While not officially supported, website states that it does not work with osx, the latest version of of osx does support the ripsaw hd. You can ignore the lagged frames as I was just doing this on battery and did not change the screen resolution. See attached screenshot.

So let me explain my situation first as it might differ a bit from yours. My setup is PC-Ripsaw HD-PS4. I didn't have a 3.5mm headset, just my Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 which uses USB and was connected to my PC. So what I wanted was, to hear my PS4 audio through my headset via my PC. But that doesn't just do it by simply connecting your PC to your Ripsaw to your PS4. So in order for you for this to work, your headset needs to be connected to your PC, which I hope is possible for you! I have 2 monitors and I just hooked up one to be my PS4 monitor whenever I want to play on PS4 so everything for me is close to each other. Now on to my workaround. I use a software called: VoiceMeeter Banana: https://www.vb-audio.com/Voicemeeter/banana.htm. It's free software. You might want to download their virtual audio cable as well, so you can expand some things, though for this solution it's not necessary. If you have a huge setup with lots of software and want to fully customize, you could get VoiceMee

With the introduction of the Elgato Wave line and the Wave Link software basically being a virtual goXLR. I'd love to see Razer come out with similar software for the Siren series of mics. Currently running a Siren Elite, and I gotta say the Wave mic is looking very tempting.

I just got my Razer Ripsaw HD capture card set up so I can try to steam some ps4/switch/and other console games. I am running into and issue where my streamlabs obs video output for the stream is tinted pink and I haven't been able to find a solution for the issue. So I was wondering if this has been a common issue for other users and if anybody has been able to resolve this problem? Thank you to anybody that does reply

Preface Hello and welcome, I know a lot of people have issues getting there Razer Ripsaw HD to not back screen, I was one of them, I was so excited to get my new capture card to replace my 1080p30 / 720p 60 Blackmagic Ultrastudio Thunderbolt 2 device as my poor streaming pc a Macbook Pro Late 2013 was starting to show its age. So I decided to go with Razer as I already had a Siren X and a Naga 2014 left handed , ( still need a replacement usb cable for that. ) , and I have no love for Elgato I pulled the trigger on the Ripsaw HD as it seemed to be getting good reviews on the net. The card came the day before yesterday so as of the time of this writing I have had the card a little over 48 hours. Was excited plugged it in , hooked up my sources, booted up windows and obs black screen, and unable to see any image, was like ok, so used the ps4 remote app and it was detecting my display a 4k60 umm no worries a few cable changes and wala passthrough working no obs input though.. So I have everything set up but for some reason it does not pick up people talking in game chat not sure if it is just call of duty but when i record it wont pick up people talking just my game audio im on ps4 also using astro a40 for my headset i can hear them in my headphones just fine just when i record a game and go back you can't hear the person talking just me talking to them any help

So I pulled the trigger on this sweet looking mic but the 8 bit doesn't seem to work. Also, ever since downloading the streamer companion app my profiles in chroma go away unless I turn off the app in chroma apps. Pretty sure I got this thing set up right, so anyone with any ideas? I've already got a support ticket in but haven't heard anything in almost two weeks(when I opened ticket). All suggestions appreciated.

I saw a thread that was posted a couple years back about being able to run your 144Hz monitor while streaming using the Ripsaw. It has the diagram using DVI to connect the monitor to the graphics card. I have a 2060 RTX Super, there are no DVIs. I have one HDMI and 3 Displayports. How can I still get this done? So, got myself the ripsaw HD today to replace my old ripsaw, making sure my setup will be 4k proof when the time. For the next consoles comes around. After a bit of mucking around, i got the video and audio bot working (took a bit), but the only problem. Is is that my audio is choppy/cracking sometimes or just dissapears for a second or two sometimes. Anyone know of a fix for this?

Hi, Does anyone know if the Razer Kiyo will eventually get Windows Hello support? I didn't realize it wasn't supported and now I'm disappointed after already opening it.

Quelqu'un pourrait m'éclairer la dessus, j'ai chercher toute la journée d'où ça pouvais venir et vraiment j'ai rien trouver... Merci beaucoup

Any time I change settings on my Kiyo with Synapse on my Windows10 machine, the webcam in Screnncast-o-matic stops working. Sometimes when I unplug the Kiyo and plug it back in, that seems to help. Is there a way to add Screencast-o-matic to apps that the Kiyo works with? Or a way around this?

I installed Synapse but it does not detect the Kiyo. Are there plans to support the Kiyo?

So i just recenently bought a razer seiren and it wont show up in synapse. i have tried plugging in and out reinstalling drivers but nothing seems to work

Just got a Seiren X mic. I installed Synapse 2, which of course doesn't launch just like everyone else. Further windows was only seeing the Seiren as speakers. I uninstalled everything (application, manual delete of all remaining directories in appdata and windows in general), removed device from device manager. Then installed Synapse 2 again, reconnected the device and now at least windows sees it as a Mic and Discord can pick it up. However, I can't alter the pick up pattern, which is the whole reason I bought this mic in the first place. I've tried every work around I've found on the forum. Reinstalled clean multiple times, tried old versions, tried installing surround, even tried Synapse 3 just for shits and giggles. Is there any other way to alter the pick up pattern than Synapse?

I know some people have had the same issue but cannot see any posted solutions. After 1 minute of use, the top half of my leds shut off. Is there a remedy for this?

The essence of the problem is in the name, I just can’t get the same sound on the recording through the OBS as I hear myself. I get a dull and harsh sound, as if I were under water. Does anyone know a solution?

Hi folks, I bought the ripsaw HD on the basis that it does 4k pass through. My scenario. 1x gaming machine with 2 screens 1x steaming machine with 1 screen Ripsaw connects via USB to streaming machine Hdmi out of gaming machine goes through ripsaw to 1440p monitor. When I turn on ripsaw gaming resolution drops to 1080p. Why if this had pass through. I tried it with the gaming screen on dv port and ripsaw on Hdmi but can not get it to show on obs on streaming machine. What am I doing wrong. Thanks. Steve.

So I just got my Kiyo, been playing around with it and noticed 2 things. 1. My lighting in my room sucks causing me to look washed out at all times, My plan to fix this is to buy a new light fixture in the room where I can manually direct light away from my workstation. 2. When i use the Light on the Kiyo with the lights in the room off, the picture looks distorted. Has anyone else had these issues? I'm still playing with the settings of course but wondering if anyone else had these issues.

Does anybody have any input on the Siren X? it's on sale right now and looking to get a standalone MIC. Thanks!

I have a lot of razer product but i did not ever buy a Razer capture card Let me go straight to the point: i'm an italian retrogames streamer and my capture card Is broken. I'm thinking about to buy the Ripsaw HD biit, since in my setup i use an OSSC for upscale old console i would like to know if the Razer Ripsaw HD will capture the ossc signal in a good way like the old one that i use until wednesday.
