Hi everyone, Juste bought a Razer Seiren Mini condenser mic and when I plug it in my laptop I get a huge static/white noise coming from it. What do you think I should do ? - Already uninstalled/reinstalled Realtek drivers - Plugged it into my laptop and PS4 with the same results. I don't have a desktop PC on hand though. Dear razer support, I am asking question about (razer seiren v2 x) device. Is the headphone port on the back of the microphone only for monitoring in and outgoing voice or can i use it for listening music and stuff (like playing game , casual use). because my computer headphone port (jack) seems broken because when i start play a game i hear some sizzle on my left side ( no problem when i'm not playing games) maybe it can be useful when using iphone earphone on computer. Hello I plan to buy one of Razer’s microphones (most likely the Serien Mini or Seiren V2 X) but I use a 5.1 surround sound speaker set and generally play loud games and I do not want the speaker sound to be picked up by the microphone. Is anybody able to confirm that theses microphones are good enough for this? Many thanks Jack

I got problem with driver I got the newest driver of Razer Kiyo but in WIndows device manager I got Razer Kiyo but in programs like SLOBS Discord I have named it USB Video Device. To be clear in solution I made change in driver from Microsoft to Razer but it doesn't make it up. Also I remove device with driver. Restart computer plug in again and it doesn't work either. Is there a solution to make programs see camera as Razer Kiyo not USB Video Device?

This camera has been my least favorite peripheral purchase in 10 years. Has never worked right, Is not supported properly. Now it is completely blurry despite, uninstalling and reinstalling what were already the most current drivers. No good. Not Happy. Doubt that I will receive help from Razer here....

Hello I got problem with Kiyo. I can't use 60fps in 720p in SLOBS. It's like whatever resolution it's look like 1.3MP camera with 10fps... Does anyone had that problem and have a solution?

Hi everyone! I just bought a Razer Seiren Emote, but I can't seem to make the emote work. Synapse = Installed and Repaired Chroma Connect = Installed Streamer Companion App - Installed **I tried running all as Admin When I go under connect in Synapse, nothing is showing (Blank) When I open The companion app, it opens a webpage showing my Razer ID (https://razerid.razer.com/account/?l=en) Now I'm stuck here. Hi, I'm new to this forum. I've been having an issue with the Razer Kiyo when using it on Zoom. It seems to keep adjusting the light when I move making my video sometimes overexposed. I have the autofocus turned off, it's on manual. The ring light is off as it gives off a halo effect when on. The room is bright enough, with no additional light source anywhere else. I can't seem to find anything on auto light adjustment and I don't understand why it's doing it. I've also turned off the auto low light setting on Zoom. Does anyone face the same issue?

As someone who doesn't stream or create content much, I'm not really all that experienced with the technicalities involved with content creation and streaming, from the electronic components to the lighting to the audio input/output. As such, I wanted to ask something of you out there, who stream or create content, or know people who stream and/or create content: What setups do you use for streaming? This would obviously include any relevant specs from your PC (or mobile devices, if that's your game), but I'm more interested (and I'm sure others are interested as well) in the streaming/content-creating components. This could be anything from lighting devices, soundproofing boards, headsets, microphones, software, capture cards, and so on. And to include the community, tell us what main part(s) of your setup you would recommend for casual or new streamers!

Je voudrais faire un peu de streaming sur PS4 slim , j'utilise streamlab obs avec un boitier d'acquisition raser ripsaw . J'arrive à mettre l'image sur streamlab , mais l'audio impossible que je passe en hdmi classic ou en casque rien ne se passe sur la table de mixage .

I got the Ripsaw earlier this spring and I've connected it to the HDMI-out on my gaming pc and mirror/clone the main Displayport output to the HDMI. For a while it worked fine, gaming in 1440p and streaming in 1080p, but last night when I was about to stream the Ripsaw said the resolution changed from 1080p60fps to 1440p30fps and there is no video signal in StreamlabsOBS. Did Razer change anything related to the Ripsaw in the latest Synapse update? Is there any way to force the Ripsaw to only output 1080p60fps?

Hi I just received my new razer kiyo pro and it seems to be working on zoom and obs but I can't seem to find the setting for it on razer synapse. I can't adjust it to HDR mode if the settings don't appear in synapse. Is there any fix for this? Thanks in advance

Hi there, Just got a Razer Seiren and when I use it it constantly makes a ticking or cracking noise in the background. Whats causing this? Tried diff positions but same sound. WOuld appreciate any fix

I bought this 2 days ago. And the 1st day it worked fine and fine on my xbox 2nd day when I was changing my window settings it went downhill I know it's this because I plugged it into my xbox and it was fine anyone know how to go back to factory settings? Thanks!

After watching a bunch of reviews for this camera that said it would be great for productivity, and increase the quality for all of us "work from home" folks, I pulled the trigger and bought this camera. Installed fine, Configured it to look great inside Synapse. HDR works well for the lighting in my work space, Medium FOV is perfect for my office as well. Go into Zoom to take a look...BLAH! All Widescreen FOV, no HDR, just looked like garbage. Video flashes every 2-3 seconds ands would probably cause seizures in an actual meeting. Tried Teams...same thing. Even connecting the camera to NVidia broadcast it looks horrible.

This happened in the past, but it's more recent now, so whenever I move my mic the wire would somehow disconnect or not disconnect, my friend will say why is your voice so high pitch and laggy, I then check discord hear audio and it is bad, I just found out that if I unplug the wire and plug it back in, it would work but it is very tedious and I would want to know what I should do to stop make this thing happen
