I got the blackwidow v4 with green switches a bit ago, and I noticed that its keys kept on double typing, so I replaced it with the same thing on amazon. However, after using it for a bit, it had the same issue, and I have tried lowering the polling rate before and it didn't work. I really enjoy the switch feeling and the overall keyboard, but the double typing is getting really annoying. Should I replace it with the same thing or another keyboard, or try to troubleshoot?

Well I have just bought this keyboard, the problem is that when I launch Warzone I’m used to play it on controller but the keyboard somehow blocks the controller and I’m unable to play on it unless I play on keyboard, is there a way to play with the controller as always instead of the functions the keyboard has?

I’m curious if the BlackWidow 75% will ever be available in the french AZERTY layout, I’ve been meaning to upgrade for a while but the feel of BlackWidows are too good for me to try something else! So I was wondering if this model will ever get the AZERTY treatment

I need another dongle for my blackshark v2 pro 2023, I need to know if Razer sells them or somewhere else?I have searched and found only the 2020 model and I don't know if they will be compatible.

I’ve had my Wolverine V2 for just over a year and the M3 button broke.  After looking through the internet, this is not uncommon unfortunately.  It has a design flaw where the neck of the button breaks due to pressure on the button.  I contacted Razer support but they would not offer support because it was past the year mark for the warranty, annoying.  So I decided to fix it with my 3D printer.  If you are also past warranty or have a  broken one on hand and would like to fix your $150 controller, see video for details 

I had my Razer Wolverine V2 chroma for 1.5 years and worked nearly flawlessly apart from the cable. Now the M4 button broke and I don’t know how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated.

The mouse was working fine last night but after I clicked the update and shut down button it suddenly stopped working. I don't have the dongle as its lost and I have been using bluetooth and the usb cable to use it ever since. The pc doesn't recognize the mouse and It wont go into pairing mode either when I press the necessary buttons. The cable doesn't work either but when I plug it in the lights start working so it isnt an issue with faulty cable or anything like that. Can someone please help me with this.

Hi, I have a question for Razer Raptor 27”, if it is possible to work on other wall mount brands aside from VESA Mount Adapter specifically for Razer? I am planning to setup a 3 monitors at the same time, please help. Thank you!Best wishes.

The current BIOS interface of Razer is still the oldest blue gray interface, and there are very few adjustable functions in the BIOS, such as the Resizable BAR adjustment of the graphics card or the advanced setting options of the CPU, which cannot be adjusted at presentAs it is now, I'm wondering why Razer doesn't optimize their BIOS interface and open up more functionality adjustment options. It would be nice to see these BIOS adjustment options integrated into the SYNAPSE Control Center. But at this moment on the Razer Blade 14 (2021) I'm using, all the features I was expecting are missing.I'm a Razer fan, and I've purchased many Razer products, but I'm also very much looking forward to ROG's BIOS

More Razer Gold need to be paid after recharging?   

I just bought this and i was so excited to come home and test it. I turn it up and it sounds AWFUL. Am i doing something wrong ? Are there any settings to fix them or should i just take em back ? I dont think ive heard something worst in my life. On the other hand the reviews are good.. It literally sounds like a 1 dollar earbud.

1 year and 3 days ago (2/13/2023), I received my Basilisk v3, it has been my favourite mouse for more than a year until today (2/16/2024), it was rendered unresponsive. I left it on my desk overnight unplugged. The next morning I plugged it in, the lights didn't come up, and was unresponsive and did not connect. I connected the mouse to other laptops and pcs sadly, same thing, no lights, unresponsive. That night I remember playing Minecraft with my bros and the mouse was working perfectly fine. The mouse has suffered a few light falls but wasn't fazed a bit and still worked smoothly. I remember putting the mouse in my bag to go to my friends house for the weekend but it has no visible damage on the exterior.I haven't managed to take it apart yet to see the insides, and the USB and cord are all intact. I searched for common issues on razer support but I didn't find anything helpful to this case.So I decided to turn to the community and ask for your opinion, what do you think the problem

I put the polling rate of my baslisk v3 to 1000hz and i used a polling rate tester and it only gives me about 350 hz, what is wrong??

I just consider to buy RAZER RAPTOR monitor. And I already had Leviathan v2.I knew that if your monitor has the android os, Leviathan v2 can be set as a speaker.I just want to know if  RAZER RAPTOR monitor could connect to Leviathan v2 and bypass HDMI sound to Leviathan v2?Thank for the answering.

I'm looking to buy the Razer Hammerhead ANC USB C headphones! I can't find them anywhere online. I know they are probably discontinued but damn lol. I want them so much. The iPhone ones are literally like $15. 

I'm new to razer keyboards and just started to mess with chroma profiles and had the idea to use the fire effect with a wave or cycle effect, but i can't seem to make it work. i tried making the fire's colors transparent but that just seems to take the fire animation away completely. is this even possible? you can do so much with these things i figured surely a rainbow fire wasn't too off the walls

Does anyone have a link to where I can put the serial number for my razer gold pin in to see when it was redeemed? It should be called something like "Razer gold pin query" but I can't find it.

Can you set Synapse so that it only lights up when you place the mouse on it?   

I've had this laptop since 2019, and even the first week I got it the thermals just seem to suck. I could use a laptop cooler, and just browsing the web causes the fans to go to max speed... I feel like it could start levitating at any moment. And the worst part about it is its not even super fast or anything. It's got an i7 8565U, and MX150 graphics card. I don't expect it to be similar to a desktop... but my i5 10th gen windows laptop without a separate graphics card does better since I put an SSD in it.

Hey all :) First Razer laptop here! Razer 16 RTX 4090 (do love it, previous laptop was an ageing Alienware 17)Just looking for some advice if possible! I bought a KILM Mistral cooling pad, which does very well on some games.. However, on more graphic heavy games I notice the laptop is still very hot despite the pad being turned up full. From my limited knowledge, do I need to worry? I have not played with any of the fan speed settings on the laptop yet. Any thoughts appreciated :)Thanks,Robert
