Hello I was playing a game on my console and I was talking and i think the water that was in my mouth went into my mic at first it sounded like I was under water to my friends but now I can't speak at all even if I tap the mic part it doesn't pick it up I currently have it in front of a fan to try and dry the water in it and I have not seen any improvement in the mic at all the audio works fine it's just the mic will not pick up me speaking

Hello to all! I bought a Razer Advanced 15 some months ago (core i9, RTX3080). It's working very well, but I wonder if any of you would recommend to use it over a cooling stand to make sure heat will not cause any damage. I'm sorry if this is obvious, but since Razer does not sell its own stand, I'm not sure if it is recommended or not, or if its internal cooling system should be enough. Thanks! Daniel

Hey Peeps, Am just now having problems with my 2020 razer blade 15 base model with it going to a black screen the computer goes to the sleep mode when I click on the keyboard and shows me the lock screen to sign in with my pin. I reset my OS 10 home edition and it's still a problem. I also removed the razer synapse and it's old files on the program folder. I have the 2070 rtx max q gpu and 16 gig ram. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Dear Razer, community and all other people in the game controller branch, we must talk! There are 3 aspects which need improvements. XInput The XInput controller interface, created by Microsoft, has set the standard for controllers. Unfortunately, XInput is very limited. It contains just the buttons, triggers and sticks from a current standard controller. That's a problem for every controller with additional buttons (especially for the most Razer controllers), because players can't use the additional buttons as native buttons, but just as mapped buttons. This means, that every controller with additional buttons need a mapping function, which - I think - is one reason for the high price. But mapping means that you have a function twice on your controller. The primary aspect is to relieve the right thumb. The secondary aspect is to use not-needed buttons to have a more native usage (in my case 2 D-Pad buttons). But finally, you always has to make compromises. btw: The predecessor

I took delivery on the latest top of the line Razer 15 with I9 12th generation and RTX 3080 and 144 refresh rate screen. Pretty expensive but my laptop is such a big part of my life I thought I would go for the best. This is my first Razer. Previously I owned higher end Surface Books. I am very impressed so far. Absolutely gorgeous screen. Built like a tank yet light enough for easy transport. Speed to spare on everything. Most of my work involves a lot of documents, graphics and videos processed through cloud storage as well as video conferencing. I am still getting it configured and I am looking forward to putting it through its paces. I am not a heavy duty gamer but I plan to put this gorgeous graphics card through its paces. Strong positives here.

I've spent the last few weeks going back and forth with Razer customer support for a replacement mouse. My Naga Trinity was acting up and I had lost the receipt. So I saw that the genshin x razer in-game bundle was "delivered" but i never received it in my email so i asked the support what happened they said it was apparently "cancelled"... like what the.. has anyone had this happen before and what's gonna happen now? they said that they will be filing a ticket right now but I have this bad feeling somehow. Hello Razer. I just thought I would create a thread post stating what I would like to see on the next Razer Blade 17. First of all I think Razer is heading in the right direction with the current 2022 Blade 17. I am glad they gave the 17 inch model 8 speakers now and increased the battery capacity to 82 watt hour. I think Razer should remove the single auxiliary fan on the 17 inch and provide us a 95-100 watt hour battery and they should bring back a glossy screen option. I own the 2021 Blade Advanced with the OLED display and I think the 2022 models have a display downgrade. I would love to see Razer build either a 17 inch OLED or a Mini LED 240 HZ glossy option. I really love the 17 inch Blade but there are only small factors that stop me from buying one. Another small thing I would like to see changed on the next 17 inch is the speaker hole gaps. I appreciate how Razer laser cut holes in the chassis now but the left and right side of the Blade 17 still has empty gaps. Apple drills f

As the title says, I have very low fps when I play dynasty warriors 9 on the lowest settings. I’m using a 2016 razer blade with gtx 1060. I heard that the pc port of this game is bad; however, my computer, using gtx 870 router login , is able to run the game at 60 FPS at medium settings. It’s hard to believe my laptop can’t run the game at decent frames.

Hello everyone, I am looking for a gaming laptop with the following characteristics (budget is not an issue): At least 15"6/16" screen, ideally 4K/UHD Ideally not too heavy and the thinner the better although it is a bit contradictory with the next point... ...as ideally I would like it to remain rather silent when not gaming or doing light gaming (dead cells, slipways, monster train...). I am having issues with a audio interface that keeps having frequent pops and clicks in the audio-Universal Audio apollo mkii duo- and I am using cable that converts thunderbolt to thunderbolt 3 from apple and have been working with support at UAD, and they thought I should reach out to see if my system has C1E and Vt-d and if I can disable those to see if it helps. Is there something in the bios to do so? I found Intel Speedstep and Turbo but that's it. Also would anyone know if there's something with the port that could be the issue? Does it provide enough power or is it even really thunderbolt 3 or it just meant to be USB C. When I tried a different audio interface a focusrite scarlett solo with usb, i have no issues at all.

Hello, I'm a programmer and I truly don't understand why it needs a restart. After an update the mouse and keyboard stop working for a few seconds, this is basically the time where the old driver is dumped from the RAM and the new one is loaded. Why does Razer synapse need a restart after plugging in a new Razer mouse? I'm also a Linux user and on Linux I can update everything without a single restart. My Linux machine is running for 2 months without going on standby or being turned off. I also see that other programs require restarts on windows.

Hello, I'm owning two mices that I like but the packaging is confusing me. The Razer Viper Ultimate has a nice packaging that can be opened "book like". You take out the mouse once of the packaging and that's it. Keep that in mind. Now I have a Razer Naga Pro that has side modules that can be exchanged and it has a normal packaging. Why didn't anyone think of making the packaging like the Viper Ultimate packaging that would make it so much better by just opening the package, taking the side module and then closing it, but instead it's just a simple box that's just annoying to open.

I am addressing it here because I like the look and features of Razer basilisk mice, especially of basilisk V3 vs V2 and competition (no annoying DPI adjustment buttons next to the LMB), so I believe it must be due to continuous efforts to enhance or develop feature reach products. Watching CES 2022 I accidentally run into Chakram X mouse. The thing has an analog joystick at a thumb and I have been thinking how beneficial it would be for productivity ever since. For example: analog scrolling (instead of unresponsive horizontal scrolling) more key bindings (back, forward, top, bottom, click) This is not a huge list, but think about all the opportunities (convenience, features/form factor). Hi all. I have the razer mamba 16000 dpi wireless mouse with the docking station. It never picked up in synapse 3 only worked in 2. A few days ago windows did updates (windows 11) and since then my mouse does not show in synapse 2, synapse 2 shows updating in synapse but nothing happens there. It does not show or work on my pc at all anymore. I tried the mouse only (with cord) and wireless with the docking station on another pc and everything still works but as soon as I plug it into my gaming pc now (tried every usb) nothing happens. I tried a different mouse on my gaming pc and it works. Ive tried everything, anyone that can hrelp?

The buttons now have names that I chose. Sometimes, around once every 15 minutes, despite having released the buttons, I continue to move, even if I've completed the procedure. For example, if I press and release the joystick's front button (which I assigned to the letter w), my character continues to advance indefinitely until I hit the button again. The joystick's left and right buttons have the same issue. As far as I can tell, this hasn't happened to me with the back button. There is nothing I can do to repair this, but if you tell me how I would be grateful to you. Thanks
