OK guys, I was a long time consumer of razer products with keyboard, mouse (Mamba) and Headset from razer. I switched to logitech because my razer headset broke into two after 2 years of usage and the Mamba also did double clicks right away when simply clicking just once, and as I wanted all stuff from one manufactorer and a friend suggested logitech I bought them. My mouse sensor failed after 4 years and my dealer said it would take 2-4 weeks until I get a repaired one. So I bought the DeathAdder V2 X wireless as I still believed in the quality of razer. Well not the premium one but with gamers advertising it as beeing good. But the reality kicked in really soon. We in germany say “How could US companies do it very cheap and also look it cheap and crappy” and this is the point.I can click anywhere and the mechanical click is not the software mouse click. I have to smash the button really the scroll wheel is going crazy sometimes just scrolling up and down like it things to do so when

I wanted to know if there was some way I could select through my custom keyboard profiles using the command wheel, any advice on how I could set that up?

hello i just recently purchased a deathadder v2x hyperspeed, and for some reason whenever i connect it to my laptop via 2.4 ghz dongle, the wifi on the laptop slows down. is there a way to troubleshoot this? also if it matters, i also connect a wireless keyboard on my laptop. does that also factor in on why my wifi slows on my laptop?

Hello, I was wondering are y'all mouse dock chroma can be detected in razer synapse? I just bought mine today to replace my old mouse dock chroma but it doesn't seem to be detected. I switched to a different laptop still the same issue and I also tried my old mouse dock still haven't been detected by synapse

Hi guys, i just bought DA V2 X Hyperspeed from online and when i first unboxes i realized it doesn’t comes with User-Manual and Razer sticker alongside with Wrapping cover or bag for the mouse. Proceed to plug-in then go check razer synapse and update, nothing pop up i even make a new registration still couldn’t detect. I donno but i saw at bottom label says made in Thailand, not made in China.

Every time I try and use my headset, everyone tells me there is a pitched ring noise when I’m talking and I have messed with all my setting and can’t figure out what is going on with it. If anyone has an idea how to fix it let me know

Can't get my black shark v2 x to pair to the razer audio app 

I did research on my new pair of razer blackshark v2 x headphones and saw that I can fix the mic sensitivity with a setting on Synapse 3. People have also suggested me their personalized settings. Only problem is, there no Streaming settings tab in the Synapse app.Do I have to buy a soundboard to get this feature? Am I missing something you have to download? I'm just a bit confused as to why I don't have this option I've seen others have.Thank you :) happy holidays

On the Razer Blackwidow V4 Pro there are M1, M2, M3, M4, M5 keys I am on Mac. On Mac you can't use Synapse so I use macro software such as Keyboard Maestro. When I try to make a macro, Keyboard Maestro doesn't detect the clicks. There is an option to use a script, such as from Swift or AppleScript. Is there a script that I can use that detects these keys?

I see that the d-pad/joystick sticky keys glitch has NOT been resolved.  WHEN IS Razer going to fix this issue.  It has been occurring for years and maybe even longer since it seems other hardware was affected prior to tartarus’ release  

Devices and software can’t work without connection to internet. Every time customers need to use devices, they need to get permission from the company through their servers.This is one of the main reasons why I will never shop  products again from this company. Never again!    

Hello, will Razer release new laptops soon with the series 40xx super ?happy holidays

I've used the Razer Viper Ultimate for almost two years with no issues whatsoever until now. Typically, I use the mouse in wired mode, but when I attempted to switch to wireless mode yesterday, the mouse wasn't detected. While connected with the cable, Razer Synapse displays a battery percentage of 100%, so there's most probably some issue with the dongle. Is there anything I can do, or is it just better to contact Razer Support?

i am trying to setup synapse 3 for my razer mouse and wow, i want to set up different profiles for each of my classes and cant find how to do that. i used to use the old razer synapse 2  which had tabs and i use to use the tabs for each class but synapse 3 does not have that function and i tried to link multi profiles to 1 game and couldnt either and help would be appreciated thank you

Hoping you all might be able to help. I lost the USB dongle for my wolverine pro controller. Razer support said they don’t sell replacement dongles so as of right now I can only connect my controller wired.  Would the HyperSpeed dongle be able to pair to my wolverine pro? Or I’m stuck using wired permanently?
