What makes the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro an outstanding gaming headset, and how does it demonstrate exceptional audio quality? Additionally, can you provide information about any sponsored aspects of the product?

Heyo all!So I am noticing a issue anytime I am in any form of a call with my mic on, it doesn’t allow /any/ other sound despite those things making sound (i.e youtube or a game). I haven’t been able to figure anything out other than its obviously having issues allowing more than one input, which in this specific case its whatever call i’m in. Really not sure how to fix this. The second I am out of a call all audio comes back and sounds crystal clear. Thanks everyone :;D

today when i logged onto my pc something interesting happened one side of my headphones (Right Side) were louder than the outher (Left Side) this huge annoyance has led me looking through support chats and automated assist though windows and nothing seems to work (NOTE: i did try my headphones on a diffrent pc and they worked as expected) PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS im getting really annoyed about it

I currently own the Razer Nari Ultimate and I’ve had issues with them since forever. Just recently the charging port went out and I can no longer charge them. I’m not paying the price of these again just for more issues, so I was wondering what other headphones like these also come with haptic intensity for the bass boost? I want good gaming headphones but I also want them for music use, and I love bass. I don’t mind paying the same price as these as long as they don’t become faulty such as these ones.

Recently I removed the ear cushions from the Razer Blackshark v2. I followed the instructions from the video that Razer provides. And so just like it said on the video I peeled off the ear cushions. However after removing the ear cushions I can’t seem to find a way to put the ear cushions back and I’m not sure if it’s even possible. Can anyone help?  Thank you. 

I and my friend have so problem. We reinstalled Windows, drivers, synapse, and nothing helps, until a few days ago everything worked fine.

Well testing razer hammerhead hyperspeed pro and shocked no firmware updates.  Still testing so no comments yet.  But very disappointing to see https://www.complyfoam.com/products/truegrip-for-razer-hammerhead-true-wireless?variant=41338704429243We're not added into packaging.  These are so much better for comfort and wearing all day.   I think someone made a big mistake not adding them.

Mis razer nari ultimate no se conectan al receptor, los estaba utilizando y de la nada se fue el audio y parecía que el led  estuviera tratando de conectarse al receptor  y no se conecta, ya intente de todo y no funciona. Alguien me puede ayudar por favor.

Is there a way when using a Bluetooth headset that I can also use the mic on the headset while in game

My dongle for the Nari Ultimate recently broke so I’ve had to resort to the 3.5mm headphone jack and use it connected wired.The quality of sound though when used wired is significantly worse than how it was wireless and the mic will cut out, go static and echo horribly when it decides it wants to work.My PC also has no combined speaker+mic connection so i had to buy a splitter to use the headphones and mic simultaneously, this made the quality even worse despite the splitter i bought being of decently high quality. Also, whenever the headset is unplugged i have to reinstall my audio drivers or it will not work at all.When plugged in the headset’s audio output will be named “Speakers(Realtek(R)Audio) and the mic “Microphone(Realtek(R)Audio). I’ve tested the cables with other headsets so they can’t be the problem and I’ve reinstalled my drivers several times to get it to work.Is this normal or can i do anything to fix it?

Hey all, does anyone how to connect a Leviathan V2 on the PS5?I tried yesterday and have had no luck. Tried connecting through Bluetooth nothing, had it connected with the USB-C nothing. And tried using the app to change the source output. So anyone has a solution to this I will be super grateful! Cheers 

Whenever I open a game like valorant or rocket league, anything that I have running in the back round like a youtube video or spotify will stop producing audio and when I go and look it at, it shows that its still running the song or the video and that audio is playing but I cant hear anything through my headphones or my speakers. How do I stop this from happening? 

Hello everyone!One moth ago I experienced the issue with disconnection of Razer Nari Ultimate. I read a lot of Threads, tried a ton of solutions but nothing helps.The issue is: Whenever an sound comes, my PC (Win 11) disconnects and reconnects the USB-Dongle. I tried it on my second PC (Win 10) and the disconnection ist still there.Is there any solution for it?Thanks in advance!

So im looking at different headsets and i want to get a razer headset instead of something else but i cant decide on whats best.i have a $100-$130 range and ive been tring to choose between the barracuda x and the blackshark v2 x. let me know what you think i should get but those are my two choices that i like the most but im open to other headsets

Hello i hope anyone can help me. My Razer Nari Ultimate Headset is disconnecting at random times and sometime my computer does not even recognize the USB dongle. I have tried many things but nothing helps. Anyone had the same issue and can help me?

Is the razer leviathan v2 x  work on Xbox series s?

I have gigabyte z590 aorus pro ax it comes with realtek USB audio. The OS is windows 11 ver 2H22 build 22621. I702. Also have razor balckshark v2 X headset. When install razor surround sound the realtek fails and need to keep restarting and sometimes re-install the drivers. I did update the drivers from 6.3.9600.2306 to 6.3.9600.2351 (latest drivers) but the problem persists. I finally decided to uninstall razor surround. It is just a waste to me. Is there any way to solve this conflict between Realtek drivers and razor surround? 

I have the BlackShark v2 X multi-platform WIRED esports headsetfriends and people online keeps telling me that they can hear music or game audio from my miceven when i mute the micthe problem disappears if i used my old USB headset (RAZER NARI ESSENTIAL)i have been looking for a solution for weeks now and i cant find anypeople are calling me slurs for being annoying when i play onlinei hope someone from razer can help me, if not, i will refund and i’ll switch to astro headsets

i just found out when playing audio, the device automatically disconnects and states as not plugged in and then swtiches to other outputs. i have tested the headset on different devices,  didn’t work  either. Please help

Hi, my RAZER Blackshark V2 pro is not connecting when I use the USB wireless transmitter, I tried to connect with the cable and it worked, but for some reason it doesn’t work with the USB. Maybe the USB is broken because it has a red light when I try to connect it.

Does anyone know if you can have a razer naga v2 pro and a blackshark pro connected via 1 single connector? or will it take up 2 USB slots to connect them both? 

I’m in the market for a new headset and one of the most important thing for me is that if I can use the headset wired and wireless at the same time. I can’t seem to find a direct answer to this though but I have found that some headphones won’t turn on if they are using the AUX feature or the Aux feature will not work if the headphones are connected wirelessly to a device but no one seems to market this and it makes it hard for me to find out if this can be done. I want it to work so I can hear my PC audio (discord, videos, ect.) wirelessly and have the AUX cable connected to my Switch.

Hi, I bought razer kraken V2 few days ago and i can't turn on lights on them and synapse don't see them at all. Is it because cable is mini jack not USB or is there other reason?
