I'll be honest, I like the fact that now I don't have to run the programme in the tray for macros to work, it makes the experience so much easier, thank you, finally.No problems observed, all razer devices work perfectly!My main complaint with razer is that they used to collect a lot of telemetry and also took up resources, now I can't say if it's better in this regard or not. Share your opinion.

How do I rank up to insider? I replied to the October giveaway then read that you have to be “insider” rank. How?

I have a tip to help with the razer barracuda x not charging or not showing that is chargedI got mine recently and they don't seem to die for a while so this isn't a common issue for me but k thought this might help anyone newly buying them as they may experience the headphones having charging issues If the headphones don't charge while off but plugged in then try this Don't charge through another device(pc, playstation, xbox) Have a high speed charger (10+ watts) Connect with razer audio app Headphones are connected to your razer app and you might see a blue blinking lightTo make sure your headphones are connected and paired through the razer audio app make sure in your phone settings the device is connected and pairedafter doing this the light will change to a solid blue and/or blinking red (green when fully charged Plug into a wall charger like a 20 watt phone charger I found that you may have to keep the app open for about 10-20 mins while charging it as it doesn't update or charge

My keyboard has stopped responding to the Razer software, after an update. I have no idea why, I have troubleshot to death, and nothing is fixing it, so I've given up.I absolutely hate this RGB loop it's fallen back to (and it wasn't any of the "hardware configurations" I had done before the update, I believe it wiped all my profiles)Is there anything I can do to just plainly disable the backlighting entirely on the keyboard?

I have been a Razer fan for years. Their products have been reliable for me for the most part. But what has been a disappointment and has been a consideration for going to a new manufacturer for products for ones that support macOS is well. Am I alone in this thinking? 

I selected the advanced RMA option and am waiting to receive my new keyboard. The initial email states that I have 17 days to return the original equipment. I checked the tracking and the replacement keyboard is still in asia specifically japan. Am I expected to send my device out even if I haven't received my replacement keyboard? kinda defeats the purpose of the advanced RMA option that I paid $140 for 

I was playing some fortnite and i noticed my right click on my deathadder essential didnt work most of the time because it clicked for a milisecond and unclicked after can yall please help me 

Hello,i am looking for razer mice shape closest to DA that has no disconnection issues and is reliable. I tried DA HyperSpeed v2 x, but it is crap and disconnecting or freezing!  Looking for something more reliable but i don’t truth 200$ mice are scam imho! What about death adder v2 for instance or some other razer mouse? THanks!

Hi,I bought a Razer Orochi V2 recently and I’m choosing between the newer Logitech G515 TKL keyboard and a Razer Deathstalker V2 Pro TKL.Question is would there be any conflict (software, wireless interference, etc) by choosing a different branded keyboard and mouse or would it work more seamlessly with the same brand?

Hello frendly gamerS! I've been using Razer products for almost 10 years now, and the experience has been amazing, especially with Razer software!However, ever since macros were added, I still find myself guessing whether my macro is on or off. It would be super helpful to have some kind of clear indicator, like a red or green notification.Am I missing something, or are there any updates on this feature?Best regards,A fellow gamer!

Hi all!I am looking for a new gaming mouse. I use palm grip, I want it to be ergonomic, 2 buttons on the side and at least 2 buttons on the top, so I looked at the Basilisks. Which one is better? Do you have other reccomendations?At the moment I have a Mionix Naos QG and I am very happy but it is half brokenThanks!

I just bought a Razer Wolverine V2 Pro controller for my PS5, and whenever i plug in my microphones my friends tell me i have an annoying echo that doesn’t go away. I believe they can hear themselves because of my controller.I’ve tried looking at all of my settings, changed microphones multiple times and have also tried looking on the app but nothing will get rid of the echo that they are hearing. Please help if possible, thank you! 

Hi,I've had this laptop for over 4 years, starting yesterday the fans started making this really bad grinding sound, seems to be only the left one. I opened it up, and it was somewhat dusty, so I cleaned it best I could with compressed air, but it's still happening. Seems to pause when moving the laptop around, as shown in video. I have a feeling there's just something wrong with the fan, and it needs to be replaced, but has this happened to anyone else and do you have any potential fixes? 

I have a Razer Blackwidow V4 and when I wanna change some certain keys in the software, for example replacing the F key for a macro or even disabling it, it still just works as F, I could disable my whole keyboard if I wanted to, and the keys would still work except for the macro keys, they seem to be doing everything like macros, text functions and everything but not the main keyboard, any idea why? 

Hi there. I have wierd problem with my Razer Basilisk V3. Everything was working fine today’s morning but later when I switched on my computer, mouse is completely dead. No RGB nothing. I tried different usb port reinstall windows and even connect it to different computer and Smart tv with no result, still dead. I’ve checked all connections and it looks fine. In device manager it appears to be Unknown USB device (Port Reset Failed). Please help, thank you in advance

I’ve had the mouse for almost a year now, and I have been experiencing this problem where whenever I lift the mouse of the pad it immediately disconnects.I have tried to use the support in the discord (Saiso) and didn’t manage to solve it, What I did notice is that this issue only appears to be on my pc, I have checked if it could be related to power management settings in the usb root hub but it doesn’t seem to be the problem.I have the latest firmware and the latest synapse version, I do not use a usb hub (connected to the usb 3.0 in my motherboard).

Just bought a Kraken V3 Pro and it installed flawlessly.  When I speak, the mic picks up my voice with excellent fidelity.  However, I do not hear my voice in the headset - i.e., there is no auditory feedback as to how I sound - until I record and play back.Is this a feature, or is my headset not properly configured? Thanks.

I really do appreciate Razer keeping the community together and entertained, but I wanted to say that they really should hold a poll for the timing of every game night because then more people might be able to attend it. Or just keep different game night timings different everytime! If any moderators and Staff members see this, please try to get this implemented.

I recently went from Razer Kraken Kittys to Kitty V2s and went to go mess with the equalizer settings, but I cant find it anywhere? is the EQs still a thing, I only get basic options to either change the volume or go to windows settings? I'm really confused at this point, is it not a thing anymore? 

Hello,If your mouse has recently been not working well, you have missclicks and random movements, you are not alone, its the latest windows update.My computer recently updated to the latest version, which is called “Moment 4”. This update broke the wireless 2.4Ghz functionality of my Razer Orochi V2 mouse. It would still work ,but every 8th click or so won’t register and would also randomly skip movements. I have tried uninstalling the driver and the razer synapse 3 app ,re-pairing the mouse but nothing fixes it.I can’t uninstall this update ,so currently my only workaround is to use Bluetooth.The mouse works perfectly fine under Linux.@Razer, please release a new driver to fix this issue or let Micro$oft know about it.Thanks
