is it safe to upgrade to 1.03 while on 1.02 beta?

Any idea what would stop us upgrading to 1.03 if already on 1.02? i have a link to the 1.03 file but on 1.02 and dont want to brick the controller trying?

Exactly! Only people with version 1.01 can get 1.03, people who helped test 1.02 are being left with a broken beta firmware. Horrible way to thank the community for the help...

I have just been in touch with the Chat Support, and I am furious! I was told that firmware ver. 1.03 does indeed exist, but I couldn't have it, as I am currently running the 1.02 beta, and the 1.03 version can't override that at this time. So basically I've been helping Razer test their broken product, and now I can't even download the latest version of the firmware for my 200€ controller!?

There was no warning that this might happen when I was given the beta firmware, and no timeline for when beta testers will get to update their hardware. This is starting to become farcical!

Ive read about the 1.03 aswell.

If I were you, I would head on over to the support section of insider and create a thread, and then you can get official help from a Razer support agent.

If this is relating the drifting issues, I do believe there is a beta firmware you can get from support that helps the issue.
