I recently bought the razer huntsman V2 TKL and i love the keyboard for the most part. What i don't like is how mushy the keys can feel from the sound Dampeners it seems like. Is there a way i can remove them from the switches at all to be more like the V1 version of the keyboard? Thanks!

According to Razer EU-EN Store, I can only get QWERTY US layout Blade to almost ANY EU country, but not Germany. Is there any way to obtain the QWERTY US Blade in Germany without forward freighting? According to Razer Limited Warranty, the Warranty is only valid in the country of purchase (read - not Germany). Thinking back to the battery problems, I don't want to be punished and stuck without a warranty just because I want to have a laptop with a standard keyboard. What should I do? I'm either stuck with QWERTZ (which is horrible as I am programming) or I'm stuck without a warranty (which is horrible once the battery starts swelling).

I want to put in the suggestion that Razer develops a 2024 edition of the beautiful full black Razer Barracuda X that is able to wirelessly connect to Xbox. I think it is such a shame that this is not already a feature. There are also no current options other than the Steel Series Arctis 1’s that wirelessly connect to Xbox yet lack bluetooth connectivity. Obviously there are the Official Xbox Headset but its ugly and no one wants to wear it outside, it is also very bulky. Now, the Razer Barracuda X has a sleek design which would be able to be used as a gaming headset and regular headphones. I think here there is a major market and motivation to create such an edition especially if it is kept at the same price point.  I know I would certainly be instantly picking these boys up if it were to happen. 

Does the razer deathadder v3 pro mouse work on my Ps5 with the dongle? 

I recently purchased Razer Kitsune to play street fighter 6 on PC . Steam recognize the controller however when I launch the game the controller is not responding in ‘PC’ mode. I tried numerous settings to work it out but returned empty handed. Can you help me out here please ? 

So I just got a Blade 14 2023, doing some tests.Overall I really like it physically, the Mercury edition doesn't show fingerprints like the regular black does. The temps are good and it runs almost silent doing casual stuff.However there's this high pitch noise under load (e.g. Cinebench, Time Spy). Is this normal? The loudness I can accept, but the high pitch I'm not sure...Would be great if owners can chime in.

Little brother was playing Fortnite and said the keyboard suddenly stopped working. The lights are off and it's now unresponsive. I've restarted the PC. Unplugged then plugged the keyboard back in but still nothing. I'm not even sure if it has a power button that he may have pressed. Need some help.

I have been doing some research for buying headphones, most of the reviews recommends the Blackshark V2 Pro, but I saw some posts here saying that Razer killed their products when they updated the drivers/software a few months ago, how is the current status of this? they already fixed this problems?, thanks!

What is the best tkl keyboard from razer i dont want the clicky one i need a silent one My current keyboard is DK61SE and its a piece of shit Because i bought it in Agust or September idk and The A Key is not working correctly because somtimes work and sometimes doesn't even work it wont react So im Asking for the best Silent tkl keyboard from razer in good price.

I think I already know the answer because it isn't like synapse has many options to click on, but I was wondering if it possible to map Hypershift + Ctrl to a single button so that when I am holding down Hypershift, it would also be holding down Ctrl. Normally I would use AHK for all keymapping needs but Helldivers doesn't allow input from AHK. I play on the tartarus so i use the thumbstick for WASD, i was hoping to use hypershift to move the strategems inputs over to the buttons.I thought through the macro creation that maybe it would be possible but that doesn't seem to be the case because i didn't see the ability to hypershift in a macro

Hi,New to this forum !I would like to know if Ripsaw HD is a good choice.I am presently using sound  Xover and filters on a music computer with a 2 seconds delay. I would like to delay the video in VLC for 2 seconds, having the DVD player connected to the PC and Ripsaw HD through HDMI and going back to the TV from Ripsaw  through HDMI.Does that look feasable ?François

razer kraken kitty chroma edition.a few months ago my razer kraken kitty headphones started crashing my computer when the volume was at 100% while gaming. Is there any solution for this? I already tried everything.

Anyone know how to solve this since Razer can’t seem to? I’ve been struggling to return a headset that went bad after a few months since November. The support team’s email have been nearly all generic copy paste emails. Until recently when they suggested clearing cookies, browsing history, different browsers, etc. I've tried Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and incognito in each to try and open their link. This error comes up every time.  Anyone have a suggestion outside the box?

So, I recently installed the new synapse beta and I realized that there is no properties feature anymore? Why is that?  

I have had my Blackshark v2  X headphone for a while, but now that I am moving around more I want to get a headphone case, but after a lot of searching I haven’t been able to find anything. The main problem is that because the microphone is not removable it cannot fit into any kind of case. Also as I have heard that moving the location of the microphone too much will make it loosen, if possible it would be best if there was a case where the microphone would not need to be coiled up. Any ideas?

While playing a game, it comes cut and disturbing, like a radio channel that does not shoot in a way that will take 3-5 seconds at a time without knowing when the sound will be. There is always a rear hum sound in the headset, too. Does anyone else experience these other than me?

im just curios that razer is "top rgb brand" but dont care about creating rgb effects. id buy suscription from a razer software than had to buy a 3rd party rgb maker. id like to give my idea to an high level razer. I thanks to community for your rgb effects but i have to honest that is not good as smth made by a team, this is why i had to pay to signalrgb to have awesome rgb effects. im very sure that many rgb razer lovers would pay a reasonable suscription to get amazing rgb effect without effort to coding, (u couldnt do game integration with a razer kit btw)  I need the help of all of you to give my idea to an high level, in my opiniong this would be an idea that all of us will be benefit.
