I recently bought the BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed, and I’m noticing noticeably lower mic quality and sound volume when using the wireless dongle compared with the USB cable.The mic also produces crackling/static sounds in recordings when I use wireless mode. This is especially annoying when I’m on Forex Trading calls or watching market content.Has anyone else experienced this issue? What settings, drivers, or troubleshooting steps fixed it for you?

so suddenly i left my pc on overnight and my solar power ran out. and when i woke up and switch to the main power pc won’t just recognize or detect the speaker. im not panicking or whatso i know its still working since it worked when i tried bluetooth but yeah i appreciate any kind of workarounds for this or is this a really known issue and i’ll just need to live with it? 

so I found the v3 pro for 45€ more then the v3 and I thought about getting the pro version but is it really worth it cause I don't think that I will use the anc which is one of the main features of the pro version 

My Blackshark V3 does not charge with its own cable that came in the box.During the first few days it charges with its own cable normally. But then I had to plug the cable into a different motherboard port to charge it. And now changing motherboard port isn't working either. I have to charge it with some other USBC cable.When I connected its own cable the indicator light flashes once in bright green and then nothing but with any other USBC cable it charges normally while blinking the indicator light.So far I only used another Razer USBC which came with my mouse to charge it.Is this normal? Should I claim warrant?

Hi all,I may have found the laptop that checks all the boxes for what i want but wanted to ask for input from current users as well as anyone who has knowledge about the 2026 models.In terms of performance and reliability? How well do the 2026 models perform, and would it be safe to use the thin laptop mostly plugged in?Also, what is the longevity of the oled panel? I’m mostly going to be using an external monitor so I’ll turn the one on the laptop off but I’ll be gaming on the laptop when traveling. Whats the lifetime for the panel before it starts burning in?Thank you guys so much for your time!

After buying two of these headphones, I run into the same issue. I tried all of the suggested fixes, and none of them work. I don't even know where to speak to actual support because they replaced it with AI. My headphones will randomly disconnect for a few minutes before saying power on, and working for the next 10-15 before the cycle restarts. I'm genuinely fed up with this just not working. It'll be fine the first couple weeks after buying, then this happens. Anything work for yall?

So i have the razer black shark v2 rainbow six siege edition i lost the wireless dongle is there any chance i can buy a new one?? 

Every input lights up the actuation led indicator (above arrow keys) and there is no way to disable it. The constant flashing into my eyes is unbearable, deal breaker for me.I also have a regular Huntsman v3 pro TKL(not 8K) that does not do this, and that is fine.Sounds hard to believe a 260€ fully customizable keyboard does not have such basic QOL feature.Reviews I have seen did not mention this. 

How many of us with intermittent working issues ? Has anybody resolved this or already received a replacement which doesn’t have this problem ? Thank you 

It looks like there are no more right handed wired Nagas available in the line up. I have no use for a wireless mouse, it’s actively encouraging me to look elsewhere for a replacement. The magnetic side panels are also a pain point. Is there any chance we’ll be seeing an update line up soon?

Hey everyone,Got the laptop cooler about a week ago and it's great. Lowered my temps around 10 degrees on average.I have Synapse set up and set to Balanced mode.However, everytime I wake my laptop up from sleeping, it kicks into what sounds like middle speed (aka very loud) and just stays there. I have to manually switch modes and then switch back to Balance.Does anyone know what's up with this and how to stop it from happening?Thank you!

How can I retrieve my card that's damaged 

Hi,I have an pretty old Razer(Blade 15 advanced) from 2020. Right now I have no battery in it since it got overheated so I am using cable only. But the computer feels a bit warm and the fan sounds a bit when I am using the computer. Do you it won't be as warm and heated if I buy a new battery and put it in?Otherwise I might sell it and buy a new computer, but its kinda annoying since I got good specs on it with 2TB and 64GB RAM.

I have been tryinf to claim the warranty for my Blackshark V3 Hyperspeed headphones for hours but it's so difficult, the Ai chatbot is always at a stop block when I give the information that is asked for. The serial number is: MR2525D39102216 and I would happily give the receipt to quickly solve this issue.

Hello everyone, I am here to share one of the Razer product ideas I came up with. I don't expect anyone at Razer to react to this, but I’d be pleased and surprised if they did.The Razer Mamba v3. The Mamba is a classic Razer mouse,  which is just as much a part of Razer’s history as the DeathAdder and BlackWidow are.  Depending on when Razer plans to take a break from the Cobra line, I think the Mamba deserves a modern refresh that will not just have new features but be something that only Razer, as a premium gaming lifestyle brand, can offer that will innovate even while returning a pre -existing shape.Did you notice that I chose to name it the Razer Mamba V3?     That is because the Original mamba  and the elite and tournament edition are both version 1 and 2 respectively  this brings it roughly in line with where the iterations of razer’s other newer  evergreen product the basilisk already is.The  Mamba v3 will  boast the same features of the elite  with a  sensor comparable to  bas

As I’m understanding, through all the changes & updates, THX Spatial Audio is entirely integrated through the new laptops and Synapse 4 now, right? I’m having a hard time comprehending how my sound settings in control panel shows “stereo” for the playback configuration, while all the features are controlled by Windows are set to Realtek(R) instead of “THX Spatial Audio” showing a “7.1 Surround Sound” playback configuration. Does this automatically configure the laptop to use all 6 speakers? Because I noticed a sound difference when changing the profile on the sound settings with the THX Spatial Audio option in sound settings after configuration of Windows to THX Spatial Audio as well. When the software isn’t installed, I don’t see any other settings to config audio to something other than “Stereo.”

What’s up, I’m looking for a source where I can get myself some dust plugs for a 3 pin port used for the charger port on recent Razer Blade models. I was able to find everything else (even the ethernet which isn’t on the laptop I have lol) but for whatever reason it has become mission impossible to get my hands or even web searches on a plug that fits specifically the charger port. Anyone know where I can find some??? Gonna be weird having everything covered and my charger port is sitting there still finding dust bunnies somehow lol. 

I’ve got the V3 Pro here right now, and honestly, I’m far from impressed. The sound is very tinny, quiet, and lacks any real punch.I tested it in Escape From Tarkov and Dying Light 2 — and in both games, my €25 Sennheiser USB PC8 delivers a much better overall sound quality.Firmware updates for both the dongle and the headset are installed. I’ve tried toggling THX on and off and played around with the audio settings a bit, but in both games, the sound still feels really poor — especially compared to that cheap headset.I also tried uninstalling the Razer software and running it without, but that didn’t help either.Anyone got any ideas?

After my 3rd failed G502x in less then 5 years, I've used the mice on 3 different PC's , I'm seriously considering a V3 Pro. I'm addicted to the unlockable scroll ... so any mice without it doesn't even come into consideration.My question is: how reliable are the mice? because ALL my Logitech mice developed double clicking, annoyingly one does this with the side buttons ...Also can you remap buttons to certain keyboard keys ?
