To all of you people interested in buying this product , i would recommend you stay away , there is a reason why the warranty only is 1 year on it , mine stopped lighting up the whole way around just after 2 years , they can do absolutely nothing about it yet it is a hardware issue and i’ve never even moved this mousepad off of my table

My over scratched card please help

Just setup my Kraken V4 Pro, the headset is connected to the control module but I’m not getting any sound through HyperSpeed Wireless or anything. I’ve ran troubleshooters, made it the default device etc.  Also when pairing through bluetooth it shows in the devices as Paired but as soon as I hit Connect it says it didn’t work and that I should ensure the device is discoverable - it is. Bit frustrating as it’s a lot of money for a headset that doesn’t work on any mode no matter what.

I started working from home. I bought a KVM controller, to switch between my work laptop and personal PC. I wanted the chroma items to work when I switched between the two. The laptop is connected to a dock. The pc and Dock are connected to the KVM via HDMI and USB. Considering that I have 10 chroma items I have to use a powered USB hub to connect all of the chroma devices which are connected to the KVM. Everything worked well until I connected the headset base station stand and the Chroma laptop stand. When the PC is on the stand is recognized and lights up but when I switch to the laptop the stand and base station are not recognized. I tried connecting directly to the dock or laptop and it works. But then it will not work for the PC because the hub is the central connection. I thought that the issue was the hub in both devices but I am not sure. Trying to get around this where everything would work. There are other razer stuff I like but I would have the same problem. Any ideas? 

good evening, I purchased the Razer Blackwidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed and it worked perfectly on Bluetooth until this eveningI wanted to use the keyboard in bluetooth mode on position 2 by pressing fn+alt+2after doing this all the lights in bluetooth mode are off on the keyboardvia cable or 2.4 GHz it works regularlyI updated the firmware to the latest version, I did the reset with "esc" + "space" + caplock"can you help me?

I would like to ask for help. I have already bought the Rezer Blackshark V2 X headset, but I am having problems with it on my Windows 11. The headset works fine, but I am unable to enjoy the 7.1 Surround Sound driver. I have tried many ways to update the audio driver on my motherboard, but I still cannot enjoy the 7.1 Surround Sound. I have asked on forums but have not found a solution. Maybe you can help me?  

Is the Razer kraken V4 headphones compatible with Xbox ? ,it says it’s compatible with pc , PlayStation and switch , would it be compatible with xbox also ?

Just got a razer blade 2022 15 inch i7 12800h 3080ti ddr5 32gb 4800mhz ram 240 qhd screen off ebay for 1200 after shipping in great condition - feel like I got a pretty good deal on it seeing they are all retaining for 1500+ stillI'm still waiting to recieve it in the mail but more of just curious and to feed my excitementHow's this thing performing in 2025?

Hello there Guys and Gals. I need some suggestions form you experts. My Wife is so creative and she makes almost everything Crafting like Sublimating Shirts/Cups, Print Vinyl designs for shirts, Party Favors, etc. So she first designs then prints. She is not a professional on designing but she has learned over the years and in my opinion her work is very good and she keeps growing.The problem is she is working on a very cheap HP laptop with the worst limitations: Ridiculous Display, non upgrade-able RAM and CPU is slow under pressure. I feel so sad watching her working on a project for hours when it should take her only 30 minutes because of the stupid Laptop she works with. I recently purchased a MacBook Pro and we were thrilled with the display quality and how true the colors show in the display however, I returned it because she didn’t like the IOS and the way Apple limits the user in some ways. So I want to buy her an IBM laptop and I have read Razer is the one comparable to Apple.

So I have an odd issues were the black shark's volume mixer doesn't affect the windows media controls until I unplug then plug in the dongleThis problem seems to happen every time I restart the PC does anyone know of any potential fixesI have tried fully uninstalling the razer software / drives and then reinstalling themI have even tried fully wiping my windows install and starting from scratch but nothing seems to be fixing this issueany help would be appreciated

I am asking this question prior to giving up and returning the Tartarus Pro,  but i would like to get it working if possible as it would be a great addition to my system. I have been able to get the joystick function to work in Space Marine 2 (on Steam) but no keys function. So what am i doing wrong….   I haveI have Joystick set to 4 way from 8 wayturned off computer and re set    (this got the joystick working) I have turned off Steam control and reset computer I have turned on Steam control and reset computer I have done this on pre load of of the game also. I can see the Tartarus in Steam as a controller but it thinks it an Xbox controller ???  i have synapse (4) I have used original synapse settings I have remapped keys to alphanumeric and mapped to a key press Not sure what I am doing wrong or how to find a solution...   Looking to use Joy Stick for movement  (to stop me smashing the W key all the time)  also to free up fingers for key presses as required.  As to keep walking forw

Hello everyone,I’ve created this topic in order to seek some help through the razer community.I’ve always been playing with deathadder mouses so a few days ago i decided to step up & get myself a wireless one (deathadder v2 x hyperspeed as the title says).First time i used it, i noticed that i had some connexion issues through the 2.4ghz dongle :When i was clicking, the mouse sometimes wouldn’t click once & some other times react like i was holding the button or clicking twice. Also the mouse wheel was kinda acting crazy & going up or down on its own from time to time without even touching it.I first thought that it was the mouse itself that was factory broken so i returned it & got a new one but still get the same problem.After trying a lot of different fixes i’ve seen on theses forums, the only fix that worked to stabilize the mouse connexion through the 2.4ghz dongle is using the dongle utility from the official website & pairing the mouse to the dongle manually

I have Philips Hue lights in my study and all of my Razer peripherals have Chroma since I really enjoy the added atmosphere it gives when watching shows and movies. However, with some streaming sites like Disney+ and Crunchyroll, the Chroma is completely unresponsive, but with Netflix it works just fine. I have everything set up correctly in Chroma Studio and have tried both using the services in browser and with desktop apps, it just seems like an issue on specific streaming sites. Has anyone found a workaround for this? 

I just got a Barracuda chroma white edition and i intalled thx spatial audio for it but everytime i try to lauch thx or 7.1 spatial audio it says "windows is searching for rzappengine.exe, to locate the file yourself, Click browse" and then after a minute or two switches to say rzappengine was moved nearest match is _____ do you want to fix this shortcut or delete it? but it wont let me fix it and deleteing it does nothing

Hello! Just bought my very first gaming chair, the Enki x (kuromi edition) chair. Does anyone else own the enki x chair? If so, what are your thoughts about it? How is this chair compared to the regular enki chair? Are there any differences? 

I thought it was easy to set up, but not so much. I want to assign a text to a key combination in synapse but I can't find anywhere how to do it.
