So Razer want you to spend £4k+ on a laptop only to provide a warranty for one year only (2 on the battery). We apologize for the inconvenience.So if your Razer laptop breaks after a year you’ve just got an expensive paper weight!

Was looking into the black shark v2 x recently as I heard it had a pretty good mic and comfortability, but I also heard that razer products in general don’t tend to last too long and break easily. Is this more or less true? How durable do they seem to be on average? Could they at least last me half a year to one year? Is it likely for them to hit the 2-3 year mark? I don’t want to invest money if they’re going to break down on me but I do really like the feel of them, so I’m a bit lost 

Hi,I've been using my Razer Blade 15 for about 1.5 years without any problems until now. Recently, I noticed that the laptop no longer charges properly. It stays at 0% battery, and although it indicates that it's charging, the battery level does not increase. The laptop only powers on when plugged in using the 230-W charger and won't turn on with battery power alone or with a type-c charger.This issue began after using a USB-C charger overnight, which I’ve done successfully in the past. I've already tried several solutions, including replacing the battery, reinstalling Windows, updating the BIOS, and updating all drivers, but nothing has resolved the problem.Any help would be appreciated. 

Hello Razer Team and Community,I purchased three devices (Leviathan V2, Basilisk V3 Pro, DeathStalker V2 Pro) directly from Razer.com in December 2024.All three failed after a few weeks.I received a replacement for one item, but nothing improved. After multiple support tickets, I still haven’t received any proper diagnosis or refund.I suspect Synapse is the root cause of all three failures.Razer refuses to acknowledge this, citing a 14-day return policy despite the clear EU 2-year conformity warranty.I have now filed complaints with the DGCCRF and the European ODR platform.Please escalate this internally — this is not acceptable from a brand I trusted for years.

I was wondering if they sell the kuromi kraken kitty v2 that is not Bluetooth I’ve tried everything to connect but doesn’t even have a aux cord or hole for that. I really like the product but can’t connect to my Xbox console without aux.

Looking for a rgb number pad that syncs with Razer. I went through the partner list and didn't find any.It would be great if Razer did one. With an escape key maybe a few extra macro. Wireless. Chroma.

Hello,I just upgraded to Synapse 4. Everything works great for my Deathstalker V2 Pro TKL and Naga Pro except for the two middle buttons on my mouse. I usually rebind those to mouse 4 and 5 (forward and back for browsing.) No matter what I do, the setting doesn't seem to want to work. Can someone help please?

I think Razer can make more products for female gamers. It’s really lacking in PC accessories in white colour, especially the keyboards. I really like the design of the Razer Pro Type Ultra but I hate the creamy feeling of yellow switches. There’s only very few white keyboards with green switches such as the Blackwidow V4 Pro, but it doesn’t look as good as the Razer Pro Type Ultra :(

Hello, I wanted to ask: I’m planning to buy the Razer Viper V3 Pro mouse, but the issue is that I play on Xbox and changing DPI is very important to me. If I set the mouse to 800 DPI in Razer Synapse, will these 800 DPI settings also apply on the console, or not? Please let me know, this is very important to me.

So Im just gaming playing poe2 with the razer gaming pad on hyperboost and keep in mind im getting 180 fps on 1440 and only needing like 120w, never saw it go over like 140 on poe2 but now is the second time that the laptop just all turns off while gaming, which doesn’t even make sense because it should default to battery but I guess it doesn’t have enough time to change or something and just dies and I have to replug the oem brick so it has power again. Super strange. Anyone with a blade 2025 and the gaming pad that could try to duplicate. 

Hello. My speaker does not turn on by itself even though its in PC mode all the time and it turns off on its own when I don’t use it for certain amount of time. I tried the synapse’s power setting and it was off the whole time even after restarting and reinstalling the app, it stays off. I don’t know what to do anymore. Reaching in every time I turn on my PC is getting annoying. Please help. 

Hello, i have Deathadder V2 Pro, my original dongle broke and it does not work anymore. Connects and disconnects to pc, even to other computers. I bought a new dongle, for same mouse, literally the same dongle, it does register it so dongle is alright, but the mouse does not want to connect to it and work wirelessly. What could be the problem? I've tried everything, updating the firmware, removing the device from razer and from my pc, non of that worked. 

Apparently there is new razer chroma support for marvel rivals, i have basilisk v3 pro and firefly v2 pro but neither have any effects 

I’ve been using razer products since razer mamba including headphones that served me for decade. Recently I bought white razer deathadder pro because black ones were out of stock and I thought about buying white keyboard full size but after reading about razer keyboard I noticed that many people complain about its quality. Are they good or I should consider steelseries or any other praised keyboards? 

Hello!! I previously purchased a Razer Viper V2 Pro, and it has always worked perfectly. However, the other day I connected the charging cable (I normally use it wirelessly), and when I later tried to switch back to wireless mode by plugging in the USB dongle, it no longer works. There is no connection or syncing at all.I believe the dongle might need a firmware update, but when I plug it into my PC, it is not recognized at all—so I can’t update it.Is this something you can help with? Would it be possible to bring the mouse and all accessories in for inspection or support?I have already tried the steps listed here:https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6110But the issue seems to lie with the USB dongle itself—it doesn’t respond in any way when plugged into the PC. I’m wondering if it’s possible to get a replacement? Anyone else with a similar issue?

So ages ago i bought the kitty headphones off a friend having done 0 research and my other headphones j died so i was thinking if there is any way i can connect my kitty headphones to Xbox? I know normally its not possible but does anyone know if i buy a 3.5 mm jack for audio would it work? Right now i only have the usb jack. Really dont want to buy another expensive headset when i have an perfectly working one at home.

Hey guys i have a deathadder 2013 and it won't move the cursor, but left click and right click and scroll wheel still work. Strange thing is when i plug it into a macbook it works fine but when i plug it into my windows laptop the cursor won't move. I also tried firmware update but that didnt help. Does anyone know a fix?

Pretty much the title. I recently got a new one since the last one I had was having that issue. I thought since it was older it was just the headset dying but now that I have a new one it's still occurring. Same exact issue. Turning the volume nob on my headset all the way to the max fixes this issue but it makes everything unbearably loud, I have to turn applications down to 5 just to hear normally and I don't want to have my ears blasted every time I launch a new game or talk to a new person.I know the solution "Adjust the levels so the right side is lower". I don't like doing this because clips I take will make them always sound louder in the left ear then.I really don't know what to do. I reinstalled drivers, reinstalled synapse, tried without synapse. I feel like i've tried everything and nothing works. Would appreciate any help on this issue, thanks!

I bought a viper v2 pro about a year and a half ago. Within 4 months, the mouse wheel started rolling the opposite direct that was input sporadically. It progressively got worse to the point of being unusable.I RMAd it after it was about 6 months old. Been using this new one for the last year. 3 months ago, I ordered new grips and skates for it. Not cheap. And within a few weeks, this one also started rebounding on mouse wheel scrolls. And its now currently getting to the point of being unusable (it scrolls in the wrong direction more than the right).What the hell is the flaw in this mouse? Im not hard on it. I take care of my shit. I would never have dropped money on the 8k dongle if I knew this was a common manufacturing issue with the mouse. 

Hello! Recently, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support" , which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. and its original from amazon. 

Why does Razer run so many programs?  I only wanted the multi-button mouse for Audocad.  The only couputer game I play is Solitaire.  Now I got 10  background apps named Razer running.  Can I just use Revo on these or what?  Why does Razer do this?  They make  the best multi-function mouse out there, so I am even thinking about a Razer laptop and desktop now.  And maybe a keyboard.  Easy to program.  No instructions necessary.  What is the deal?  Do they just not like having good stuff?  They have to garbage it up with some spyware or something?I like to be able to change the mouse buttons at-will, so like Synapse running.  Or should I close everything, uninstall everything, and just load Synapse when I need to change my mouse buttons?Btw.  Anyone says they’ll never use Razer again hasn’t tried enough software .  Ever use Microsoft?

I made a post the other day that when I bought my Razer Blade 16 2025, I had the reseller repaste it with Noctua NT-H2. Then one guy asked me why I did that since it already comes with Honeywell PTM7958 SP (which lasts longer according to his comment). I then thought oops, did I just shoot myself in the foot?so is that the thermal paste that comes by default on the new Razer Blade laptops?How does it compare to Noctua NT-H2 in terms of temps and longevity? I cannot compare obviously as I've repasted mine but my temps are great, the laptop never goes above 90C or thermal throttles with Noctua NT-H2On a side note, is PTM7958 just a normal thermal paste that lasts longs or is it dangerous like liquid metal where if it drops on the motherboard it might fry it? Is it easy to apply? how long does it normally last before it starts deteriorating in performance?
