My headset beeps randomly while doing anything, the audio the audio is gone for a couple of seconds, then it’s back lower. So i would have to restart the headphones for it to work again, i have had it for around 2 weeks only, anyone encounters the same issue? and what do i have to do, please help

I've had a Razer Viper Ultimate since 2020 and today the wireless dongle died. I'm looking to get a replacement but not sure what to get. I can get the following (Canadian Dollars):Razer Viper V2 Pro = $89Razer Viper V3 Pro = $171Razer Viper V3 Pro SE = $179Razer Viper V4 Pro = $229I don't think I need 8k polling so I was kind of thinking getting just the V2 for the good price or the V3 Pro.Any thoughts? 

After Reading past forums i see that this this a common issue. i want to be able to use the software and turning it off simply will not do for me. has anyone found a solid solution?

My current keyboard is a Logitech G710+ I bought a decade ago. I love the keyboard, but it's starting to show its age. Backlights going out, a couple of broken key caps, and a super outdated software.I've been on the hunt for a comparable keyboard and want to pull the trigger on the Razer Blackwidow v4 Pro with orange switches. I imagine they'll be close to the quieter, but tactile brown switches on my Logitech. I'm a big user of the programmable macro keys on the left side which is another plus, and the full size with media keys puts it right up my alley.I've heard some things (perhaps from the earliest batch?) about the orange switches giving people issues. Is this still a concern? The other keyboard I'm looking at is the Corsair K100, as it ticks all the same boxes (macro keys, full size, media controls) but I'm weary of the switches for it too.I do use a Razer Deathadder mouse which I love, and having everything running the same software would be a great bonus as well, but not a de

I have 3 Razer peripherals: a DeathAdder V3 Pro, a Huntsman V3 Pro tenkeyless, and a Barracuda Pro—and they're honestly the worst trash I've ever seen. My headset and keyboard don't work properly. Both have broken volume wheels, and I have no idea why. My keyboard also has double keypresses, and I can't use RMA because I've moved countries. The DeathAdder's wheel scrolls randomly when I'm navigating websites, and worst of all, my Barracuda requires pairing every time I turn on my computer—it's a nightmare. I'm NEVER buying Razer again, and while I really love the brand, this is absolutely unacceptable.

Hello all, here recently I have been thinking about getting the Naga (not sure which model yet). I have had a Logitech G600 since 2017 and it still works perfectly fine. I just want less cables and I feel my mouse can be the first to be without one. Anyone here can give me some insight on how they like theirs? Also, there reason I’ve been thinking about the new mouse is because I got a Tartarus a week ago and I’m surprised I haven’t had one this whole time. The things a monster! 

I usually play Rocket League, Roblox a little, Fortnite a little and calm games like GTA V or RDR I or II. My palm size is medium and i think it might fit my hand. What's yall thoughts about it, is it good it's 3000 dinars in Serbia and it's currently on lower price so what should i do? 

Hello,I have been looking for an MMO mouse, and was suggested this one. I have issues with my hands, so an important factor for me is how easy the side buttons are to click. Not just positioning, but I mean the actual force required to activate a button.Has anyone here had experience with this mouse and would share their experience? Thank you in advande. 

So I use many Razer products (unfortunately) and I like my Tartarus pro for KB/M. It also has a useless xbox 360 controller driver in it, but no on board memory.ANYWAYS, I use a DualSense controller. And I prefer PS inputs on my games, some let you change it manually in the settings, others automatically read.... The Tartarus Pro. I can't set controller order and I can't disable the feature in Synapse. I HAVE TO disable the xbox peripherals in the DEVICE MANAGER.Well, I recently bought the Kraken V4 Pro... And disabling the XBOX CONTROLLER DRIVER BREAKS THE KRAKEN V4 PRO. It reads it as an "Unknown USB device." I REPEAT, YOU NEED THE XBOX CONTROLLER DRIVER ENABLED TO USE A FUCKING HEADSET... I am so glad I got these second hand, but it isn't even worth half the price they are trying to gouge from me.Your software fucking sucks, dude.

Hello. I'm trying out the BlackShark V3 Pro headset currently, but I'm having some discomfort on the ears. I think the depth of the earpads is not enough, allowing the cushioned driver stuff to touch the ear causing discomfort.Do you recommend picking up some slightly thicker and wider aftermarket earpads, or just going with a different headset all together?I'm pretty happy with this headset otherwise. It seems to be an upgrade over my HyperX Cloud II on which the microphone finally fully died. Battery life seems good, modes are cool, ANC is cool (although I can hear faint heartbeat, it does kill tons of fan noise which is a huge win), wireless is great.My only complaints are the above comfort issue, and the THX stuff is basically unusable. Also, there are some annoying Plex issues where the PC thinks it's a 5.1 system, so you won't hear sound unless you are using THX but the THX sounds worse than stereo.What would you do?

Good day everyone, I have an issue with my nommo V2 pro Subwoofer. It seems to be dead for me and I think that the synapse update is the cause for this. Once synapse updates, something is not working properly. This time the subwoofer but it feels like more of an issue than it usually is. My speakers a working fine but the subwoofer is dead. Of course I tried to check the pairing, firmware, cables and the little button in the back but nothings happening. No green light, nothing.If anyone has similar experience with this or an idea how to fix it by myself before contacting support, I’m happy to hear.

I’ve been thinking of getting a short cut keyboard and am choosing between Tartarus Pro and Wacom’s short key remote.I was about to get Tartarus Pro, but read that it’s incompatible with Mac OS (using Wacom Cintiq Pro tablet) and it’s a pain to get it working.One thing that makes me think twice on Wacom’s remote is that I have it at work and the way keys press is a bit stiff, also not as easy to position it as it’s small.Does anybody here use Tartarus Pro on Mac for Clip Studio paint shortkeys, using a Wacom tablet?What do you recommend?

I bet they have a billion V2's left and no one wants them... Well yeah compared to the Naga X which I have been using for over 6 years now, compared to it they are a downgrade! Why would a gamer need wireless? Why would a gamer who is not 12 need 3 different side panels? Why? I would rather have one with cable that is below 85g with 12 buttons than anything the V2's can offer me! The only reason I am waiting for the next razer naga is 1. They have the best feel for me period. 2. No one else who could rival Razer is Logitech but they make no 12 side buttons no more.... So pllllllssssss just give me a new updated Naga X ! I beg you!

I bought the 2XKO Razer Iskur V2 X chair since it was on clearance on Woot! I received it today and just as I expected, it’s so ugly and I don’t even play the game, but it’s pretty comfortable. Is there any sleeves that can fit on this chair that isn’t directly from Razer? The sleeves are $130 which is almost as much as the chair.

i have a razer viper ultimate and synapse 4 (im fine with downloading other software). im trying to make rmb work as rmb and a sens clutch for tarkov. tarkov has awful and unmodifiable ads sens per optic, so im hoping i can have a few different profiles for the optics i use and have my sens change on demand.

I had reached out and never got any reply so posting on here but what are we doing with the Synapse app!?!?  Honestly, 3 had better features and I guess it snuck up on me but when did you become a bloatware company!?!?  For Gamers By Gamers DOESNT MEAN ADD A BUNCH OF BLOATWARE to peddle your goods.  How about working on the app?!?!  None of my profiles auto switch anymore, and when they did they were VERY hit or miss.  The fact that I can select a game profile across all my devices like I could in 3 is insane.  Lets put it this way, I have already asked Ai how do I get off of Razer echo system and on to SteelSeries as I have switched over to SteelSeries GG Client, and what a terrific experience.  No bloatware, just what I need and it works every time.  My need for RGB everything is coming to an end so the only thing that ties me to Razer is my Tartarus and my Naga but with onboard memory, technically I have a work around for these too.   It hurts to watch a company turn into a profit m
