So I bought a razer Nari headset a while ago (i think it's like a year or so) and something weird started to happen. It happened like 5 months ago. Everything was just fine and then my sound just randomly turns down the volume then turns it up. It's not windows problem because sound works just fine from every other device. So I was just wondering if it's a common issue. I reinstalled the drivers. I did everything I could think of. I think it works just fine when I restart my pc or when my headset is connected directly to my pc.

I just bought this headset in shoppee, but missing a volume control and mute button, is it fake? But its registered at the site

so i bought a razer hammerhead pro v2 for about $14 on Lazada. it seems an OEM but it doesn't mean it's fake right? oh surprise, it does even register on razer's website. do you think it's legit for the price since it registered in the website or nah? I admit the sounds are pretty dope tho! it doesn't sound like an empty can or something.

Hello, I've been trying to find a comparison between these two headphones online but have had difficulty. I've been through three pairs of Adaro Stereo headphones. You'd think I'd have figured out by now they are not the most durable headphones, however I love the sound so much that I've accepted these as a disposable headphone built to last about 2-3 years. That said, the Adaro Stereos have become rare as they've been discontinued and I believe even the DJ ones have met the same fate but are still more available. I'm interested in the DJ ones because they seem to be built a bit sturdier, and the weakest link of the Stereos was the cable fraying at either end. The DJ pair gives the option of replacing such cable. However, I really need to know how similar or different these headphones sound. Has anyone here owned both? Please share anything you can, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you. Also - I don't do bluetooth, so please compare WIRED headphones, if possible. I use them f

Hi everyone, Juste bought a Razer Seiren Mini condenser mic and when I plug it in my laptop I get a huge static/white noise coming from it. What do you think I should do ? - Already uninstalled/reinstalled Realtek drivers - Plugged it into my laptop and PS4 with the same results. I don't have a desktop PC on hand though. I see there a two Doom Eternal spots in my Applications list and I was wondering how I know which one will be used for the game? I always set THX Spaital as my default audio source. Everything was fine until sound in my laptop broke (when 3.5mm was fully inside the port sound came only from 1 ear piece, i fixed it by plugging 3.5mm halfway into the audio port. Now my method doesn't work anymore + the headphones broke (Plugged them into my phone and other laptop but the sound came only came from left ear piece), also i can't send them back because i lost any proof of buying them.

Have been looking in getting the Nari Ultimate for use in gaming on the pc, mostly for the reason that it is wireless and damn good looking as well. Was looking into input by anyone about issues or recommendations that they would give. Even if it is for a different set of muffs. Mostly play CS:GO, but do the occasional MMO like path of exile and Neverwinter. Also, with it being wireless is a massive plus. I have enough cables on the desk as it is. And who can resist having more CHROMA!!??

I bought a Nari Ultimate for Xbox One, it pairs with my Series X console, but i cant configure nothing because the Razer App doesnt detects the headset, and its hard to use the mic (have to try manny ways to others listen my voice in chat) someone knows how to fix this 2 problems?

hi all i currently have a kraken x with the thq sound program and wondering if i go for a kraken kitty wired will there be a sound difference or will it roughly be the same etc any help is appreciated many thanks

My brand new Kraken TE headphones causing issues. After connecting like manual says and making Thx spatial as default my spatial sound keep shutting down. Sound gets muddy, can’t hear surround sound, even stereo doesn’t work right. Anything I can do is to reset pc. things I’ve done: - set spatial as default - set competitive game profile - upgraded THX dongle firmware - reinstall windows twice things I’ve noticed: - when thx sound stop working all apps in synapse mixer turns grey - reconnecting dongle doesn’t work, only of reset works - thx sound can crash during game - when changing from THX Spatial to Razer Audio controller as default sound is less muddy and more treble but it’s hard to tell sound directions. - sometimes sound from THX spatial shut down and only way to hear anything is to switch to Razer Audio Controller. PC restart fix the issue. Any suggestions ? Should I replace or return my headset ?

Hello, I bought my Razer Kraken quartz edition headset on the 2nd of January, received it today. Set everything up and all is well except for the headband - when I put it on it feels way too loose on my head and if I shake my head even a little bit or look down at my table it slides off my head and moves and feels really weird. Is there a way to tighten it so it's tighter around my head? Because this doesn't feel comfortable at all. Thanks in advance!

I have bought RAZER KRAKEN ESSENTIAL headphones a long time ago. After purchasing them, I installed free virtual sound software 7.1 "RazerSurrond v2..0.29.2", which served me very well until the last system update. After updating the system, the application does not work properly, the sound is distorted. Is there a newer version of this software somewhere? Has it been abandoned? Is the only 7.1 virtual sound software now only added to new headphones?

I bought kraken TE headphones and I have been having problems with the applications part, I have games that are compatible with THX audio, for example Destiny 2, Warzone, Apex, Metro exodus and only Destiny 2 and Apex appear in the applications part of the THX sound, but only Destiny 2 can I configure it with THX game modes. Does anyone know how they can be configured?

I'm thinking about buying a new headset since the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition has somewhat of a short in it that connects to the dongle that makes me sound like a robot most of the time. I would use the warranty, but I didn't know about the ridiculous requirement that I needed to keep the receipt from the transaction. The audio is really good on the ones I have, but I'm looking to maybe upgrade. What do you guys recommend?
