Hi,

I have a problem with my "Nari Ultimate"
When I connect to a PC or PS4 the Wireless USB transceiver, regularly it is not recognized, and takes the name "Avnera AV6301"

What can we do to this please
Am I the only one ? o_O

they also last forever - hardly ever charge them

they have red light mic on off on the mic, chat and game balance, volume on the headset and 7.1 surround...Mic also detaches so you can use them as just headset if you like. check reviews on Youtube

buddy this is a known issue with these headsets - the usb dongle will always screw up - i got a full refund and bought these beauties and honestly they are perfection

I dont even know if I still want the replacement anymore or probably move on to a different brand.

Dude - its played out tactics they use - they give you all the pleasantries like - "i hope you are well..." etc, then they just drag the return out for so long to the point you cant be bothered with it anymore. i remember i bought their power bank - they sent me 3 of them and none of them had as much power as they stated - in the end they gave me a credit note - took about 6 months of emails man.

also when they send you an email, even if you reply instantly, they still wont get back to you for at least a day or 2..


I dont even know if I still want the replacement anymore or probably move on to a different brand.

I hate it that every time I ask replacement of a razer product they always want you to cut off the wire and take a picture of it for approval of their RMA team and what if its not approved then you did that all for nothing imagine I have a Razer Nari and the usb dongle is broken so I can still use it with the wire and they want me to cut it off for approval and then what if its not approve then now I don't only have a non working usb dongle but also a useless razer Nari with a cut off wire.

This Razer.Caziel guy told me he will help me solve the problem as he was branded official razer support tag on his name and has not responded to any of my messages after closing my post about the issue. Talk about Razer Support. :frown_:


forget Razer support - not even worth your time with those guys...even when i contacted Amazon for mine i told them I spoke to Razer and they were useless - even though i hadnt contacted them

the lesson here is to always buy from Amazon if you can as they issue refunds and returns with no questions asked practically every time

They already told me if its pass warranty that they will not replace it. And its not even a week pass my warranty. I already contacted Razer but still no response. :frown_:

Mine wasn't from Amazon unfortunately, it was from a local game store but my headset is pass its warranty for at least a few days. :frown_:


Have you tried going back to the store and explaining the situation? ask them to plug the dongle into one of their pcs and show them it is not recognised any more...

My Razer Nari is also having problems connecting after the Averna incident. And the Razer recovery tools dont even work to fix the problem. Any one has an idea how to fix this problem? unfortunately my razer headset is already way pass its warranty but only a few days. :frown_:


mate - there is no solution at all - if you bought them from amazon you can probably persuade them to give you a refund if you beg - mine were 8 months old and they let me send them back for a full refund.

If found the best solution.... returned them for full refund to Amazon....used the money to buy some amazing headphones which come with no headaches....

i solved mine.

i wiped the steel part of the usb receiver, and i unplugged my usb camera sensor for my oculus headset.....and my nari works perfectly. i dunno which part is the solution but that's what i did. hope this will be helpful for someone. sorry for my english.

Im sorry mate - but i saw this fix before, and to me this is not a fix....this is a workaround - and a risky one too.

guys my advice return the item - there are much better headphones out there for the money now....

I'm out of razer area zone so I can't return the product even after talking with them buti fixed the prablom and this probably will fix all nari ultimate averna av 601 thing just give me couple of days and I will post how I fixed it

The solutionis to return the product to whoever you bought it from. I got mine working again a couple of times but then next time it would go back to this crap

I didnt even go to Razer as I knew it would take months. I went straight to Amazon and got full refund... even after 8 months.

Used the money to buy HyperX Cloud Flight S....best decision i ever made... outstanding headphones, battery lasts so long its unbelievable, 7.1 surround, chat/game balance.... detachable mic... everything i need

This is messed up....had this headset a few months...it was working on my pc upstairs....brought the dongle and plugged it in downstairs for some late night gaming it recognised it.....but after I rebooted now I have this problem.....they have to come up with a solution soon surely....otherwise this is RMA



I already sent it back and got the headset price back but didn't buy it again. I'm afraid this error will happen again when it is no longer under warranty.
