I got a Razer turret a long time ago and while moving i lost every single one of the cables and razers replacement parts aren’t  of the wires i need.I need the keyboards charging cable, the mouses charging cable and the wire to connect the kbm together.please help

do all the products in Xanthus come with the green rope or is that separate? and if it is where can i find it. 

Hi, I’m owning Razer Blade 15 (2022) and I want to ask if it’s possible to change its keyboard from US-only to US-RU layout. I'm wondering if I can order the keyboard only and change it?Living in Armenia and found this laptop was a challenge. I bought the only existed here. But for my work it’s needed to have Russian keyboard as well.Stickers set is not an option - because of the keyboard temperature during the work. Stickers are just fell of keeping the glue all over the keys. It’s just a mess. I really need the answer. Thank you

Trying to make a decision on a purchase for the Razer Blade 16, really like the mercury look and was just wondering why it isn’t offered for the 4090 version? Was just wondering if there was a reason behind that or  that the website isn’t working right for me, thanks. 

So, wanted to see if anyone had ideas here, pretty sure my Blade 16's trackpad is defective, it's hard to explain exactly what is happening though, so I'll do what I can. And before someone asks, I have reinstalled drivers, disabled USB power saving, updated Windows fully including all option driver updates, updated Synpase and let it run it's updates, and rebooted 5 times. Basically, sometimes using the trackpad is perfectly fine, absolutely beautiful to use actually. But other times, seemingly randomly (the only consistency I've found is it does this right after reboot for 30 seconds ish, but it also happens entirely randomly), it will start to double click and drag whenever I move my mouse around and it will consider me just touching (not tapping, but putting my finger down to move the mouse) as a single click, and sometimes it'll even click repeatedly. It also will randomly click while moving it, so sometimes I'm moving it and it'll click whatever is behind the window I'm actually

I placed a order for a Razer 17 on July 11th, since the 18th its been held at US Customs in Indiana stating that the package is missing the MID number. I’ve contacted Fedex, they stated that its an issue on the shipper end. I’ve tried twice now to submit support tickets to Razer and have gotten nothing but the automated response.  How can I get my order moving again? 

So I was planning on preorder the Razer Kitsune but it’s sold out but it says GameStop and Amazon have them for preorder also, would it be different if I preorder it on those sites? As in once it’s officially released the product on all sites would be available around the same time frame? Or would the different sites ship them out later?

Forum I need helpAfter every restart or logout my laptop goes into the setup mode menu.Please advice 

I got my viper ultimate yesterday and when I went to charge it today I plugged the usb into my pc and the small end into the port on my mouse and the mouse did the rgb but I don’t think it was charging because when I tried to use it wired it simply wouldn’t work. I also can’t check in software to see if it’s charging because as I was saying it simply doesn’t work 

I am trying to find a reliable and fully programmable keyboard (all keys programmable and reassignable, with the possible exception of a (set of) key(s) dedicated to controlling the programming process, choosing a profile, or adjusting backlight brightness if applicable).  This means main keyboard (QWERTY), function keys (Esc, F1..F12), middle keys (PgUp, Insert, Delete, Left, Right, &c), number pad, &c.  This also means that if I want to rearrange any of the keys, like swapping Ctrl and CapsLock, it’s supported.  A feature to be able to temporarily disable Window, Mouse, Menu buttons would also be nice. I don’t use macros much, but if they are supported, it would be preferable that they can be assigned to (almost) any key as well.  Additional keys for macro use are acceptable but not obligatory. Since I do occasionally play games, and prefer mouse + keyboard (I’m left handed, so I prefer to use the numeric pad instead of WASD and friends) so full N-key rollover (or at least su

I just bought a Blade 18 with the 13980 processor, 64GB DDR5 RAM @5200MTs, RTX 4090 and 2 TB SSD. I want the fastest RAM possible in it with the lowest CL rating. While the factory says it is 64GB @5200MTs, it does not give the CL (latency spec) or brand/model of their factory installed RAM. Does anyone know the answer to this?And, while I’m at it, what brand and model is the 2TB SSD drive in this laptop from the factory, and what are it’s read/write speeds?I am considering Kingston Fury RAM @5600MTs and WD Black SN850X 4TB drives. I’ve had the Razer Barracuda X for about a year or less and whenever I’m playing games my headset will automatically shut down at random and it’s very infuriating (most notably during Valorant). I’m not sure what is causing it? Has anyone else here had this issue and a way to resolve this issue?

Hello, My RZ09-0409 - Razer Blade 15 Advanced (2021) has a swelling battery. I noticed because part of the touchpad had issues clicking on the right. The funny thing is that I had tried to buy extra warranty but it’s not available in Canada. Now the warranty is expired and the battery began to swell. I bought it on January 2022 … There are no official batteries to buy and it seems that sending it to repair would cost way too much in money and time.I will buy a battery online and hope for the best. If anyone has any recommendations, I would appreciate it.I’m quite disappointed in this product and brand, frankly. I spent $3,800 on this laptop and I look at the construction of a 11 year-old Lenovo T430 with envy.
