Doesnt matter if battery is on the verge of going out, half drained or full, always shows 97-98% charge. For reference the batteries i'm using are supposedly 3600mWh capacity from 'Mupoer' on Amazon. 

Hi, I wanted to change my headphones, but I can't find any information on a specific model I'm looking for.I currently have the Razer Kraken Tournament, which are about 5 years old and are already quite old. I was torn between two models, but as I said at the beginning of the post, I can't find much information on one of their models, and it leads me to think it's because they're somewhat bad... they're the Razer Kraken V4 X, which are the most basic models. The other model I'm interested in is the Kraken V3. 

Hello,I purchased a 2022 razor 15’ base model and would like to write a review after it has finally broken after 2 years of poor functionality. I was excited when I bought my $2000+ dollar laptop. The first thing that was obvious was the battery life functioned worse than my Dell laptop of 7+ years. I assumed the power hungry gpu was responsible for this and since I keep the laptop plugged in I overlooked this issue. Then I noticed terrible WiFi connection. The laptop was unable to keep a stable internet connection despite days and weeks of fidgeting with the router and frequency connections. The substandard WiFi connection persisted through the entirety of the two year life cycle of this piece of crap. My ancient dell laptop had perfect stable connection while next to my state of the art Razer and functioned like a reliable workhorse. The death knell was playing a game while relaxing on the couch. As I adjusted my sitting posture, the power cord dislodged marginally unbeknownst to me.

I would like to know if the razer blade 18 2025 is also a touch screen as well or basic screen?

I bought a Razer Blade RZ09-0195 in 2018. back then I used it for gaming as well as video and photo processing.Nowadays my life has changed a bit and I still use the Razer for work - I need it to run Office as well as an Internet Browser and expect nothing else from it.Has anyone managed to install Windows 11 on this model? I still want to use it as it works for my everyday use but it seems like Windows 11 is not supported by one of the parts in the Blade?I need to run a version of Windows as I need to run an .exe file to work on an .xml file every couple of months and this does not seem to be possible on other systems?

I’ve wanted to be a Razer fan.I’m an old 51. Bear with me. Back in 2007 I was so happy with my Belkin N52TE Speedpad (the great granddaddy of the Razer Tartarus Pro). In 2009 or so, I picked up the Naga with its amazing 12 side buttons. Next Razer product was a Cynosa, and I was going good for a while. In 2020, life drastically changed, and while I wasn’t doing great financially, I saved up and bought a Naga Pro (gifting my previous Naga to my nephew), and a Blackwidow v3 Pro to go wireless. Around this time, my beloved N52TE died, and I replaced it with a Tartarus Pro. I’ve also bought a Barracuda X, Firefly mousepad, and a Seiren Mini (and I bought one for my nephew as well).I have never been able to keep my Blackwidow and Naga Pro working correctly. I simply want 3 things:1) To work (not freeze/stop)2) To be Wireless (that’s why I paid more for the wireless versions)3) To allow custom lighting.I can get 2 of those things to happen, but never 3. I believe beyond a doubt it is because

I bought the Razer Turret a couple of days ago, when I connect it to the PC via dongle everything works fine but when I connect it to my Series X it doesn't work, when I connect the dongle the screen flashes black and does nothing else, it doesn't recognize the keyboard, the only way to use the keyboard is via cable, I've tried everything, using all the console's USB ports, updating the firmware, restarting the console, I can't get it to work on the Xbox, does anyone have a solution? 

I have an MSI Vector 16HX AI and I want to get a cooler for it.Since I like the design of the Razer the most, I initially wanted to pull the trigger and buy one until I realized the front lip is non removable.The base of the RCP is slightly wider and deeper than my laptop, but I'm afraid that the foam will block the airvents at the bottom and that the laptop will sit too "high" because of the lip pushing the laptop back (and not allowing it to go over the front) 

I am using Deathstalker v2 pro, Basilisk v3 pro and Barracuda pro wireless. While I was using Synapse 3, everything pretty much worked, except Barracuda sound quality sometimes going down with ANC On.But then I installed Synapse 4, ohhh the nightmares. Just, don’t do it guys. It’s the biggest scam, the biggest PoS software ever. Hell, it even broke my Tobii eye tracker. I reinstalled everything several times, still it doesn’t work. Profile buttons not being applied for mouse, Barracuda headset not connecting over and over again, THX bugging out every time PC is turned onIf there is a Razer employee here, reading this. Please, don’t hire cheap workforce, and please fire all the devs that worked on this bs software. 

I got my laptop about 10 months ago, it was meant to be used as an university laptop but now I had to start using it during my part time job.It's only done 5 days at my new job just doing some modeling in cad and then renders but this weekend I noticed that it can't run any games, it struggles to get any fps and the audio is very distorted.Has anyone dealt with that before? I'm not sure if there is some software that's causing issues, I've had to download some meta quest software for work,I'd really hate to loose this machine as it has been my favourite computer I ever had, Thanks!

I’ve had this keyboard for a long time, like 3 years now and I’ve been struggling for a while now dealing with the mushy height adjuster that keeps coming off, wiggly keys and now ghosting? I feel like the optical switches don’t mean anything when I’m handicapped with something like this. this goes as well for the viper ultimate which I now upgraded to viper v3 it’s strange I’m surprised the mouse wheel works when I press it. I’m sorry for this rant I just wanted to express my frustration here since I like this brand but I don’t like having this thought of doubting myself getting an item and worrying about it’s longevity. I apologize for being a crybaby. Does wooting have similar flaws or are the new keyboards more future proof? 

I am using the Razer Kraken Kitty Edition and I've been having this issue as of end of 2024, no idea what is going on but I need to have all of my sounds under like 70% and 60% at a push, cause if any of my applications make a really high pitched noise my headphones shut off and turn back on after like a second or less.Even just talking to people on discord or anything does it if a high pitched noise is made. Hope someone can help with this annoying issue. 

Hi there so I purchased a Razerblade 17 pro last year with the i9. It’s a 4K 144hz screen on the laptop which was cracked and I’ve had my computer at a shop for some time now just for them to call me today and tell me the screen they have ordered for the laptop does not work due to the connector. They say it’s a 40 pin connector the one they received was 30 pin. They also informed me that the screen is one off they have looked everywhere for the screen including Alibaba and all of their suppliers in North America. Am I stuck with a paper weight?

so i dont know if anyone has had this issue but i thiught id ask here if anywhere. I got this headset a while ago( the Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed) and i connected it to my ps5 with the dongle but recently the headset wont work unless i plug it in to ps5 with a usb cord which sucks cause i need it to be wirless. I dont know what the issue is cause i had it plugged in all night with the cord it came with and the one i used to charge my controllers. whenever i turn it on it goes into pairing mode and then nothing. the dongle doesnt blink or turn on like it did before. i feel like im losing my mind cause whenever i plug it im with the cord its so lose and dc’s so much. please help

Has anyone else run into this? It seems to happen more consistently when I play games but I'm not positive. It does happen occasionally when I am just doing normal computer stuff too.Video attached of the sound. Love the laptop otherwise but the constantly clicking is pretty annoying. 

Does anyone elae have issues migrating profiles from Synapse 3 to Synapse 4? I have hundreds of macros for various games and several profiles so I thought it would take longer than most, but it's been an hour now and it's still stuck on "Migrating profiles...".Bar is not moving at all.I wouldn't have upgrade if I knew I couldn't migrate my macros or profiles. This is ridiculous.

Hello, so, I’m trying to use my headset to record, but for some reason, my microphone only works on bluetooth. I have a Razer Barracuda X. However, when I have bluetooth paired, and OBS open, audio becomes distorted, kinda like its underwater. I tried using a USB C into USB, but that made a weird sound that sounded like ticking, high pitched scraping, and galloping. Is this a problem with the headset, or a problem with OBS? I’m posting this same thing in OBS reddit (and if you’re reading this on OBS, it’s on the Razer community). 

I use a Tartarus and 2 razer mice I also have a Wooting keyboard and knowing how quick i can switch profiles on the wooting with different color schemes etc it hurts my soul on how lacking the Razer software is right now.When i hyper shift a profile i want the ability to set that on a timer so i don't have to click again or hold a button i want it so i either hold or i click and i have like 1-2 seconds to hit a button and it goes right back to the main profile this would be so nice on something like the Tartarus for a quick thumb press and hit a key and then it goes right back they could even make it so it goes back to main profile after a key is pressed that would be amazing stuff.Mic muted RGB color change or we really should have action based color profiles by now they have a button 20 thumb pad on this thing that could easily just tell you if your mic is hot or not and id really like that feature instead of push to talk for example it could be anything you want to be indicated thou

Hi, I’m upgrading my Acer Predator after 5 years. Im deciding between the razor 14 and razor 16. The main things I need the laptop is for battery life, sturdy build and light gaming. I barely play games besides league on the weekend. I also run a lot of VMs for school/work. What would yall suggest? 

Hello, I have a Razer Pro Type Ultra, and whenever I press the F1-12 keys, it directly triggers the function (like volume down, up, etc.), if I really need to use the F10 button, I have to press the fn first. Can I somehow reverse it? 

Im wondering if the blade 18 2024 is going to get fan curves, gpu overclock or performance metrics like in the blade 2025 synapse 4? I would like to have that option like many other laptop competitors already have

I bought a very expensive laptop for work but it kept crashing and was completely unusable for After Effects so i returned it via the label they provided.I’m in the UK and the laptop was sent to Amsterdam. It’s been on hold for days and DHL contacted me saying that Razer REFUSED to accept the package because it’s missing one form I was never told about. DHL cannot contact the number Razer provided so they can’t do a thing.Support keeps replying in the middle of the night saying not to worry but nothing is happening in the slightest and it feels like I haven’t spoken to a single human but only chatbots.The whole situation is incredibly stressful and DHL have called me saying that I have until tomorrow to sort this out or it will get sent back at my expenses.I’m honestly appalled.
