Hey all :) First Razer laptop here! Razer 16 RTX 4090 (do love it, previous laptop was an ageing Alienware 17)Just looking for some advice if possible! I bought a KILM Mistral cooling pad, which does very well on some games.. However, on more graphic heavy games I notice the laptop is still very hot despite the pad being turned up full. From my limited knowledge, do I need to worry? I have not played with any of the fan speed settings on the laptop yet. Any thoughts appreciated :)Thanks,Robert

Looking to figure out how to get in contact with someone above VIP support team. They seem unequipped to actually help . After discussing the issue with them they seem to have given up and the last 3 emails they have with responded the exact scripted answer and are just going in circles and circles without actually trying to address the issue at hand, also the 3rd time I’ve contacted them with the same issue. Specifically needing help regarding a warranty issue with my Razer blade laptop.

While I acknowledge the presence of an analog input feature on the Tartarus, I am disappointed that it does not include a rapid trigger function. According to Razer EU-EN Store, I can only get QWERTY US layout Blade to almost ANY EU country, but not Germany. Is there any way to obtain the QWERTY US Blade in Germany without forward freighting? According to Razer Limited Warranty, the Warranty is only valid in the country of purchase (read - not Germany). Thinking back to the battery problems, I don't want to be punished and stuck without a warranty just because I want to have a laptop with a standard keyboard. What should I do? I'm either stuck with QWERTZ (which is horrible as I am programming) or I'm stuck without a warranty (which is horrible once the battery starts swelling).
I recently became the owner of a fantastic Razer Kishi v2 PRO, but thanks to the folks at OnePlus and their mutilated Android ROM, I can't get it to work for more than 10 minutes... I was wondering if there's any information about whether the Razer Edge or Edge 5G (if it ever makes its way out of the USA) will be sold without the controller... Does anyone know anything?

I bought the Kraken X Lite headphones because it says on the box 7.1 surround sound.On trying to register it says. “Your product does not support 7.1 surround sound”My question is where do I get a refund for the blatant false advertising ?Surely, if it is stated on the box then it should be supported.
Hi Razer communityI have a blade 16 with the 4090 and it’s been as hot as 107c on the package, but that is the heat spiking. Depending on how I prep it, the average temps will range from 84-95c.I always elevate it with my Razer stand and I’ve under volt with -125.I always run the fans on full.Razer support has offered to “service” my laptop and even replace it. But i’m hesitating because i’m not sure a service or replacement will be better, temp wise.My question is, will a different blade 16 be any different? They all seem to run very hot if you choose cpu boost/gpu high, no matter what. even with the settings above, low/low still spikes up to 98c. While the spikes are high, should we just focus on the averages and ignore the spikes? I’ve never seen some official guidance from Razer on average temps vs spike temps and what range is normal and what range warrants a service or replacement.

Hello, I created this thread because I bought three Tartarus V2 in the last three years, and all of them started to fail for the exact same reason: The analogic stick started to not respond at all while pressing it, specially to move forward. I was reading about this issue and apparently is a known one. I have exact same issue that the person that created this topic Razer Insider | Forum - Tartarus V2: D-pad switches failing (4 devices failed in < 1 year) Its really sad to me, that wanted to buy a product from a solid company to have it, hopefully, for years, but this specific product has a factory problem. Is not normal that many people have reported the exact same issue related with the analogic stick, that makes the gamepad pretty much useless. I will be adding some videos to prove this issue with the different devices I have, but like I said, that Razer is selling this product if it has this kind of failures.

Hey guys forgive my lack of knowledge on Nvme ssds im 50 and last gaming rig I built was sata and Ssd, this is my 1st experience upgrading an Nvme Drive, im pretty sure my Liteon cv6 8q128 nvme has died i get a boot cycle of attempted automatic repair which fails, I checked in the Bios and no Nvme drive was recognised, so I'm looking for a 264 or 500gb can anyone help me out worried about ordering wrong one, Thanks.
HelloI have been using a Razor Core X without issue for sometime on mac and Rocky linux on Dell portable workstations. But in the last few months, I have been struggling to get the Razor Core X connect to the machine. Sometimes it will connect but often as not the computer will not authorize the connection. There have been some major BIOS & mac OS changes in the last few years so I am wondering if the Razor Core X firmware is not getting a little out of date with newer machines. Do you have a new firmware? I use the Razor Core X exclusively for running a RTX3090 NVIDIA cards for 3D renders. Thanks
