What to prefer for gaming FPS. Need wireless with good positioning - to hear footsteps, direction. Playing mostly PUBG. Choosing between these 2 headphones.

I just bought the barracuda x RZ04 - 0380, I followed the instructions to install the 7.1 surround sound, but I can't get my activation code, this error popped up every time, any help or ideas?

I have Nommo Chroma speakers that I used in a small home office and they were great, I have just moved into a bigger new home office and they just dont fill the room. I am just about to buy a 300w sound bar and I was wondering can the sound bar and the Nommo be used together at the same time and if so how would this be setup? Thanks in advance, I am not really any good with this type of thing so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm currently looking at the barracuda, nari and blackshark range. Main 2 features I want is it being wireless and great sound quality. Not bothered too much about mic quality as long as it's usable. I've recently bought and returned the tweakbox corsair virtuosos and the astro a50's because of how major the issues were with both of them that I experienced when having them. I'm really struggling to find a good gaming headset, not looked much into razer so hoping there's something worth buying here.

hello! new to the community here, recently i bought razer hammerhead true wireless x and i tried connecting to omegle razer audio but it stated that my device is undetectable. It connects fine with my phone but not the app, anyone knows why? is it the app problem?

I bought a razer blackshark v2 x and when i tried to put in the code for the 7.1 surround sound it said that the code is invalid even though i was the one that revealed the code by scratching it wasnt already revealed when i got it.

I was gifted the Kaira Pro for Christmas and am really happy with it overall. The only issue I can't seem to resolve is how to move my headset between my Xboxes. I have a Series X on my main TV and a Series S on my secondary. I've been able to connect my Kaira Pro to my Series X but cannot figure out how to get it connect to the Series S. When I power on the headset to start pairing, it just turns on my X and connects right away. Last night I just kept trying over and over and it randomly worked but I don't know why and can't repeat it. And now I don't know how to switch it back to my X. Has anyone else experienced this and know the solution?

Hello, i recently purchased a RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 - WIRED GAMING HEADSET + USB SOUND CARD and im suposed to be able to recieve a activation code for THX Spatial Audio 7.1 by typing in the serial number of the headphones but when i do that i get a message saying that my product isnt viable to recieve the code even tho it is on the list with producsts which are suposed to be able to recieve it

Just got a new razer barracuda connects with a wireless usb-c or with an adapter from usb-c to usb but either way I can’t get it to connect, I got it to connect on windows and was hoping it would stay synced up when I booted into ubuntu but it doesn’t, not sure how to get it to work and the pairing software is an exe

I was wondering if the razer kraken can connect to my wired razer wolverine. The headset has a usb but the controller has an audio jack port. Curious if I buy a usb adapter with an audio jack it would connect?

Hello,bit frustrated need advice. Husband got me white opus headset for wedding last year. they are great at cancelling noise and super comfy. Not had any problems till this week. took them off my head after watching Netflix and CRACK as they lifted off my ears they split on both sides along the seam. The white plastic just ‘went’. I figured this must be a manufacture fault cause plastic and no accidental damage. So I took them to Argos (UK) where we bought them and they said ‘even though we have a two year gurantee unless you paid extra for cover we aren’t going to replace it’ proper rude. Anyway we knew that went against our consumer rights, and the fact they said they’d honour Razers guarantee online (still on their headphone page) but no one will help so coming here because we didn’t buy from razor direct but know they will honour the guarantee. Hello everybody, i got my new Blackshark v2 x yesterday and i'm still trying to get it to work. My first problem is that the sound volum is realy quietly, in compare my old headset (hyperx) was 10x louder. All is on max including the turn thingy on the left speaker. And my second problem is much more crazy. i downloaded the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound AppEngine and followed every step. Now when i'm going to youtube on firefox or chrom every video stutters, same goes for any games i tryed. Can anyone tell meh what i do wrong here? because if this is normal thats the crappiest headset/razer product i ever used. Thanks :)

Hi will my razer man O war work on windows 11? will I still get surround sound 7.1 ? I looked at the downloads, its 64bit, Is that only locked to windows 10? or I can use for windows 11 and the first razer synapse is old as.

So I'm using Nari Ultimate with THX Synapse as my audio device of choice in Windows and all works well UNTIL I close a game with THX audio. After this WADGI cpu usage is at like 30% or more which is an absolute piss take so I have to restart the system to get things to go back to normal. This has been an issue in Windows 10 and still happening in 11. Please fix this bug!

The audio is great whenever I'm just listening to music and stuff but whenever I start something that uses the microphone (first noticed this when I would play MW2) the audio quality goes out the window. If I change the default microphone to something else it fixes the issue but then obviously I'm not able to talk in game. Anyone know what the issue is here and how to fix this?

I bought the headset yesterday and when i plugged it into my computer everything was working as it should but today after using it for a bit everytime 10.0.0.0.1 i close a game the audio completely stops working and i have to mess around with my sound settings in order to get it working again does anyone know whats going on?

Maybe you guys can help me someone? I have some issues with my RAZER HAMMERHEAD TRUE WIRELESS (2nd Gen). The problem was in fact, that my earbunds won't turned off while I'm putting them in the case so the next time I'm using it, they just always discharging and charging at 20% max. So I was start to trying figured it out myself and just tryed to turn them off completely by holding the button for 5 sec. and then tapping 3 times and holding for 3 sec. After that I heard a phrase like: "factory restart, power off" or something like that and, after this, I can't turn my earbuds on no matter I would do. Can you please try to help me?

Yo! So, I finally fixed my THX Spatial Audio and I don't know (or at least did not try to find) any fixes that actually worked...except for this one! I'm 2/2 with it so here it goes. If you're having a difficult time receiving audio from THX-powered headset, this actually could be a problem with Razer applications. Step 1 - Close all Razer apps. Step 2 - Win + R > Type: "appwiz.cpl" Here you will proceed AS IF you were going to uninstall Razer Cortex, but you're just going to repair it via the Razer Installer. Step 3 - Locate and Right click on Razer Cortex, click uninstall...then click yes. Step 4 - In the Razer Installer, simply click REPAIR and allow the Installer to fix any issue. I hope this helps, this is the second time this has happened and I've fixed it twice using this method. I hope you have a similar outcome. Hi, I just bought Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X and paired them with my Iphone but when I tried to pair them with my pc —via usb dongle 5.0—, initially the connected sound appeared but immediately they are disconnected. Notes: They are fully charged My dongle works well with other devices I kept the lid of the case open while trying to connectec them I tried it after and before of updating the firmware I appreciate some help because I don't know if their some problem with earbuds.

When connected wirelessly, if you don't play audio for a short while through the headset and after that, start playing audio again, the first approximate 0.5-1.0 secs is not audible on the headset. So what I mean for example: - I play no audio for like a minute. - I start playing audio again after that minute. Now, the first 0.5-1.0 seconds of what I'm playing is not audible. It's not a delay because when I start hearing audio again after the 0.5-1.0 seconds, the timeline is as 0.5-1.0 seconds has already played. I assume this is some sort of power saving function where it idles the headset if no audio is being played for a while but I can't turn it off anywhere and it's pretty annoying. Especially when you're like editing a video or similar. It doesn't matter if I turn THX on/off or which of the two Kraken output devices I select. Also, it is NOT the Synapse > Power > Power Saving option as that
