since ive got the taichi b550 razer edition MB i have not been able to get my MB, gpu or ram to show up in the chroma app. i’ve disabled windows dynamic lighting. updated the rgb firmware and just haven’t gotten anywhere. can somone  help me. SPECS taichi b550 razer edition mbgigabyte 3080 eagle oc 10gbryzen 7 5800xsome rgb gpu and 24pin cables thats id love to get into the chroma app as well. thank you all so much. 

hi, i have a problem on Macro Tab, its fine before but now the tab is erroronce i click the tab, the macro tab doesn’t show the macro settings, its only show the macro text on the bottom of synapse, and the macro doesn’t working.have anyone know how to fix it?thanks

Hi, I just got myself a Razer Viper V3 Pro White Edition mouse. Its been 2 days. But the left click feels like its loosened. Do you guys know any fix about it?

So I just found huntsman mini pro for dirt cheap in my local store and I was wondering if I should go for it but first I want to make sure if there is any huge difference between this model and v2 or V3 pro performance wise ? Like are they way faster or they just have better RGB or whatever ? If latter is the case, honestly I don't care bout that stuff xd

I tried many times in purchasing a nintendo gift card here in razer gold and it seems its out of stock. I already chatted , contact them via support ticket and still the issue is not resolved. Can anyone help about this? my gold coins would be a waste. Im only interested for now in buying nintendo gift card and I already purchased gold coins for it.

I got the orochi v2 mouse but I have a problem with connecting it with synapse 3 I watched every guide to pair a razer mouse to synapse 3 but it is not recognized (I am using windows 11) Please help Thank you 

I’m having an issue where the mouse just randomly freezes (including rgb) or just reboots while playing. It’s getting to a point where games are not even playable sometimes. I have tried everything like removing drivers, reinstalling synapse and much more. If anyone has a solution I would greatly appreciate your help! It’s not disconnecting completely bc I would hear the windows chime. It’s also connected to a mouse dock pro. I’d also like to state that the problem does occur during normal internet browsing as well. Thank you! 

So looked it up and it was a big issue in the past where the rgb is constantly on well I see the mode to turn off rgb when display is off but my rgb dosent turn off it looks like ot freezes my chroma profile and that's it in synapse 4 

It started a few days ago where it showed some lag here and there and at first I thought it was just a hair in the sensor that I carefully removed. But now the whole mouse DC and I can’t even click on things. I have no idea what happened. I dropped the mouse once on the floor but this was like 4 months ago and it never showed issues after wards. Does anyone know how to fix it as it is a special edition mouse (the eevee one) and I don’t wanna throw it out or buy a new one (different mouse’s don’t show issues on my pc, although it was a wired one) 

Hello everyone,I got yesterday the black shark v2 x and i am facing a issue with mic , it's Capturing all the system sounds even if I turned off the mic I also tried rolling back audio driver but it didn't fix anything I have searched everywhere in reddit and YouTube but I didn't find any solution to it and have another boAt Immortal IM1000D headset on that everything is working fine but I don't know what's causing the issue to Balck shark v2 x mic pls 🙏 help me anybody 🙏🥺

I went through a really successful RMA process. It's my first time experiencing a problem with any razer product ,so i thought of giving rma a try. The chat with razer's agent couldn't gone better. The cutcord process also went by really fast and the delivery process lasted three days from china to a small town in Europe. Also I got a W in terms of the product prices as well . If you are wondering about the products it was between two headsets. The one I did the cutcord process on was Razer Kraken Tournament edition (great vfm option,if you find it in stock) bought it for just 60€ on sale and the one I got for replacement was the razer kraken v3 hypersense edition that costs 130€ currently (trying them now, and I have to say hypersense is pretty decent) 

I'm looking into replacing my Xbox controller since it's obnoxiously loud anymore. I own a Dual sense but the ergonomics are horrific on that thing. However, it's practically silent which I hope the wolverine v3 is.The price for the v3 pro is pretty hefty so If anybody who owns all 3 controllers can provide input I would really appreciate it thanks!

I got the New Synapse Beta and have been using it for about 3 weeks now. All was good until a couple of days ago when I routinely restarted my PC. Now Synapse Beta just crashes when I plug my headset in, regardless of whether or not I plug in my headset before or after launching the app. If I plug my headphones in before launching the app, it opens, loads for a minute, and then crashes. If I plug my headphones in after I launch the app, basically the same thing happens as soon as I plug the headset in. I am using Razer Blackshark V2 wired edition with the Razer USB dongle they come with. 

Hi!So I just realized that when the knob is at max (100%) the left side is very muted and sound is mostly coming from the right. Although, if you turn it slightly less than max, it's much louder and better.Does anyone also have this issue?, I have the first release modelThanks

hello guys ican’t use chroma apps with overwatch with the new update. Synapse can’t find overwatch in “ app” . What i can do?  is just my problem?

Razer products break a couple of months after waranty expires. Had this with many razer products the past few years. Is there an internal system that does that so you can buy new?

You know, sometimes things that are taken for granted suddenly become uncomfortable when you notice something is not right. When using a mouse, my habit is to lift and bend my little finger, which means it doesn't touch the desktop or the mouse, but sometimes I feel it's getting in the way. If you are not used to using the mouse in other ways, I don't know how everyone feels?

I'm having a problem with my Razer Naga Pro v1. It just randomly died on me, and now it's not showing any signs of life. No lights, nothing. I've tried plugging it into my computer, but it doesn't get picked up at all.I've seen other posts like this and I've tried updating the firmware, but since the computer isn't recognizing the mouse when I plug it in, I can't even start the update process. Has anyone else dealt with this issue before? Any tips or fixes would be greatly appreciated! 

Hi everyone, I recently updated Razer Synapse to the latest version; and since then; it has stopped detecting my Razer DeathAdder mouse. I’ve tried reinstalling Synapse; updating the firmware, and switching USB ports; but the problem persists.  🙁 The mouse still works perfectly fine outside of Synapse; but I can’t customize any settings.I’ve also checked Windows device manager; and everything seems to be fine there; with no hardware issues detected. Is there a replacement for my Razer Tomahawk Mini ITX side glass panel? I would appreciate any information on where I can find one.

I wanted to know if it was possible to reset all the settings of the controller, because a paddle is slowing my character and blocks the camera when I keep pressing on the paddle. Thank you.
