Bonjour Je viens d'acheter un casque razer nari ultimate Xbox one(sans la clef usb que le long câble usb verd USB type-c ) mais le souci en achetant le casque je pensais qu'il serait compatible avec la PS4 malheureusement je suppose que non, du coup j'ai récupéré un casque razer nari essentiel qui lui est compatible avec la PS4 (et possède la fameuse clé USB ) donc je voulais savoir est-ce que vous pensez que je puisse connecter la clef usb du casque essentiel sur nari ultimate ? Hi everyone, Juste bought a Razer Seiren Mini condenser mic and when I plug it in my laptop I get a huge static/white noise coming from it. What do you think I should do ? - Already uninstalled/reinstalled Realtek drivers - Plugged it into my laptop and PS4 with the same results. I don't have a desktop PC on hand though. Hi I have a question on the THX Game Mode/ Environmental Mode for for my Nari Ultimate Headphones. I see there a two Doom Eternal spots in my Applications list and I was wondering how I know which one will be used for the game? I always set THX Spaital as my default audio source. Everything was fine until sound in my laptop broke (when 3.5mm was fully inside the port sound came only from 1 ear piece, i fixed it by plugging 3.5mm halfway into the audio port. Now my method doesn't work anymore + the headphones broke (Plugged them into my phone and other laptop but the sound came only came from left ear piece), also i can't send them back because i lost any proof of buying them.

Hello, I want to change my Razer Tiamat 7.1 v2 to a Razer Kraken Ultimate or a Razer Blackshark v2 Is it worth? Or I should keep the Tiamat?

Have been looking in getting the Nari Ultimate for use in gaming on the pc, mostly for the reason that it is wireless and damn good looking as well. Was looking into input by anyone about issues or recommendations that they would give. Even if it is for a different set of muffs. Mostly play CS:GO, but do the occasional MMO like path of exile and Neverwinter. Also, with it being wireless is a massive plus. I have enough cables on the desk as it is. And who can resist having more CHROMA!!??

I bought a Nari Ultimate for Xbox One, it pairs with my Series X console, but i cant configure nothing because the Razer App doesnt detects the headset, and its hard to use the mic (have to try manny ways to others listen my voice in chat) someone knows how to fix this 2 problems?

I downloaded the 7.1 surround sound application and noticed the promo code. I wasn’t planning on getting thx spatial audio at the moment so I just closed out 7.1, after I woke up today and opened 7.1 back up the option to get the code is gone. Is there a way to get the code back?

hi all i currently have a kraken x with the thq sound program and wondering if i go for a kraken kitty wired will there be a sound difference or will it roughly be the same etc any help is appreciated many thanks

My brand new Kraken TE headphones causing issues. After connecting like manual says and making Thx spatial as default my spatial sound keep shutting down. Sound gets muddy, can’t hear surround sound, even stereo doesn’t work right. Anything I can do is to reset pc. things I’ve done: - set spatial as default - set competitive game profile - upgraded THX dongle firmware - reinstall windows twice things I’ve noticed: - when thx sound stop working all apps in synapse mixer turns grey - reconnecting dongle doesn’t work, only of reset works - thx sound can crash during game - when changing from THX Spatial to Razer Audio controller as default sound is less muddy and more treble but it’s hard to tell sound directions. - sometimes sound from THX spatial shut down and only way to hear anything is to switch to Razer Audio Controller. PC restart fix the issue. Any suggestions ? Should I replace or return my headset ?

Hello, I bought my Razer Kraken quartz edition headset on the 2nd of January, received it today. Set everything up and all is well except for the headband - when I put it on it feels way too loose on my head and if I shake my head even a little bit or look down at my table it slides off my head and moves and feels really weird. Is there a way to tighten it so it's tighter around my head? Because this doesn't feel comfortable at all. Thanks in advance!

I have bought RAZER KRAKEN ESSENTIAL headphones a long time ago. After purchasing them, I installed free virtual sound software 7.1 "RazerSurrond v2..0.29.2", which served me very well until the last system update. After updating the system, the application does not work properly, the sound is distorted. Is there a newer version of this software somewhere? Has it been abandoned? Is the only 7.1 virtual sound software now only added to new headphones?

I bought kraken TE headphones and I have been having problems with the applications part, I have games that are compatible with THX audio, for example Destiny 2, Warzone, Apex, Metro exodus and only Destiny 2 and Apex appear in the applications part of the THX sound, but only Destiny 2 can I configure it with THX game modes. Does anyone know how they can be configured?

I'm thinking about buying a new headset since the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition has somewhat of a short in it that connects to the dongle that makes me sound like a robot most of the time. I would use the warranty, but I didn't know about the ridiculous requirement that I needed to keep the receipt from the transaction. The audio is really good on the ones I have, but I'm looking to maybe upgrade. What do you guys recommend?

How to prevent Razer Opus from shutting down while it is connected. I am using it while working and between calls when it is quiet it shuts down and i have to turn it on every time. Cannit stay on while bluetooth connected.

Hi there, I recently bought a Seiren X because i have a ton of calls (skypes, zoom, teams) for work and was tired of wearing a headset... Anyway, it's great except that people keep telling me there is a "helicopter noise" or a "tut tut tut" in the background coming from me. If i turn the mic away from me (mute button facing away) and it's suspended on an arm, it's a bit better, but still is there, although at least it's manageable now. I also moved my router to another spot, which helped a bit also... I'm not sure what to do at this point. I opened a support case with Razer as well, but figured I'd through this on the forums too.

Hi I’m completely new to the profile customisation parts of the razer hardware. I was wondering if the profiles could be saved on the headset as I play on PlayStation 4. I find the bass to be a bit to pronounced when I play my games and would like to tone it down, however when I do I find that my custom settings weren’t saved. Does it not work on console or is it user error?

Hey there, so I got my Razer Kraken Tournament Edition with the USB Soundcard, I like it but... how do I control the bass amount or the sound level, the control on my BlackWidows V3 works like a charm I get visual indication on screen , but with the USB soundcard there is nothing when I use the bass or volume up and down, or the chat volume, is there no integration ?

Hi there I've been trying to search but I didn't find any similar. Sorry in advance if it's already here. My sound card has the capability of connecting with optical cable which i have connected to my hub from my ultimate headset. I cannot really see, that it should have the sound through that and not USB cable though. Is there any way to actually know if it works on my PC?

Hey, I really cannot decide between those headsets. I'll probably go with the Overwatch headset, because I really love Overwatch, and the reviews also said that it's good, even tho it & the reviews are a little old and could of course be outdated, that's why I'm here (it came out 2016). The worst thing that I heard is that it breaks easily/is very plasticy. I don't know it, but I think they don't have a "normal" edition where they're based of, and the most normal headset to compare it with is the ManO'War 7.1, but teach me otherwise, when you know it better. The other headsets in my price range that I would buy are the newer Krakens in White (the color doesn't change anything technically I think, but whatever) and maybe the new wireless Krakwn BT Kitty Edition but I heard some bad things about it, and probably won't buy them. So what are you thoughts, and why would you buy what? (If you want to recommend me other headsets, I really want a Razer headset to match my other Razer periphera

Hello I just bought nari essential headphones. Is spatial audio enabled automatically?. Also what in game settings do I need to pick in resident evil 2 do I pick 7.1 surround sound and headphones?. Another problem is that resident evil 2 isn't showing up on game modes on the app even though I seen it is supported. Sorry I don't know what I'm meant to do the instructions didn't explain much. Thanks.
