Hello insider, I updated my razer blade 18 and it restarted. Since then it only starts up to the menu and unfortunately it doesn't open the boot menu, the BIOS or the recovery menu. Unfortunately I don't know what to do next. thanks for any help. 

Hello everyone, I just got a Razer Naga V2 Pro and I was wondering if there was any Dock (NonRazer) compatible, since the original one seems a bit expensive to me, expecially if I will change mouse in the future. 

Hi, I have the anzu for almost a year. The battery life is getting really poor and I am considering replacing the battery as I did made a prescription lens for it to be used longer. Just want to check if anyone done that and if there is a guide, diagram or video on it. 

I have just bought a blade 18 I have a blade 17 pro. Can I use the power supply for the 17 without blowing up the 18 ?? Thanks 

I was trying to find the Dedicated GPU only mode，and i couldn't find itAs the website shows that this specific model (Rz09-0314x) has Dedicated GPU only mode,but i couldn't find it in neither Synapse and NV control panel nor bios.Any answer will be appreciate.

I have my Razer Blade 14 at my desk connected to an external monitor for the most part however I use my Razer Blade 14 for school and have to unplug everything from it every time I go to class. Because of this I am looking for a one cable solution, in the form of a docking station, where I can just plug and unplug one cord to leave for class. Does anybody have any recommendations? I need the station to charge my laptop, have a ethernet port, a port for my peripherals connection and connections that would allow me to get at least 144hz on a 1080p monitor and 144hz on a 1440p monitor. Is this even possible to find? Preferably under $200 but could go up to $300. 

Hello guys, I just bought a deathadder Essential, I assume the one with the plastic cable. Question is:Is it still a problem with these mice or is it solved?I seen hundred of reviews stating that after some months the whell starts acting up.I don't want to keep RMA if it is a common problem.. I know its a cheap mouse, but still, want to avoid the troubleIve used a A4tech mouse for more than 10 years and the only problem was the cable started to fall apartThanks! 

I've just received my new Basilisk Ultimate and out of the box the right button was malfunctioning. The switch didnt even activate whenever I've pressed on the right side of the button or closer to the end. I can still get an easy refund so I don't want to open it up. Is there anything that can be done to fix this easily or am I just cooked?

Hey, Currently having issues with the 12 key side panel where the 2 key registers 10% of the time. I’ve cleaned the pogo keys and contacts as per the support article but no luck. The number 2 key works perfectly for the 6 key set side panel. Is there any way I can grab a replacement part of the 12 key set panel as I play MMOs 

Will Razer ever bring back the NAGA Wired Chroma, 19 button mouse (this model: RZ01-01610100-R3U1)? I don’t expect the exact same model internally, but basically something like this. It was an epic mouse that was loved by the community. They sell a Left-Handed version of it still. I’d love to see it return. It had the perfect amount of programmable buttons, the mouse-wheel could be clicked left and right, it felt great, was wired*, and it was durable: everything that is needed for a daily workhorse mouse. I was about to buy some game products that were connected with Razer Gold, but I feel like Razer is distancing themselves from customers like me, that enjoy rugged, classic, wired gear.* If they are going in a different direction and alienating my group of customers, then why maintain a relationship with a company that is discarding me? I hope I am wrong. The middle-aged group that I belong to is the group with disposable income. This is the group that bought razer products in our 20s

Bought a Deathadder V3 used "Like New" for $36 and got sent a Naga V2. Seems like a solid mouse, thoughts on it in comparison. I usually do wired mouse but I think I might just go wireless since I got this if I like it. Not really an MMO person, but I play things like MOBAs. 

I have the mouse and I enjoy it a lot. I have set it at the default 1k right now.I read a youtube comment saying that there have been reports of the 2k and 4k modes not working properly, so you should either go with the 1k or 8k.To be honest I'm not interested in using the 8k mode, it just eats up battery way too fast. I have a 300hz monitor arriving today and was ready to go up to 2k or maybe even 4k, but I'm now not too sure if I even should.Anybody have more info on this? 

Just bought this new headset alongside my PS5. When I enter the discord voice chat, my friend kept telling me that my mic gets clipped at the end of each word I say. Save the fact that my internet connect isnt super fast which is why I think it’s a bit choppy, but I don’t get why I get these consistent clipping at the end. Its jutsjust sounds unnatural. Pretty much all of the threads I looked into use PC. Any settings I should change in Discord to get this fixed?

Hi, I was thinking about buying a razer blade. But i don't want to pay for windows licence.Razer is kinda vague. But other OEM vendors do refund only windows licence.Is there a possibility i can return only licence without returning whole laptop? 

Been using SignalRGB as my primary RGB software and reWASD as my macro option because SignalRGB does in fact enable 2 x ARGB at once, and without paying I can use reWASD to macro my stuff better. So why can’t Razer finally make their own software detect 2 of the same device and allow us to map them out individually?

hello. im looking to switch from gaming controller to a keyboard and mouse due to having unusually large hands. i was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to tell me about the two keyboards i have me eyes on which is the razer huntsman or the tartarus. the question being are they compatible on xbox series x/s and if so are eitherbackwards compatible.? meaning can i play say last gen console games with them. However, when trying out the surface at a store the noise was intolerable depending on the skates. For example, worn in stock Deathadder V3 skates were horrendous, but fresh skates on the Viper V3 were fine. If I were to purchase one, I would be using obsidians (dots or the full skate) with my Outset AX. Can anyone comment on the noise with the Atlas?

I want to have the Audio Visualizer react ONLY to Spotify, and not to the entire audio of my PC (i.e. Discord, a game I am playing, etc.); is this even possible? I have tried setting the Visualizer to work on my virtual cable, but that would require me to have Spotify also on that output, and I can't listen to that and my default playback both at the same time. I've spent hours trying to figure this out and I give up.

My razer headset has a weird issue. the mic works and my voice is being detected but my audio doesn't seem to work. however, the only time it was able to work was in razer synapse when testing the audio with the DEMO video. the headset has an audio card and lost with what to do as it worked just last night
