Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 sometimes dont connect to synapse 2.0

Hi, I buy a new Razer Kraken 7.1 v2... And sometimes the razer dont connect on Razer synapse 2.0... I already change USB port... Sometimes when i change port he make a song noise.... Can help me? Daniel

    Try to remove all razer softwere them delete files in appdata nad programfiles if you will have them then go to device menager in windows remove headset from your pc unplug and reboot pc. When windows start plug headset windows will install new driver then download new synapse file from razer website (to make sure file is not corrupted) install it and cheack if something change ^^
