Can I buy hyperpolling dongle from the razer store in San Francisco or is it only ordered online?

There seems to be something wrong here or it could just be me but i downloaded the app and upon running it when it opened there was nothing to it just a greyed out screen. I would really appreciate any help. 

i was wondering if I am able to get fans from a newer model razer laptop so i can have better cooling then my current 7 year old ones. does anyone know if the ran sizes are universal for the razer laptop lineup?

Hello everyone,recently I bought a second hand Razor laptop running on Windows Home (64bit). None of the original hardware has been changed by me. Everything seems to work just fine except my Intel drivers.GRAPHIC: Though my Intel UHD Graphics 630 driver shows no issues on the device manager I sometimes happen to experience short black screens when I am in or exit certain programs as well as my menu bar happens to flicker through the picture from time to time while I am in game or streaming on full screen. Does anyone have an idea why this happens and how to get rid of the issue?WIFI / BLUETOOTH: Since I last booted my laptop the Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 driver won't start anymore showing a warning symbol in the device menu (code 10). Additionally the bluetooth device won't respond at all and its Windows interface button suddenly disappeared. Flight mode can not be actived anymore.I tried to uninstall and delete the Intel drivers and all its corresponding software to make a clean reinstalla

Razer Blade 15 RZ09 advanced. Why does only sometimes the razer logo stay lit when closing the lid. Most of the time it shuts off when i close it. but sometimes will stay lit. this is without the charger.also i have it set up to be on when charging but if i plug it in it doesnt light up unless its open. i would really like the logo to light up when i plug it in closed. extra assurance that its in fact charging. 

So, I have double typing issue with a number of keys on my Blackwidow v3 mini. I have tried to search for the product serial number on Razer website for warranty claim but it says “product not found”. I have tried connecting with cable and updating firmware And all but still the same issue. Please advise me on this. It’s been only a few months and keyboard started having the issue. It was expensive.

Hola! Quiero saber si a día de hoy, después de 1 o 2 años de uso no tiene fallas, tengo unos razer kraken ultimate, a los 2 años empezó a fallar, tanto el micrófono como el audio se cortan de manera intermitente, es una pena porque se ven nuevos. También he leído en foros, que todos los audífonos de razer tienen el mismo problema de desconexión, quiero saber si estos también tienen ese problema después de un tiempo de uso, porque estoy pensando en cambiar a unos inalámbricos. Ya he intentado todo para reparar mis audífonos razer kraken ultimate y no hay manera, tampoco consigo servicio técnico de confianza en Chile, es muy doloroso invertir en unos periféricos tan costosos y que estos empiecen a fallar y no tengan arreglo.

So how many people would be interested in 1 or 2 or 3 option from razer of mini pc.   Should it be 1080p version 1440p version and 4k version playing at 120fps cross play standards.     I been thinking about this for a while. What's the best option.   So many choices coming possible.   With maximum of 36 gb of graphics data at maximum and 30 mb of minimum data. There are lots of options.  Should they be upgradeable ?? What features must be added.     Should it be allowed to work with older cartridges cd 💿  and Bluerays devices.      Could it just be different razer edge cell phone and table devices or does it need a screen.  Lots of interesting option for the future still even thought they set maximum value.  Waiting for the future.Razer team.

Hello Razer Community,I have a question about razer katana 1200w. Will this Psu fit for rtx 4090 and z690 mainboard? I saw on a picture that this Psu have only 5x 8-pin PCIe/CPU connectors slots. Is that correct? Or i miss something.I have asrock x razer z690 mainboard and nvidia rtx 4090 graphic card. It could be 2x 8-pin for Cpu and 4x 8-pin for Gpu so it’s 6x 8-pin in total that i need.sorry for bad english (I’m not good in english)

So, when the GPU is also loaded on Razer 18” laptop, the CPU gets limited to a paltry 40 watts.The thing is, this is not a thermal limitation, but an arbitrary one. As Jarrod’s Tech review shows, the cpu is only in the 70’s when 100% loaded at 40w whilst the GPU is also 100% loaded at ~170W.Right now I have an MSI GT77 and I hate the lack of G-Sync and am thinking of returning it.But the CPU does 185W on a CPU only load and 75 watts when the GPU is also loaded.This is almost double the Razer.When you are gaming in the Razer, on a GPU intensive game, you will see the P cores of the 13950HX at 2ghz, which is really, really low. On the flipside, on the GT77, it’s around 4ghz stable.All Razer have to do is release a bios update and maybe allow around 65 W for the CPU which should still not put it into thermal throttle territory. Why won’t they do this? It’s the entire reason I did not buy this laptop. Secondly, I see Razer added a “max fan speed” option for boost/OC CPU mode.Better than no

I am looking for a bit of help, or at least direction on where to start.I am using a friends EGPU, so I can not install the card  directly into my desktop.I have a Dell Alienware aurora 11R11 with a Nvidia rtx 2070 super gpu. I have a thunderbolt port and cable. Can I connect my desktop to a epgu razoe core with a Nvidia rtx 3070 gpu in it? How do I do this ?I have installed Razor synapse 2 and as well as the Nivdia 3070 ti studio driver. But the Razor core does not even switch on ? And I definitally have connected it to power and do have the switch in the on position.

I have a question about the Razer Kitsune. Why doesn't it support the Xbox Series X, and will there be support for it in the future?

I trie to create a macro , that automatically opens the chat ingame , and send a predefined text . i tried out, and it don´t work. The chat box open´s and then nothing .  Hope someone can help me . thx
