Razer Kraken TE mic loose

Hi so I bought a Razer Kraken Tournament Edition and out of the box when I extend the mic it is very loose, meaning that I can move it up and down in the socket. I was just wondering if this is normal? Should I be worried? Thanks.

      If you can post stort video with mic it hard to say how it looks when no one but you see it :)

        I just unboxed one yesterday and was wondering the same thing. My s/o has the 7.1 and his mic is nowhere near as loose.

        Yes, please upload a video if you can. It shouldn't be "loose". The mic is retractable, sure, but it should still retract and move with a fair amount of effort to ensure it says in place during use and storage.

        If you feel that mic dont have any force to retract of hide in hole in headset just go replace or send to warranty on your own you dont do anything without losing warranty.
