Console Peripherals

As the title suggests, whenever I click the right mouse button and only the right mouse button it often makes a little creak or squeak sound, since my mouse is my first ever razer product I'm not familiar with what to do. Does anyone have a solution or have a similar problem? (The mouse is the Basilisk x Hyperspeed if that helps)

Hi, just wondering if this headset can connect to Xbox and Bluetooth at the same time, so for example I can play cod and be in a party at the same time while listening to music from my phone?

Hi, I've read that you will push out an update for TE 2019 and Ultimate, which will enable us to use the controllers with PS5 games - is this true? If it is, what are the chances that we get this update in the near future? Thanks in advance.

My controller is only showing orange and red on the right hand side of the touch pad when on USB mode. When on bluetooth mode for both PC and PS4 it is solid orange all the way around. Any ideas anyone? I'm not sure what the firmware is as it won't connect it to anything to check it.

Hellow there I am using razer Raiju TE for Warzone PS4 and it seems when I try to aim someone I am overshooting them when I ADS. Do you guys have any recommended settings in the in-game options? It’s really frustrating to guess what senstivity should I use. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I see numerous forums for Ultimate and for the 7.1 but none for the Xbox One model. Right now I have the Headset Audio/Headset Format set to Windows Sonic for Headphones Any input would be great.

Hei, I am struggling to register my razer Raiju tournament edition due to product number on the controller is way shorter ( 8 symbols) compared to the registration form requirements. Can you suggest what should I do. Maybe i miss something. Thank you in advance.

EDIT: Yep, it's the Wolverine V2. Only two extra buttons, cable doesn't detach, & it's the mecha membrane buttons. I'm feeling pretty *meh* about this... https://www.razer.com/console-controllers/Razer-Wolverine-V2/RZ06-03560100-R3U1 I'd be happier if they would bring out a new Wolverine Ultimate with fully mechanical buttons, a detachable USB-C cable, & more lighting. OLD POST: So I just got an update that renamed the Wolverine setup app to just the Razer Controller Setup App for Xbox. Also, the resources have images of a new controller with the share button on it. It seems to be missing the back paddles & just has the extra remap buttons on the shoulders, based on the images in the updated app.

Recently I have been having issues once again with the diagonal directions of my Razer Panthera Evo. For instance, when I try to input down-left about once in every 4 times the inputs will spasm rapidly between down and left before settling on down-left. I have confirmed this is not an input error on my behalf and not a software error. I had this issue once before on the same product, and replacing the PCBs with new sanwa ones fixed it for about 2 months until now where I’m having the exact same issue. What are the odds I got two faulty PCBs in a row? and if it’s not the PCB hoe can I fix this?

Currently I have my Astro A50s setup plugged in USB to my PC for discord voice chat and the optical audio cable from the TV to the headset base for game sound. Can I achieve this same setup using the Kaira Pros? Do I need the USB adapter for the windows PC or would I have to bluetooth to the PC and wireless to the xbox? Any insight to this be viable would be helpful as I am trying to be wireless between devices. Currently I have a long USB from the base to the PC and long optical from the TV to the base.

anyone know if kontrol freeks work on the wolverine ultimate controller? The thumbsticks seem slightly bigger than the standard xbox one sticks.

Hi all Please give me any suggestions for the issue. I have replaced game controller and I use it straight away after it arrived. And I have noticed that 3.5mm jack doesn't work properly. My headset supplying my game sound to my friends via game chat and party chat without my voice...

Does razer offer thumbstick extensions for their controllers? If not can anyone suggest a good 3rd party that does?

Does anyone have any recommendations for extending the paddles on the Razer Wolverine Ultimate Xbox/PC controller? I have short fingers, so it's tough for me to reach the paddles. I'm hoping to make this controller work because I really like the switches on the buttons, but need more than 2 paddles. Kind of stuck between this, the tournament edition, and the Xbox Elite.

The mute and volume buttons on the quick control panel are totally stuck. The other two buttons are fine. I didn't spill anything on them but since a few days ago there is no travel to them at all. If I press hard enough in the right spot I can get the mute button to work, but I'd rather not have to smash on it a bunch of times for it to function. I'd rather not take the controller apart. Is there anything else I can do?

Greetings. Question about key assignment. So I assigned key buttons on Orbweaver gamepad as joystick in button assignment. For some reason one of the key on the keypad are double assigned to a letter "F" in the game. I have checked all assignments inside the gave and I see no letter F was assigned to any of my controls and specifically to Orbweaver gamepad. This causes issues. I checked button assignments in Orbweaver gamepad settings and that keybutton is not shown any double assignments. Is there a way to clear the key completely? I removed all settings from settings and started over but that keybutton still picks letter F automatically. Realy weird. Thanks for looking.

Hi, I've been trying to get the Raiju Mobile to work with Forza, but no luck so far. It looks like some users were able to get it to work with the regular Raiju's, but I haven't seen anyone getting it to work on the Raiju Mobile. I've tried the different DS4windows options, deleting the drivers, ... but to no avail. Has anyone had any luck getting the Raiju Mobile to work?

Hey Insiders! I received the Razer Raiju Mobile controller this week and, thus far, I love it! Just one question though. When you using the controller in combination with the steam link app on my phone I run into an issue. Steam link uses the home button (the Xbox button on Microsoft controllers) to use the overlay, and to get into the Steam Big Picture settings. However, the home button on the Razer Raiju is hard-bound to the home button function on Android, meaning that it minimizes the Steam Link app on my phone. I was wondering if there was a way to work around this. I would like to have a home button within the Steam Link app. Having a button for the Home functionality on my phone doesn't make much sense to me. Looking forward to your thoughts!

It is asking for a code to connect from my pc bluetooth 2.0 dongle to my razer raiju ultimate in pc bt mode. I have tried a lot of codes but no luck ??!?!??!

I bought this model to play on my mobile, and I would like to confirm if it has Bluetooth 5.0, my Moto G8 Power mobile has it, and to know if it is retro-compatible with BT 4.0. My cordial greetings.

I have a razer wolverine controller for Xbox and I must recently bought the astro a40 pro with the mixer however im dealing with a mic issue where if I connect the headset to the mixer with my razer controller I cant get my microphone to work but if I use a regular xbox controller everything works. If anyone has this issue can you tell me if it can be fixed? I'm guessing razer just is not compatible with astro headset if its as simple as a controller switch to get the mic to work

Does anyone know where I can find the normal sized thumbsticks for the Razor Wolverine Ultimate controller? I would even take 3rd party at this point. The razor website only offers the longer version and I do not want that.
