Hi I’m looking to get a razer gaming laptop but I need to know if there’s an automatic palm rejection on it as there is with most pc laptops . I only have one good hand so this is important because I need to be able to use both keyboard and trackpad simultaneously. I bought another laptop last week only to find out I can’t use it because of the palm rejection. Whenever I try to use wasd to run and trackpad to look around the palm rejection will lock the trackpad. So if the razer does this as well it’s a no go for me, but if there isn’t or if there’s the option to disable, it’s my first choice.

So I have searched and scoured these forums for solutions on the touch/trackpad on my Razer 15. I want to like this laptop, I really do, but palm rejection on this thing is terrible. I usually rest my thumb on the bottom of the laptop and the trackpad is so big that I rest my palm on it. This is nothing but frustrating for a 2300 dollar laptop. I tried new drivers, editing the registry. Nothing seems to be helping. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, so my knowledge on PC hardware and how it functions has clearly waned over the years, so I need some guidance. If you have a laptop with, let's say, integrated and an Nvidia GPU in it, and you have DisplayPort/HDMI/etc external ports ... it use to be that with early version of HDMI and DisplayPort those connections could serve a single monitor each. Now I see people using Thunderbolt 3 docks and serving out multiple monitors off of a single DisplayPort connection. BUT, I always assumed those had a cheap GPU build in so all the rendering was done inside the dock. The other day, someone said "no, with some of the laptops, you could have 2 external 4k monitors at 120hz off the Thunderbolt 3 dock so you only need to connect 1 cable to the laptop and it all renders off the internal GPU of the laptop so you can still play games and do it all over the one cable to the dock". Is that true?? Would that work on a Razer Blade 15 Studio? I'm trying to make this thing easier to move around a

Hi guys, Wondering if it is possible to integrate the Chroma on my keyboard with the 7.1 surround sound from my Kracken Ultimate? So say if I'm in a gunfight or someone is sneaking up behind me in a game if the sound appears in my left ear I could have the keyboard light up on the left so that I could confidently see where the shot/noise is coming from (and vice versa). Or have the bottom of the keyboard light up if a shot or noise is behind me so to speak. Thanks! :)

While using an external trackpad connected via a KVM switch to my Blade 15 I don't have access to gestures (two-finger scroll, etc.) The system settings only seem to control the laptop trackpad. Any insights appreciated.

Hello, Recently purchased my first Razer Blade Pro 17 Laptop. It came with a 512 SSD. I am new to gaming laptops in general. Deciding to upgrade the memory by adding a additional 1TB SSD to to the secondary slot. It seemed like a easy process at first. However when opening the laptop the secondary SSD slot has a large rubber pad covering the slot. It does not seem easily removable without forcing it and I am concerned on causing damage to the system. Also when trying to remove the holding screw it does not seem to move despite having the correct size screwdriver. It may have been factory installed to be extra tight. I was concerned about stripping the screw as it already seemed to have some damage on it from trying to screw it even slightly. Is this normal for it to be so tight? Even if I wanted to switch the original SSD there is no clear screw to remove the pre installed 512 SSD. If anyone has any advice on how to properly install a additional SSD without causing damage I would appr

So I signed up for this stupid account to activate this stupid 7.1 sound. Then im trying to activate this stupid corperate dark pattern register your product to make it have normal feature thing you have. It asks for SERIAL NUMBER and for PRODUCT NUMBER. Behind the earpad thing there is a serial number that starts with AC. I wrote that into the UNIQUE serial number field on the register your product form. Then its time to input the PRODUCT NUMBER. Which starts with RZ. And yeah, I can find that on the device. Its says RZ04-0289. Then its the date, why do you have DATE anyway? What if people got it as a gift? And they don't know the date. Please.... having the year and month would be sufficient yeah? And then location sets itself automatic. Then when you click NEXT. It says. PRODUCT NUMBER INVALID!!! I mean, I can remove the entire serial number and other field, and it says the same thing. So please when you make stupid dark pattern features in your products. Atleast make it seam

Hello everyone,, I recently had some problem with Razer Cortex.... the program no longer respond. I sent an error report to the support and I tyoe in French cause its my first language (i'm not very good in english). The day after i got a message from support, they ask me to re-submit my crash repport in English because they are currently only able to work with submissions in English. ( That does not bother me and I understand they cant have multi-language support at the moment) . I saw the mail 2 after and they already re-raise me https://speedtest.vet/. I re-submit my crash repport in English. The day after they told me what I have to do for solving my problem and reply them if that work. I reply them that that solution solved my problem. I got an other mail for thanking me for writing them. Honnestly I never saw a support service like that its really awesome. I'm already sold to Razer but now its worst!

So apparently what ever thread you guys had for chroma support request's got closed so I'm making my request here. You had chroma support for doom 2016 but why didn't you add support for doom eternal? Will that ever come or is it something you guys aren't thinking about. And secondly razer insider from a marketing perspective is just one of the ways that razer interacts with it's customers, so it's nice to have. But my main issue is that it loads agonizingly slow and sessions expire requiring me to have to re log in constantly and don't even think about the amount of time it takes for it to grant zsliver that's what I'm calling it because that's what it is.Is the site flash based because if it is by the end of the year chrome will no longer be supporting it so you'll have to remake the entire site on HTML5.

Hello, I have the problem that my usb devices log out of the game and log in again. Speak mouse, keyboard, and headphones. Everything is connected to a USB hub (several have already been tested) does someone know why or what I can do? oh yes the hub is seperately powered by a 5V power supply

Hello fellow friends, I want to buy the blackwidow lite mercury and the razer basilisk. I have 2 very big problems first im German and need a german layout for work. Second I mainly use macos. Is it possible to use the mouse and the keyboard on mac. I dont need macros or fancy lighting settings. What I need is one profile whereI bind the keys so it matches the German keyboard layout. I read that it is possible to create a profile on windows and save it on the keyboard. Can you comfirm? Would be awesome if you could help with my questions. Love razer <3

At first when I was adding 1.280.000 VND (about $57 USD) but the system said failed to proceed, instead it took 1.300.000 VND which is fine by me, and it - the money in my bank account already. However, after that the transaction stay in Pending mode for like about 4-5 hours. I was wondering how long is it gonna take for this pending to be finished?
