Just got this controller today and noticed I have to have around a 0.6 deadzone to be drift free. I saw online there was a issue with the pro version of this controller causing it to need higher deadzones, and they released a firmware update to fix it. Does the TE also suffer from this issue. And can I download the pros firmware to attempt to fix it? 

I've seen a lot people with "strong negative opinions" (to put it nicely) of Synapse 3. Is it still really as bad as they say or is it usable as I'm thinking of buying a new mouse and am considering Razer as an option. Thanks for any advice 

Hi,All lights in my new Blackwidow 4 go out after 10-20 minutes, or when the PC sleeps / monitor goes off. Only if I plug in the USB off and on the lights reset or if I reboot.I've tried everything with and without the Synapse installed (reset profile, fresh re-install, install firmware, tried all different "switch off lighting" settings) and also tried different USB ports in my PC. What I haven't done yet is to try connecting it on a different PC.I believe the keyboard is faulty one but can anyone recommend anything else I should try?Thanks!

I took the green pill!Over the last few years, I have bought all my PC gear from razerHowever, its only now that I’m realizing that the software is frankly bad.Two major complaints that I wanted to mention:One, I don’t understand why you still can’t change the color profile for the hyper shift mode. People have been complaining about it for years. On my $2000 laptop with a fancy addressable keyboard I would really like to highlight my custom macros Two, the firmware on my Razer Barracuda X is horrible. Mainly the shifting between bluetooth and dongle. When you accidentally shift to bluetooth and your not connected, it will just wait for you to connect something before you switch back. Or you just restart it, which is also pretty annoying. 

I have just purchased the Razer Barracuda X headset, PUBG version.I’ve got these to use on my Xbox, I was aware that these would not work wirelessly, but would anyone know the reason why the mic wouldn’t work when using the 3.5m jack. I can use Apple earphones and cheap alternatives and they work on the Xbox, so unsure why these wouldn’t work.Any help would be appreciated.

So I'm getting the v3 pro shipped to me right nowand I like the way the V2 sticks felt they were nice and big and I've seen videos of them and it looks like the v3 sticks are decently smaller does anyone have any idea how much smaller? And will there be any stick case or accessory to swap them with in the future? Because I really liked the size of the V2 sticks I prefer 360 sized sticks personally so if anyone has an answer let me know

Hello, i am currently using a Razer Blackwidow v4, but the keys always double press or i cant hold down buttons. I've heard people say this occurs because of dusty envoirement. I do live in a dusty place so i have to clean the keyboard occasionaly. I wondered if i buy the Ornata, would dust also maje the keyboard misbehave ? If so im going to buy the Ornata because im sick of this keyboard.

I can't really seem to find specific razer opus thx ear pads in my country but I did find razer opus x pads and was wondering if they would fit. 

As per the title: The Huntsman V3 Pro is just about the worst keyboard I have ever had the misfortune of spending money on. To make matters worse, Razer’s utterly garbage Synapse and Chroma software (out of Beta when?) makes my keyboard completely unusable. So I pay upwartds of £200 for a keyboard and find that I can’t even utilize the RGB lighting because openeing Chroma or Synapse causes the keyboiard to stop registering inputs. I wonder… is it Razer's comically bad attempt atr emuilating a gamepad with its analog WASD system? Is it Razer’s comically bad attempt at RGB control software? I will never, ever buy another Razer product. I’d rather flush the money down the toiulety. Let me be clear: I am not a novice. So I typically when I go to play something I get in a call on discord and get on a game but using the black shark hyperspeed v2’s I either have problems in game with hearing using the stereo option(switching to handsfree mode sometimes works). OR only my audio on discord will work. It works fine when I’m just playing the game by myself, but I wonder if this is a problem other people have? I read another post saying that because I was trying to use it as both a mic and headphones that’s the problem, but with all the things Razer said about them I feel like I should just be able to use them like they are but I can’t

I have a Razer X Basilisk it was working fine for 2 years but recently while playing it randomly shuts down and disconnects. I have tried changing batteries, removing and reinserting the dongle, switching off and on the mouse. But, it comes back to life only when it wants to. It usually takes 1-2 minutes before reconnecting again. I would appreciate any solution that would fix this i really like the mouse as it fits my palm perfectly. 

So, I just bought this Razer keyboard for my Lenovo PC. I simply just wanted a better keyboard and feels and sounds good when typing. However, since using this keyboard for a bit, I’ve noticed some issues. 1) The keyboard lights up when I turn the PC off, I have logged into Razer Synapse and selected “when display is turned off” but it doesn’t seem to work. 2) I’ve noticed that my PC has gotten a little slower. Watching YouTube, the videos are choppy and laggy at times. I’m not very technical about all of this. Just wondering if anyone knows what is going on. 

I’ve had this mouse for about 2-3 years I was wondering if anyone else has had an issue with the mouse basically dying when just browsing the mouse will not let me use the scroll wheel and when In games it doesn’t allow me to use the mouse at all besides just the buttons sometimes this happens on start up of the pc as well 

I use scroll wheel left/right tilt as back/forward navigation. Yesterday my left tilt went bonkers - it either does not work or keeps sending key presses even when not touched. Never had this problem before.I assume this is probably some kind of wear and tear on the wheel sensor/switch? Does anyone know if this is fixable? Is it common?

i use a razer kraken, and when i try to use the 7.1 surround sound sofware for some reson when i try to use it it sound kinda like a skiping record and when i use it on youtube it also makes the video makes skips and i do not know what is going on. is there a way to fix it? 

If I would buy the Razer Deathadder V3 wired version, the 8K polling rate is available directly through the usb connection to the PC just by using the Razer software right?Also the main question, is the HyperPolling (8k polling rate) compatible with Windows 10 latest versions? On the forum it only mentions Windows 11 latest version. Thank you in advance for the help!

Hello, i have been using the Tartarus keypads for a few years and love them for the most part. I seem to have run into an issue that i haven’t been able to figure out how to fix so i am looking for some help. I was setting up a new profile for the new Wukong game and now i seem to have screwed up my D-Pad for all of my profiles and games. I can now only move forward, left, right and backwards none of the omni directions work any more like they used too. Pretty hard to jiggle peek when if you rotate the joystick you completely stop each time you hit the forward left or right inputs. When i am on synapse i click on the d pad and you have two joystick options one is the omni directional one and the other is only the 4 inputs up down left and right. If i click the omni directional and go into a game i have no movement at all but if i select the the 4 inputs one movement works I feel that i have done something in synapse to screw everything up but i don’t know what??? I have reset and delet

I updated my laptop, and my Kraken Kitty headset suddenly stopped showing up in Synapse 3. They work with my computer—I can use them and everything—but they will not work on Synapse. I even tried installing the new Razer Synapse, and they do show up there, but I cannot get sidetone to work. I can turn it on, but it doesn't work. Every time I go to a different page on the app, it sets my sidetone back to 0. It will not increase and stay there. Does anyone know what's going on?
