird is that when I turn the volume up, the sound will even out again until I mute my mic again. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi, I would like to know what to do with my Razer hammerhead TWX, right one isn’t working, not turning on. I’ve made every steps on Razer support site maybe there is possibility to buy another one? 

was working just fine on call but then just stopped on me. Device shows its still on but wont register when being plugged in. It shows up in microphone setups and everything seems fine except for when I start talking, which it then decided to not pick up any audio singles at all. Anyone know the problem or what i can do?

Hey!Could you please tell me if it is possible to get THX spatial audio without PC or W10? I must using Synapse 3 with W10 for THX activation right? How is quality sound from Nommo V2 without THX? Not bad? I would like to pair the Nommo V2 via Bluetooth only with my Samsung device. (Odyssey Neo G7 43) Thx a lot.Mat.

I'm interested in buying a pair for my PS5. But I would like to know if the RGB can be turned off when using the headset with the console or if I can at least turn it off in Synapse on my PC and the setting can be saved on the headset when connected to the Playstation afterwards.I know that RGB can't be turned off on some Logitech headsets when paired to a PS5 and that would be a deal-breaker for me. It's dumb and it needlessly drains the battery.Does anyone have any experience with this?

Headset is able to connect but when I move from regular sounds on pc, it sounds like I am far away from my headset or just quiet and bad sound when everything is max volume. Almost sounds like a cheap headset only when I plug into PlayStation. Maybe the THX I put in the headset doesn’t transfer over to playstation?

So here I am again having technical issues with my Razer products, which didn't happen before. (I'm a Razer user since November 2022, all my accessories are Razer products: Mouse, headset, keyboard.) So first I had trouble logging in which as mentioned before is a month ago, now I cannot select my sound output in 7.1 surround sound. It's greyed out. Is anybody from Razer willing to take a position on this? Even before asking me for it, here is the screenshot:  Keep in mind I did not have this problem before, so I do understand that here and there technical issues can happen. My point is a company such as Razer is dealing with these kinds of issues the last month or so are you guys dealing with the difficulty? I'm waiting for a response from someone or for the issue to be solved as soon as possible.I have paid for a Razer standard, which you guys are advertising.Greetings.

Hello,I got Razer hammerhead wireless earbuds 2021 edition a month ago and a week ago my right earbud started being quiet. At first I thought that the right earbud isn't working, but I realized that touch was working and that when I turned the volume all the way up, I could hear it. What could be the problem? If it's the earwax blocking the speaker, how do I clean it?Thanks.
