Hi, I have the kaira pro do I have to pair the Kaira every time to get into the EQ settings? Question 2, when I press the EQ button to get to the different settings, I don't see anything on the screen how can i know when i push the button which setting it is. Thank you in advance!

I have a pair of the Kraken headphones, and I love them to death--but they're starting to get old now. I've tried looking at other headsets, but the big ear cups + glasses channel that the Kraken's have are just so insanely comfortable that nothing really compares. I'd love to upgrade to a V3 headset, but they don't make any mention of the glasses channel. Does anyone know if any of the models have one?

Hi, I am trying to connect the headphones wirelessly to my TV via USB. Unfortunately no sound is coming out of the headphones. I used them with 2 different TVs, one LG (Web OS) and one SONY (Android 9 I think). Am I doing something wrong, or there is not way these headphones can work with a TV? Is it a USB port problem, an operation system or something else?

hello to everyone. i have razer blackshark v2 pro. i can't understand where the footsteps are coming from in games. i play csgo, valorant, apex. i wonder if you want to help with the equalizer and sound settings?

Little background for everyone. My brother has the Razer Nari wireless headset, I got to use them the other day and really liked them. I went to best buy the next day and found they had the Nari Ultimates. I scooped them up on sale and skipped home. Immediately there was an issue with the microphone picking up my headsets audio, while listening to music, or my friends hearing themselves in chat, the mic input would modulate. I have always used Logitech and have never had this issue. Did some very mild and extremely limited research and found that the haptic feedback that the headphones provide plays a role (to the best of my research desire) in this issue. I tried everything that the forums suggested and this one fix has solved all my issues. I am returning them to the store and getting the Logitech Pro X Wireless headphones and never taking a chance with Razer again.

Heard them from day one, when I just got them several days ago. I only hear the static sounds while listening to music, whether that be on youtube, spotify, etc. This same problem happens to my other headphones too, so I'm sure it's not just this one. Tried listening to music on a different computer my family uses, it doesn't occur there. So maybe it really could just have something to do with my PC, which I can't make any changes (if it's not just changing settings related) at the moment if that were the case. While gaming, watching stuff on youtube that isn't music, sound is crystal clear. It literally happens only while listening to music. Not sure if I tried every solution so I'm asking here. The cracking happens too constantly it's unbearable. What am I even listening to? :confused_:

Hey all I accidently broke my Audio/mic Splitter Extension (Picture below) and I was wondering if anyone was able to help me out, if you know where I might be able to get a new one or if there is a way of fixing it somehow (although I think it is pretty much a goner) I am assuming my best bet to to buy a new headset, but it seems like a bit of a waste, since they are not that old to begin with, they are a Razer Kraken.

Hey all, Just hooked up the Leviathan speakers. All around, pretty happy with them (minus lack of any control within Windows); however, an odd issue. When I restart my machine, there's a loud humming coming from the sound bar. This ONLY occurs during a restart. Any thoughts? Thanks

Hello! If I use soundpad the mic input volume automatically drops. That issue is only when I use mic with the razer usb soundcard. Some of you know this issue and have a solution? Greets!

Hellow I recently got my hands on Nari Ultimate and these headphones are something else . But they come with some flaws .Even though the headset si fully charged the synapse is showing IT with half battery after a few minutes of use ( please note that the brightness is set to off and haptics too ) I tried updating the firmware but the tool doesn't work . The tool does not detect the dongle , and i can't advance to the second step. TOOL USED: >>>> . Nari_FirmwareUpdater_v15_r1 I recovered 2 times my dongle and paired the headphones too . The version specified is 106 , now i don't know if its the latest firmware or not . I don't want to RMA the headset as I work from home and all my work is online ( meeting , etc )

Posted this in the support channel, no response and hoping to get some help here. The title says it all. Regardless of changes made to the EQ, the audio is not rich or full at all. Its thin and very tinny - audio is very much the same. When I check the default format for the mic it only offers 1 channel 16 bit 48K hz or 1 channel 16 bit 16K hz - Essentially DVD or Tape recorder quality. Is this an audio driver issue - Realtec? Is this connected to an issue with Synapse? Anyone else experience this and get it resolved??

So I've been browsing for a new razer headset, and I'm deciding between the Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense and Razer Kraken V3 Triforce. But I've noticed through mic tests in youtube that the razer kraken v3 with the hypersense on, makes the sound quality a bit more rough and less in pick up in comparison to the razer kraken v3 triforce (same model but without the hypersense). If I toggle the hypersense off on the Razer V3 Hypersense, will the mic quality pick up more exactly like it's Triforce counterpart? I don't think I'd wanna invest 30$ more into a headset if the hypersense feature permanently affects the mic quality. Cheers.

Hey all! My poor Kraken is starting to show her age and the ear cushions are falling apart and leaving black specs all over my ears. Is there a replacement that would be best for them? I just want to make sure they would fit and work with my headset. I was trying to find them on the site but no luck. Any help would be great, I don't want replace the headset if I don't need too. I have the Razer Thresher 7.1 on a PS4 and was wondering what the most effective way is of voice chat balancing? So, if I'm in PS4 chat (rather than in-game chat), I'm finding voice audio to be overwhelming. Other headsets I've had allow me to re-balance between voice and game audio. What's the best way of achieving this with the Thresher?

Can we get an update to show a percentage of the battery instead of just having a battery icon showing how full/unfull it is. I prefer seeing the percentage so I know how low or how high it still has.

i can't get the Nommo ps5 to work with my ps5. the USB acts as a headset so the audio is really low. the aux in from 3.5 jack in my monitor doesn't work as no sound comes out when I have the ps5 set as tv audio out
