I got the mouse about 2 weeks ago and it worked perfectly fine. yesterday I tried to connect it to my pc using Bluetooth and it kept saying to try connecting again I tried to connect it with my mac and same thing it just would not connect. I tried to replace the battery with no success and updating the firmware. nothing worked. 2.4 works fine but no matter what I do it just won't connect using BT. can someone help please? Thanks

I absolutely LOVE the Raiju tournament edition for PS4. It is easily the best quality PS4 pro controller I have seen. From what I can see, Razer have been very hush on possible development of a PS5 specific variant. Has anyone heard anything?

I recently purchased a Base model Blade 15 and I am to receive a free copy of both the Crysis trilogy and Humankind games. Does anybody know how long it takes to receive the key to redeem the games over on the intel site? Thanks.

I use a 2020 edition Razer Blade 15" laptop, base model I have owned it for over a year now and have always been able to run even the most demanding games relatively well. However, as of 3 months ago I've experienced a sudden drop in FPS on any game I play, which has made any video game basically unplayable. This is not a hardware issue, as it is affecting games that up until now I was perfectly able to play. It is not a memory issue either as I have around 200 GB of storage left and the system tells me the CPU is fine. Redownloading the games, steam, and updating my graphics drivers has not helped. Adjusting fan speed also has not helped. The vents all seem to be free of dust and clean so that can't be the issue either. This is a real pain since I basically can't do the one thing I bought this laptop for. Does anybody know how to resolve this, or has anyone experienced something similar? Any advice or help would be very much welcome! Thanks.

Out of the 4 new PC components that were announced yesterday, you can pre-order all of them except the PSU and AIO cooler. Is this intentional or a webmaster error? Even before when a new item was posted, it would state 'Notify me" if it wasn't released yet. I'm just curious because I'm about to build another rig.

Found out about Razer insider today, although since I have a Razer Mamba I have used Razer Synapse and Cortex. Upon my discovery of Razer insider at approximately 2:07 PM EST. Two things caught my attention immediately, creating an account and that this site is a little bright. Shortly after addressing that I did a little bit of achievement hunting for a little extra razer silver, discovered razer gamma (which I thought was pretty neat and different), and had a few laughs at some threads and posts while doing many things in-between these things for example dealing with basic human necessities and errands planned for the day. as of about an hour prior to me typing this I got curious like the cat and clicked on something that caught my interest. Upon doing so it was as if I unleashed a demon capable of blinding even god himself... I was looking to purchase some of the Halo Infinite peripherals just to snag those sick looking coatings and emblem, but I had a question. The website (https://www.razer.com/campaigns/halo-infinite) says that the Halo Infinite edition Blackshark V3 comes with the "Deathly Poison Weapon Coating", and shows a picture of the Battle Rifle with said coating applied. My question is: Is this coating just for the Battle Rifle, or can it be applied to any weapon in Halo Infinite? I know for sure I will be buying the Kaira Pro for that amazing armor coating of the same name, Deathly Poison, but I do not know if I wanna purchase another whole keyboard if it only comes with a coating for one weapon. Please let me know if it does or doesn't when you can, thank you very much.

Looking to add more storage to my laptop as I'm quickly running out of space. I use my device for university work and gaming. I've had a look at some SD cards as possible storage options, just because it's easy to install and can be exchanged if need be, and found the SanDisk Extreme Pro microSDXC Memory Card 1TB. Would this be an okay option and would it be compatible with my device? Or are there any other recommendations to SD card options or just general storage options? Thank you! :)

Whenever I press my right arrow key a few times it either moves my window to the side or opens the search bar. I've heard people say something about it being scroll lock but I don't have it on. This happened on my old computer and I thought I accidently did something in settings but it is also happening on my new computer. olansi china

Hi, I hope all is well. New to the forums, but not new to the product. I've been using the Razer Core X Chroma with my 3090FE since April, and absolutely love it. My question is, will the Asus Rog Strix 3090 and the Asus Rog Strix 3080 TI cards work with this gaming box? They are both 2.9 Slot, so technically they should work. Hello, I am looking at getting a docking station to set up a dual monitor system as well a few other minor peripherals like keyboard etc, nothing to crazy. I want to start by saying that I've really loved the razer brand. I've noticed an enormous lack of very basic capabilities in Razer Synapse 3. Why can we not program a key to toggle? This simple function is accessible through the basic controls within other gaming drivers, and simply can't be done in Synapse, period. Even with the use of macros! Which leads my to my next problem... Why is the macro editor unable to create anything other than what is basically key and mouse action recordings? For example I can't bind a macro to a simple key combination, as the macro assignment section of the UI is dreadfully bare, allowing almost no customization other than assigning macros to single keys. Also, the drop-down menu in the macro assignment section contains crucial options that belong in the macro creation section (while pressed, continuous... etc.). For whatever reason, separating them severely limits what you're able to create as far as functionality is concerned. I'm kind of baff

Razer has been making the recent Nagas almost perfect, but they keep missing the mark. On the Trinity, the magnets get pulled to my keyboard sometimes and the side keypad buttons still seem to be a little off, even after a few years of use. The Naga X only has 16 programmable buttons, unlike the 19 on the Trinity. PLEASE, make a Naga X design with 19 programmable buttons. The 2012-2016 Nagas were the best mice I ever used and these current designs always seem to be lacking. I am hoping that the next design has 19 programmable buttons on a dedicated Naga (not a Trinity concept).

Add legacy devices, like the old Tartarus (from around 2016), to Synapse 3. Back in the day, you added legacy devices to Synapse 2. Please do the same with Synapse 3.
