Cyber Monday deals yay, honestly don’t really know what to get, heard some good things about both and I’ve seen some videos on both but I would like some input on both from those who have used it, not really good with mics and headphones and all that and I’m pretty in between those two. I am thinking of buying a device for capturing images from the console (I have a Switch, I am thinking of buying a PS5 or Xbox in a while). I tried to find some information on the net and I can't. I like to ask what is the differences? Can I use the "old" version with ps5?

Hey guys, So I got the OG Seiren X recently, and I was surprised as is doesn't show up in Razer Synapse 3. Is there anything I could do about it?

I got a seiren mini microphone awhile back and just used the stand it came with .. went to put it on a boom arm with a 3/8" to 5/8" adapter only to find the adapter was too big. When I googled it razer's site says it has a 5/8" thread but apparently no so. Can't seem to find any 3/8 to 1/2 adapters so its looks like I am SOL ..

I have my Kiyo up and connected and can see the preview, but how do you record video? I've seen some people mention clicking on Broadcaster, but that isn't an option for me in Synapse.

Since I am not given a way to contact support, by phone, email, text, or chat. I am directed to this forum. Can anyone provide any help with my Kiyo Camera. I went to adjust it and it basically came apart into several pieces, seemingly the glue holding the base and the dial is not holding it together anymore.

I am trying to set up Kiyo Pro and, preferably, Synapse for use during Zoom sessions. Kiyo Pro works fine in Zoom but Zoom doesn't 'recognize' it as a camera. It only is usable as a generic "USB Video Device" I am not able to add Synapse as a camera in Zoom. Previously I have added and used Snap Camera, XSplit VCam, and Logi Capture (although not with Kiyo Pro) Any ideas why Zoom doesn't recognize Kiyo Pro or Synapse?

It assumes a lot about a person's set up and actually ends up bottle necking more than it helps combine. My set up, for example, is probably a typical, but not particularly complex. I have a PC from which I run an HDMI to a Sony AV Receiver, which powers my surround sound and my 55" screen as a large, tertiary monitor for streaming (it's perfect for having multiple windows open at once snapped to the corners). I use a FiiO DAC to power my headphones. So, functionally, I have two audio outputs that have independent volume control. In Windows, my System audio outputs to my DAC, and I have my browser mapped to my SONY AV in the Windows Mixer. Hi everyone! I got a rly strange problem with my Razer ripsaw HD. While im streaming, in some games that im playing there appears a flickering. BUT, if i just swipe a little more to the left or right with the mouse, the flickering goes away. And in some Games the flickering is just going crazy. Sometimes even in some Browser websites or Desktop. (Depens which Wallpaper is coming) Im streaming trough OBS. Does someone knows how i can fix that ?

I have a Razer blade 15, and I woke up this morning and after holding the power button for 5 seconds the left side of the screen flickered and then went entirely blank. The keyboard is still lighting up and the the start up sound still happened, however the screen went blank, and I do not have a monitor to connect to at the moment.

Hi Pretty straightforward, the Razer Broadcasting Hardware i.e. the Ripsaw capture card, Stargazer webcam and Seiren mic. Are they worth the money? Are there any caveats on the PC that are dealbreakers, and do they work WELL with OBS Studio (not just supported but actually work)? I'd like to thank everyone in advance for their feedback/answers.

Hello Razer Fam! I've got a Razer Seiren X microphone and wanted to use my headphones that use the 3.5mm aux. The microphone uses a micro usb for connection and I've tried using different usb ports on the desktop and still nothing. When I plug my headphones into the microphone nothing happens, I get no sound what so ever. I tried the headphones on other devices to make sure it wasnt broken and they work fine. Anyone have any ideas on what I could do or what I could be doing wrong? (not sure if it matters) Windows 10 Desktop i7 16gb ram 1080Ti

Hello can someone tell me how I can change the Volume for example when I play a game or listen to music the stream also hears it as loud as I’m. I want to hear different volumes for me and the stream. i was using Nexus before and I was able to change the volumes on the go from the device. would be cool if we can for example hold the mute button for a sec and it changes from Streammix to Audiomix and vice versa.

so i am having this issue with my streaming PC. its a Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H Rev 1.0 mother board with a i7-3770k CPU, and i have my Ripsaw HD, Kiyo, and Kraken TE headset controller plugged into the back of the PC in the USB 3.0 ports. however the issue it windows is telling me they preform faster when plugged into 3.0... but they ARE plugged into 3.0! so i am trying to find out what i need to do to fix this. everything is updated, drivers are good, no updates from windows. i tried all the USB 3.0 ports and its still telling me they preform better in 3.0 (again...THEY ARE PLUGGED INTO 3.0). this is driving me nuts! edit: i was able to solve the issue with everything by plugging in the cable that came with the Ripsaw HD.

I have 3 webcams at home: Logitech, Microsoft and the Kiyo Pro that I got this past week. And the Kiyo is the ONLY one that, sometimes, disappears on me. Or tell me that "it is already in use by another application". I searched everywhere for a solution. The driver and software (Synapse) is so poor, slow, and really bad. I will try for a few more days or this baby is going back. Today I was doing my Zoom conference and the camera quit on me. I Got my Logitech back there and it was great. Image quality is not as good, but solid operation. And yes, I already uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse, upgraded firmware, all that jazz (I'm a system operator, computer science major, very comfortable with these things) but this camera is still refusing to work.
