I have been facing a persistent issue with my headphones, which are excessively loud even at 1 percent volume and cause my ears to ring. To address this issue, I have been using a program called Equalizer APO, which allows me to lower the headphone sound on my PC.However, despite my efforts, Equalizer APO always lowers my microphone sound, making it too quiet for people to hear. As I plan to start streaming, this is a major concern as it forces me to choose between preserving my hearing and having a functioning mic.Ideally, I am looking for a USB to USB device that can be placed between my headphones and computer to turn down the sound without compromising the quality of my 7.1 surround sound. I am seeking a device similar to a sound board or audio box, but so far, the ones I have come across do not offer USB to USB functionality.My primary goal is to lower the volume of my headphones without affecting my microphone sound.

Hey. I bought the headphones maybe 1 and a half yrs. ago and this happened AGAIN. This happened when I first plugged the headphones. SO LOUD white noise or what is that. Screeching noise.

I accidentely spilled a few drops of water on my blackshark v2 s wire, is there a problem? Can i send em to warranty?

I have a PlayStation 5 and I currently own a Razer kraken tournament edition with THX audio. The audio controller for thx sound is not exactly compatible with the PS5 so I’ve just been using the 3.5mm jack and connect it to my DualShock 5. But I’m curious as to what audio format I should use for these kinds of headphones. The 3 options that are presented to me on PS5 is Linear PCM (Default)DolbyDTSWhich one do I use for these headphones?

Is there any chance that Barracuda X will be allowed to be detected by Synapse in the near future?I recently purchased a pair of these and then found out that the only way to access an EQ is by either using Realtek or an app on my phone. Needing to disconnect from my pc to connect to my phone and make adjustments in the app, then disconnect/reconnect again to check how it sounds on my PC is an exercise in frustration.

If I enable 7.1 surround sound the quality of voices is pretty bad and has high pitchbut if I don't use it then the sound is pretty low pls tell me what to do

Okay so I took the blackshark v2 and as yall know there is a card with the 7.1 surround code .But what happend if they dont send  one and you ether dont have serial number ?i hate the razer support . they cant contact with you without automated response.so if you have a serious problem like mine they cant help you 

My headphone had not been used for a year due to missing of my usb connector, lately I found the dongle and tried to used it. Managed to charged my headphone and used,problem is :-the battery won’t last long , The leather on the cushion . Peeling off. Where can I get the replacement for battery and the cushion(top and earpiece cushion.)?

Hi, I've had my razer kraken pro v2 for a couple of years now, it turns out that I wanted to use the razer program on my new computer and I don't have the code it requests, I want to know how I can find the code that it asks me to use the program , thank you.

I already bought an Opus X for the wife and I am kind of jealous, lol.I am on the brink of getting one too but as it has been a couple of years out, I was wondering if there are any news for an update that would come soon. Eager to wait if that's the case. Thanks

when i’m playing sound through the thx spatial, the windows volume slider has no effect on volume, or muting playback.

So I just bought a Kaira headset and love the feel. The issue is there is a huge connection issue and it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. I don’t have a computer to get the update so I’ll have to find someone with one.do I need to also download Razer Synapse? Or can I just download the firmware updater?

headset works with razer dongle .  if i hold down button it just stays blue ,  connect to pc/phone tap 3 times its still blue , hold 5 seconds still blue . tap like crazy slow fast etc still blue  , i want to use these at work but dongle doesnt fit while phone is in case ,    headset works 100% fine with dongle  but would like to try out high speed mode and bluetooth

My AUX blackshark V2 X headset is not displaying my output devices in the dropdown list, which is preventing me from using the 7.1 surround sound feature. I have been attempting to resolve this issue for hours and have not received helpful assistance from support. I would greatly appreciate any help in resolving this problem.

I have my razer nari ultimate for about 3 years now and when I used it the other day it worked fine.But when i tried to use it yesterday the battery was empty, so I tried charging it but it wont charge.I made sure the cable i use works and even the red light is on indicating it is charging but when I unplug my headset from the charger and i try to turn it on it wont turn on and when it does turn on its immediately empty after 3 seconds.I cant even try a firmware update cause it wont connect using the charging cable.

Hello ,I am writing here to ask for help with my Razer kraken kitty edition headphones which has been having major problems for a while and I am still looking for help.My headphones have a sound that has become very mediocre over time, and crackles as soon as I move a millimeter, the rgb no longer works, it remains white, the sound also cuts out.I think its the usb or something like that.I just wish I could reuse them like last year.If anyone has the solution, help me!Thanks you for reading.(Sorry if my english is bad)

Just bought the Razar Essentials head set . I have windows 10  my MB cam ewith Nahimic sound software  which works good with this headset but was thinking of installin the razer 7.1 sound . do I need to uninstall the Nahimic software  ?  or do they run side by side .

Hey guys can someone help me pls, i cant mute my mic on my razer nari ultimate while i an using it with the cableWireless no problem but at the moment it plug the cable the mic wont mute pls help!!

Now I used to sing the praises of the Razer Nari headset because audio wise It Is amazing BUT a few months of using this headset I noticed that when you charge the headset It would just die and this even happens when the battery Isn’t actually dead It will just cut power and when reconnecting the cable It would make the noise that Its connected then a second later It will disconnect I tried multiple cables and still nothing and this wasn’t only happening to me but my brother also I recomended him the headset too now all we have Is problems I am going to be buying a new headset In a few weeks I would not recommend the Nari now while the sound Is great this problem seems to be affecting a good amount of people.I honestly think this Is a problem within the headset Its self.

Dear Razer.. I have been back and forth with Windows team trying to understand this issue with no avail. I have Razer Kraken X USB Headphones which comes along with a 7.1 Surround sound configuration, I would like to know why after a recent update on Windows 11 The DTS Headphone X app on Windows does not recognize the audio set up of the 7.1 speaker and automatically changed it to Stereo.  To explain the scenario, I am facing right now I have attached screenshots. of the problem for better clarity.  Until a recent Windows 11 update the DTS Headphone X (DTS Sound Unbound) app on Windows was used as a Spatial sound on the 7.1 speaker set up, after the update I found that the settings changed to stereo when the DTS Headphone X app was enabled. This case was not true with Win 10 as it continues to activate the spatial DTS Headphone X on the 7.1 speaker set up Is there a way that would be helpful I would like to get back the sound effects using a Spatial Sound (DTS Headphone X) on the 7.1 S
