Hey, nice to meet everyone.I started using Razer products in 2004 because of Diamondback, and I fell in love with Razer. I started collecting them in 2007, and this habit has lasted for almost 10 years. At the same time, I also collected some products from other brands, such as Microsoft and Steelseries.I believe there are loyal fans here like me, and I look forward to communicating with you. 

I recharged 78+8 Mobile legends diamonds through Razer gold but when I log in the gameI received only 51+6 diamondsWhat is going onIs this a fraud?

I bought the baracuda pro recently and when i turned my mic on while playing games or using discord the audio becomes wierd and out of place when my anc is on. However, when my anc is off, there is no audio issue. Is this a feature that can be turned off?

Dear Razer Team,I'm writing to provide feedback and suggestions based on my experiences with the Synapse 3 software and my Razer Huntsman V2 keyboard. As a longtime user of Corsair keyboards before switching to Razer, I have noticed some areas in the Synapse software that could be improved to enhance the overall user experience. Default Profile Selection: I have encountered difficulties with setting a default profile in Synapse 3. At system startup, the software tends to load the last active profile, which can complicate the Windows login process, especially when the profile contains macros. It would be extremely beneficial if users could set a standard profile that loads by default. Profile Switching Delay: The latency in switching between profiles has been noticeable and is longer than what I've experienced with Corsair's software. Hello all and happy Thanksgiving!I am planning to upgrade my current case with the new Lian Li Vision soon, and, when it comes to aRGB, I am not controlling everything no problem with Armoury Crate. The effect are quite basics, and you can do a little more with Aura Sync, but I cannot control the components individually since they all go into a single hub.I am considering the Razer Chroma controlle to gain the ability to address the various aRGB capable fans and strips individually. Will the Razer software work alongside with Armoury Crate? I would keep using AR for driver updates and such, but control lighting effect via Razer controller. Or at least this is the idea in my head. 

I have a problem, the ordered product was detained by customs in Hong Kong.Why ? What happened ?

Has anyone else experienced this?I just put all my rare/legendary weapons on the racks in the Razorleaf armory, then flew around, revisited the Empty Nest, was about to save/overwrite when I decided to check; everything was gone.Luckily the only thing I did today was running “errands” in the game but it sucks to not have those epic weapons on display lol.

I have the only computer, I do not know how and to whom to contact, since it was brought to me from America, I cannot apply for guarantees. The warranty expires in a month, but I don't have the option to ship this. Please tell me what I can do. " I wrote such a question, but unfortunately my location has not been solved. I had been using Msi for 5 years before, but I didn't have a current problem. You buy an expensive laptop and you have such problems. I got my Razer Viper Ultimate two months ago, and in these days, for no reason it stops working and I can’t use it neither with the USB cable or wireless. However, if I don’t use it for 1 day it works again, and this happens all the time. Does someone know what the problem is? I try to charge it but it doesn’t work.

Anyone have any settings they like and would enjoy sharing?I can't find any info on how to tweak settings and dropping in and out of games to test is getting cumbersome!Thanks for any help!

My product being purchased from amazon Au on Ordered on 11 October 2023  I would like to return this products due device is not being recognised via usb device from today  4 Feb 2024. Amazon doesn't seem to  have refund so it seems I have to contact to Razer I have tried everything including resetting I don't want to purchase razer products again , (to Razer) your products not quality and doesn't last. I have the same issue for my previous leviathan device as well please send me barcode to return this product at yours own cost I don't recommend razer  to people due they quality doesn't Mach their price tag,Razer would be same quality as a cheap (no branded) Chinese products.This is not the first time I'm returning razer product. 

Scenario:  Keyboard and Mouse r connected via Bluetooth to Blade 15. When computer goes to sleep, keyboard and mouse doesn’t seem to be able to ‘wake’ the computer up from sleep.  The device manager → Bluetooth → Power Management → Allow this device to wake the computer is greyed out.  CHecked Bios and nothing to toggle / chk that enable Bluetooth during sleep too.  If Keyboard / Mouse r connected via the USB dongle (Logitech) then waking up the laptop will have no issues.  But I don’t want to use the provided USB dongle from Logitech to connect my Logitech MX Keys and Mouse…  since they both are able to connect via bluetooth and the laptop comes w/ bluetooth.

Would it be possible for Razer to create optical buttons that can be used on other joysticks and not only for your kitsune hitbox???? many of us will be willing to pay $10 per button for optical buttons because they're noticeably faster than regular microswitch buttons on a significant number of games (more importantly fighting games). In fact I'd suggest making them even faster to completely eliminate the competition. Technically you'll be the only company producing optical buttons and if the reaction speed is 3 times faster than the best Japanese microswitches like I've heard being claimed you'll easily dominate the market  You can even test the idea. Just create 100-300 fast activating optical buttons and watch how quickly they sell for $10 each when they'll likely cost less than a 3rd of that to make. I already know over 20 people who are willing to purchase these types of optical buttons including myself.   Kind regards

How to buy Pubg mobile Lite BC

Hi I got a 2nd hand white 2019 Razer with 2070 max-q.The keyboard has a few keys that doesn't work, due to liquid damage. Everything else is fine.I bought a black replacement keyboard thinking it's the same thing. When I took the laptop apart I see that the white OEM keyboard has 5 connections (i'm assuming the RBG) while mine only has 3.I try it anyways and now the green light will turn on but nothing else happens. THe computer gets warm but nothing else is happening.Has anyone successfully replaced a oem rgb white keyboard with one of those chinese black replacements?any help would be appreciated

Hello my razer core chroma x egpu with 2060 super had been working great with my Intel nuc Hades canyon until I installed the drivers that the oculues app told me to install or else I could play VR so I installed them the display went black and it wouldn't turn back on I restarted a lot then I got signal from my internal GPU it's lagging a lot and I would like to use my egpu can you help please.
