Hello, I need to start the warranty process for a Razer Viper 8KHz mouse, it has problems with the scroll wheel. I don't know how to start the claim, can you help me? I am from Argentina, I have proof of purchase, S/N and P/N.I hope for your help, greetings!

The left and right click on my Viper Mini is starting to feel a little mushy after about 2 years of heavy usage. It's still functioning as intended and not missing any clicks, but when compared to my other Viper Minis which are used less frequency for work, it's quite a noticeable difference in the click feeling.Anyway my main question is how often do these mice expect to last from wear and tear? I'll probably start rotating these mice between my devices so the usage gets 'spread out' more evenly 

So I'm sure most of you guys have heard of the snap tap firmware Razer has added to the Huntsman Mini v3, but I wanted to find out, is there anyway to replicate this firmware on the base huntsman mini? 

I lost the access to get 2FA codes on my phone and not able to transact on Razer Gold. Is there any way to reset 2FA? I still have the access of my email though. I’m trying to contact support but no answers as of now. 

I got this from Razer Silver Rewards last November 2023. For the last 3 months, my sister has been using it, and recently she said it stopped working. I assume the battery is dead. When I checked Razer Synapse, the device wasn't connected anymore. How can I fix this? Can we replace the battery? By the way, I don't have a charging dock. 

I bought my laptop only a few years ago and so far this year the question mark key doesn't work anymore, the / still works  but when I press shift+/ it doesn't do anything and lately my two keys for  b and c have gone out as well and it doesn't seem to have anything to do with dust since I cleaned the keys. 

I am looking at buying the new Huntsman V3 Pro Tenkeyless keyboard and was wondering if this was fundamentally exactly the same as the Huntsman V3 Pro Mini in terms of its capabilities, specifically the "Snap Tap" feature that recently rolled out to the Huntsman V3 Pro Mini. I would like this feature however i also like to have Function Keys and arrow keys as found on the Huntsman V3 Pro Tenkeyless**.** 

I've got razer everything, but the mousepad I just can't do. The gigantus v2 has that ugly green foam on it that clashes with any setup that isn't green. Please razer, when/if you make a gigantus v3, make it with all black foam and no big green logo or anything.Strider too slick for me and goliathus black edition not available anymore it seems.Logitech removed the ugly blue foam from their g640 pad and made it all black. It's about time razer does it as well.

Why is there no white edition of the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro Mini?

For some reason my Synapse Beta updated and now showed patch notes that were literally the THX audio update ones from last year. Not only that, but now it also keeps asking me to set my Blackshark V2 Pro as the default device WHEN IT ALREADY IS. It asks me over and over everytime I change the tab. So annoying. I reinstalled it and it didn't fix anything. But most importantly, why is it showing those patch notes for THX all of a sudden?

I have been trying to connect my new multi screen extension to my razer blade 15. the new display is also a power supply pass through, so it puts power to my usb c port and causes it to shut down the port.. is there a way to avoid this problem? i looked for specs on this device and cannot tell what exactly i need to do.. but i have discovered that i cannot put power to my usb c port. USB c port will charge devices and share data but it will not allow me to put power to it..ie the pass trough power source is over loading my USB c port..anyone have any suggestions?

i use a huntsman mini. At the very least make it an option to turn off the ability to be used with function key.. Currently unable to use my Y key, and cannot turn off this macro as it flashes red and then never seems to stop when i do press FN+Y … is there any fix to this besides buying a wooting ?

Audio out of sync.  Laptop > tvBought a new laptop.  Razer 15”. Currently I’ve noticed when I connect hdmi from dedicated gpu hdmi slot,  too tv,   I will sometimes get an audio sync lag. If I let it sit paused for awhile it will eventually fix itself. And I’ve noticed it really only goes out of sync,  when i load up games or something on laptop while tv is playing show (extended display) I’ve also noticed it will sometimes go out of sync when I close the laptop lid.  Any suggestions? 

I got my new Barracuda X headset, and whenever i am trying to play Call of Duty, it will kick me out from the game saying "connection lost"so i tried unpluging my Usb dongle and the game works perfectly the first day everything was okay any ideas!?? 

I have tried everything you can think of. Uninstalling synapse completely, using synapse beta, repasting GPU/CPU, buying the useless Razer chroma v2 stand that has hdmi and usb c ports for displays that flicker constantly, turning off intel turbo mode (seemed to help the most), reducing to 60hz on all external and native monitors. My last resort is to try authentic Honeywell PTM7950 (the PTM 7950 from amazon only worked temporarily) and using a llano v12 cooling pad. Support gave me some options but ultimately came to sending the laptop in that would cost a minimum $250 with no guarantee of a fix. The laptop is now 16 months old and seems like it is on its last leg. My 2019 MacBook Pro has no issues running both my LG OLED TV and Samsung M8 monitor. Seems like the company is cramming intensive CPUs/GPUs and can’t keep them cool, which makes them completely useless. I mainly use my laptop for work so am running numerous Chrome windows and this thing just can’t keep up. It is embarrassin

I just bought the leviathan v2 x yesterday and since I got it I have been unable to connect it via Bluetooth, It works fine if I plug it in with the usb c but I only have one port for that and it’s for my charger so I’m not con sure what to do, need help please 

My current headset is the Razer Nari Ultimate I got almost 4 years out of it, but it's in it's final days.I really like the arch the nari has but unfortunately I don't see anything on razer's website with a similar type of arch.Does anyone know of any alternatives that have this type of arch?

I have a razer blade and a viper ultimate. Synapse "works" on my system unless it doesn't, and the inconsistency is slowly getting on my nerves. Now, I recently bought a new blade 16 and am considering using the new Synapse beta app but here's the catch:I saw mixed impressions of it so far. Some say it works really well, at least one person said it it ran really badly and also made it so that the old Synapse software cannot be installed anymore.Those of you that have used it already, what are your impressions? Are you using it on your blade laptop? How "unstable" is it compared to the current Synapse software?
